Booking directly with Naples Florida Vacation Homes is more cost-efficient because you’ll avoid paying additional fees charged to customers by third-party booking sites. That’s more money left in your pocket to use during your vacation!

The closest airport is Naples Municipal Airport (APF). This airport has private and chartered domestic flights and is 5 miles from the center of Naples, FL.

Another major airport is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), which has international and domestic flights to Fort Myers, Florida and is just 36 miles from Naples.

When you are ready to fly to Naples for a leisurely vacation, don’t miss the opportunity to secure flights through one of the many airports conveniently located nearby.

You must agree to our terms and conditions before booking a vacation rental.

After booking, a copy of these Terms and Conditions will be emailed to you.

You will be asked to electronically sign the terms and conditions before access to the vacation rental will be granted.

When you book your reservation, our calendars across numerous websites will show the property booked and unavailable. At that point, prospective guests are no longer able to inquire about those dates because the calendars show it BOOKED. Also, because our vacation rentals offer a terrific value in comparison to alternative accommodations in our market, we have a “No Refund Upon Cancellation” policy regardless of circumstance (inclement weather, epidemic, illness, death or for any other reason).

To help enjoy a stress-free vacation, travel protection is now available through Naples Florida Vacation Homes. CSA Travel protection provides the necessary coverage to help safeguard your travel “investment” from unforeseen circumstances, such as emergency injury or illness, jury duty, job layoff or termination, bankruptcy or fault of the airline, cruise line or tour operator, or a hurricane that strikes your travel destination.

In lieu of collecting a sizable security deposit, we charge a small fee for accidental damage insurance. This provides $3,000 of coverage. Did you spill a glass of red wine on the sofa… ? Did the kids flush a toy down the toilet…? Trust us, it happens. No worries, it’s covered!

We keep our online calendars up-to-date and current. To check availability across all of our properties, please use the Search All by Availability box located in the top right corner of most pages. There are also up-to-date availability calendars shown on each property page.

Often times we have parties checking in and out on the same day. In consideration of the scheduling of our cleaning and maintenance staff and frequent last-minute reservations, those guests requesting early check-in or late check-out are required to pay a fee. Please contact the office to discuss.

Please refer to each property page where you will see a handy Google map. Also, the distance to the beach and the name of the closest beach will be listed clearly in the information immediately following the photos / video box.

We specialize in short-term rentals. Many of our properties have no minimum stays. Whether you’re coming for a long weekend, a week or a month, our properties are priced by the night. However, there are exceptions to every rule. Sometimes the local ordinances, homeowner’s associations or specific owners may have special requirements. Those properties with minimum stays include the Saratoga, Amalie, Roma, Pascoli, and Capri.

In town for a family reunion, golfing getaway, or business trip and don’t want to spend the money on multiple hotel rooms? No problem! Naples Florida Vacation Homes has properties large enough for parties from one guest to twenty! We also have many properties within walking distance of one another, making it easy for even larger parties to stay close and enjoy their time in Naples. Call us for details.

The Tenant Changeover Fee provides for the house to be professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you depart. It also covers the cost of checking the house for inventory and maintenance needs. This fee also covers the cost of stocking the vacation rental with basic essentials to start your stay, such as laundry and dishwasher detergent, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper and other basic necessities. Most often our staff makes extra trips to the properties after you have left to put the garbage out for collection.

All beaches in Naples are open to the public. However, if you plan to drive to the beach and are looking for a hassle-free experience when parking your car, for your convenience we offer two different beach passes.

A:

One of the many wonderful things about working with Naples Florida Vacation Homes is that you can check in or out any day you’d like! If airfare is more economical on Tuesday or Thursday instead of Saturday, we will be happy to accommodate you! During winter and spring break seasons, Saturday to Saturday stays are usually required.

Yes! Many of our vacation rental properties have pools! You can see which properties have private and shared pools by checking the “Amenities” listed on the Details page for each property.

A:

Each property has a lockbox, or electronic door lock, located right at the property. You won’t have to worry about finding a rental office or coordinating a time to meet up with a rental agent to retrieve the keys. Just proceed straight to the property and punch in your personalized door access code, or grab them right from our on-site lockbox.

We do not allow pets in any of our homes as a standard company policy. However, some property owners will make case-by-case exceptions for your furry friend. Please contact our office with the age, weight and breed of your pet and we will check to see if we can find a pet-friendly vacation rental. None of our condominium properties will consider pets.

For our little guests, we do offer baby gear for rent.
