Water Parks and Splash Pads in Naples, Florida

One of the hardest things about taking a family vacation is finding something that your child or children will genuinely enjoy. With various games, toys, extracurricular activities, and other things always keeping your family busy during your normal routine, vacations have a lot to live up to.

As the list of things your kids have to do every day becomes longer, so does their need for stimulation. Shortening attention spans mean less time until you hear the dreaded phrase, “I’m bored!” Luckily, Naples has a lot of water parks and pools with everything needed to keep your children engaged, active, and having fun!

Our favorite places to cool off in Naples, FL:

Sun-N-Fun Lagoon

If you’re looking for cool, summer fun for the whole family, then Sun-N-Fun Lagoon is the place to be! The Lagoon has plenty of fun water-based attractions that kids and adults both love. There are five water slides, each with a different speed and path. They start from a 38-foot wooden water tower, which kids love to climb again and again!

Lazy river
The Sunny River is a classic lazy river. Grab your inner tube and float along in the sun as the stress melts away. Feel the water cascade over your head when you visit Family Falls. The Tadpole Pool is just for toddlers, and the Turtle Cove is reserved for children 5 to 12. If you want to get in a little exercise while your children play, the Dolphin Dive and Lap Pool has lap lanes and two diving boards.

Places to eat
For those adults who want to get some exercise while they let the kiddos play, Sun-N-Fun offers the Dolphin Dive and Lap Pool – both an area to swim laps and to show off your diving skills. After burning some energy sliding, swimming, and diving, the family can grab a bite to eat from Zak’s Snack Shack which sells anything from hamburgers and pizza, to chips and ice cream.

Hours for the park vary over the course of the year. During June and July, and until the 14th of August, it is open daily from 10 am to 5 pm.
