Kristen Jasinski – Property Manager
Kristen, a Chicagoland native, has been a small business owner and avid real estate investor for years. Before turning her focus full-time to the vacation rental business, despite gender bias, she earned extensive experience founding and growing a full-service residential remodeling and custom home-building business in Chicago’s affluent North Shore suburbs. Her earlier career working in Japan gave her an incredible perspective on delivering impeccable service.
Prior to relocating to Naples full-time in 2013, Kristen vacationed here with her family for years, beginning at a time when her children were just toddlers. Ask Kristen about the area and she won’t hesitate to give you her list of favorite things to do in Naples. She’ll be the first to tell you it’s a wonderful destination for travelers to enjoy all year through.
Kristen holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from DePaul University in Chicago and is a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker. Her breadth of diverse experience as a general contractor and a real estate investor gives Kristen an unmatched level of insight when serving real estate investors and buyers.
She is a strong contributor to the community, and a passionate Rotarian who lives her life by Rotary’s Four-way Test and its motto of “Service Above Self.”
Romina – Customer Service
Romina was born in Lima, Peru, but came to Naples at the age of 6 and has lived here ever since. She is passionate about helping others and volunteers at the local Humane Society. Her favorite place in Naples is Downtown Naples, where she enjoys quality time with her son at the beach. Romina has a passion for music (Latin and hip hop). Se Habla Español
Maria – Real Estate
Maria Isabel Martinez is originally from Spain, but has been a resident of Naples for 10 years. Before becoming a real estate agent, she worked in corporate accounting and in the healthcare industry. As a Realtor, Maria Isabel has developed experience, knowledge and expertise in several areas.
Whether working with buyers or sellers, Maria Isabel is here to help clients achieve their goals and reach their real estate dreams. Her ultimate goal is to ensure client satisfaction and treat every customer like an extension of her family. Additionally, building a business relationship based on trust and confidence is essential to her.
When not serving clients, Maria Isabel enjoys spending time in nature, reading or at the beach. She is also a volunteer at several different charities across southwest Florida.
Our Guest Changeover Specialists
Jour cleaning staff is dedicated to keeping our vacation rental properties in tip-top shape. They handle a variety of tasks, from cleaning the vacation rentals both before and after your stay, to delivering and setting up baby gear for our youngest visitors, to making sure the cable or satellite TVs and high-speed internet connection, pool heaters and all other equipment are in good working order for your stay. If something comes up during your stay, contact our office and we’ll be on-site to assess the situation and assist with getting things back in working order ASAP.
