Park Shore

WELCOME TO PARK SHORE

Park Shore Naples, Florida is one of the most spectacular communities due to pristine white sandy beaches, private Gulf side boardwalk and the upscale shopping and dining destination called The Village.

Some of the best Naples waterfront property is located here because of a unique plan which allowed for much of the beachfront high rise product to be encircled by beautiful community parks shared by the buildings it surrounded. Developed in the 60’s, you’ll find some of the buildings are showing their age but many of them have experienced fabulous renovations.

PARK SHORE HISTORY

When Raymond L. Lutgert purchased the 760 acre tract of land that comprises the Park Shore known today he implemented a growth plan for the land that would turn the pristine and undeveloped area into one of the finest planned unit development districts in the state. The plan called for the creation of Venetian Bay, which separates the beachfront condominiums from the mainland and allows for a navigable channel for boating and dockage for single-family homes on the mainland side.
