Solo female traveler.

I booked this unit for most of the month of December.

Pros:
Very peaceful neighborhood. Lots of retirees in the building. As a solo female I NEVER felt unsafe in or around the unit.

Amazing bath tub.

Pool hours were very late.

The unit had all the kitchen appliances/supplies you’ll need from crockpot to wine opener. It is a fully shocked kitchen.

Cons:
There was light construction being done on some of the mornings which is understandable given the time of year. Did not go on for many hours of the day.

Got a parking ticket due to no fault of the host. There is plenty of parking but make sure you’re in the correct area. I parked on the street next to the building and was ticked.

Bed mattresses are firm but I had issues after being here for several weeks.

I would stay here again and actually rebooked for a few more weeks with Big Fish for another unit in a different resort. Extremely professional & responsive to all questions and concerns.

This place was absolutely stunning! The views were incredible. Very clean and close to lots amenities. Me and husband can’t wait to come back thank you Julie for an amazing stay!

Grew up in area but was visiting from Florida, absolutely enjoyed the rental and family stated that they wanted to stay there when we are visiting again.

This ocean view condo was the perfect stay for a retail therapy girls trip! It was only minutes away from the outlets and great restaurants! Julie was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay!

Beautiful view! Looked exactly like photos. Would definitely love to visit during summer months! Julie was wonderful! Thank you!!

Unfortunately, I was sick on this trip. But, I did get to enjoy watching the ocean from my bed in the room. Ocean view was definitely the way to go! Very clean, nice place.

This Place was amazing to stay at. It was very clean and felt very homely. The view was beautiful and loved watching the sunrise in the morning from where we stayed. Julie was very detailed with check in/ check out and was very communicative with making sure we were having a nice vacation! Would stay here again!

Awesome neighborhood.

Avoid this property! Unmaintained, not guest-ready, and on a busy road. I spent my vacation managing repairs and getting items replaced instead of relaxing. We arrived to a dead, smelly rat by the pool. A gas leak made sitting next to the pool unpleasant and dangerous. The debris in the pool was challenging to remove with the skimmer net full of holes. The hot tub was useless, as the controls were on an inoperable locked iPad within the house. The grill was filthy with a broken ignitor and a brush shedding metal fiber. Filthy outdoor dining furniture. House in disrepair with ants and bugs. The main shower so clogged it flooded the bathroom. A towel rack and light hung off the wall. Bathroom door was inoperable. Bedrooms and bathrooms had slatted doors - you see and hear everything! Adjacent Cabana needs to be rented at additional cost or you’ll have zero privacy. The host declined a partial refund, calling these "minor" Florida issues- blamed previous renters for the poor maintenance.

I truly enjoyed staying over Julie’s place. Looking forward to visiting the place again. The view to the beach is incredible. I recommend it.

I was very pleased with accommodations. It was clean. Check in and out process was very simple.

I would have given 5stars for views and location, unfortunately the cleaning crew leave a lot to be desired. When we arrived there was popcorn on couch and top of stove was dirty. The baseboards and doors were dirty and very dusty, even the wood on dining chairs and stools were dusty, as was the heating/ac unit, the area behind the bedside table looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since place was built. Previous comments about cleanliness state apartment is deep cleaned but I would not consider this deep cleaning, perhaps a new cleaning crew should be hired. As I wasn’t there to clean someone else’s apartment we just dealt with it. The wash hand basin in bathroom seems to have a clog as it didn’t immediately drain and faucet in kitchen moved each time you had to turn on water.Apartment is also showing its age as paint was chipped on walls and baseboards. Also guests should be told to bring their own toilet tissue as there was nothing in apartment but an empty roll.

Room was standard - having a kitchen and the washer & dryer was a plus. The water parks were used by the kids almost daily. I would recommend for the amenities alone if traveling with children.

I stayed in this unit for 20 days and not once did I get a full nights sleep. The biggest issue with this unit is there a connecting door to another room. (Not apart of the condo). There is absolutely 0 sound proofing in the walls. I tried to cancel after the first day but since I had booked 20 days I was forced to ride it out. If you do decide to book bring earplugs.

Pros - pretty clean, good area, nice resort, responsive host.

View is stunning and woke up every morning to watch the sun rise from the bed.

Nice house. Pool spa was broken and we weren't told until we got there and when we asked they said they knew it was an issue. The electricity went out when we used more than one shower at a time which they also knew was an issue and we were not told in advance. Overall nice house but would have been nice to be told in advance of things not working.
