Naples Florida Vacation Homes Reviews

Positive:
Great location and quite, the beach chairs and umbrella with cooler box was very handy for the beach

The location was fantastic! It was just a two-minute walk to Fifth Avenue, where you’ll find lots of great restaurants, and less than a 10-minute walk to the beach. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. I would definitely recommend it!

Positive:
Impecable de limpio, super comodo y con todo lo necesario y mas para la estadia. Facil check in .

Negative:

We had a wonderful stay at Messina! The property was beautiful, clean, and modern, and it felt like everything was brand new. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and the space was very well maintained. The Greenlinks community is also a great place for families. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. We recommend Naples Florida Vacation Homes!

We had a fantastic stay at Messina! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. You can really tell that a lot of attention was put into the renovation and the details throughout the property. We loved the community as well. It was quiet and peaceful, but still close to everything we wanted to see and do in Naples. The team at Naples Florida Vacation Homes was great to work with, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

We loved our stay at Messina! The property looks even better in person than it does in the photos. Everything was very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We read in the description that the property had just been renovated, and you could definitely tell that everything felt fresh, modern, and brand new. The location was great, and we really enjoyed the peaceful community, especially the pool and the beautiful lake and golf views.

Naples Florida Vacation Homes was also very communicative and responsive throughout our stay. They gave us great recommendations for places to visit and were always happy to help whenever we had a question. The whole experience was perfect, and we would definitely book this property again the next time we visit Naples!

Positive:
We had a wonderful stay at Messina with our family and really enjoyed the property. It was clear that the property had just been renovated, and everything was beautiful, clean, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared.

Communication with the company was incredibly easy. Everyone responded very quickly and was always friendly, helpful, and happy to assist. They also recommended some great places to visit and see in Naples, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this property. It was even better than we expected, and we would be very happy to stay here again!

Positive:
Everything! It was absolutely beautiful.

Negative:
Wish that pool heating was included.

Property was clean and roomy. Location was good.

Great property and location! Close to beaches and shopping. Very good communication with property. The mattresses were a little hard and there was lack of closet space but we made it work. The welcome baskets were very much appreciated. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils/equipment and the BBQ worked great and was clean. I would recommend this property to others.

Had a wedding for my daughter in Naples. Plenty of bedrooms for the other kids, niece, mother in law, etc. pool area was great and kept everyone entertained. Bedrooms were all good size and each had its own bathroom!

Perfect location with walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach, peaceful neighbourhood, short drive to all amenities and downtown Naples. The house is perfect, mint condition all as described and photographed.

We had an excellent experience at this accommodation for 2 weeks. It was very pleasant, clean, and quiet; we were able to go for walks, walk to the beach (no car necessary), and also stroll along 5th Avenue, which has restaurants and cafés. I also placed an online order, which the host promptly received and delivered to my doorstep. We would like to return soon

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The property was clean, well-organized, and communication with the host was excellent. Whenever we had a question, we received an immediate response, which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues that significantly affected our experience.

When we arrived, the door code we were given did not work. We had to wait outside in the rain until a new code was provided. To the host’s credit, they answered the phone immediately and resolved the issue within a few minutes, but it was still an unpleasant way to start our stay.

The biggest downside was the sleeping arrangements. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, and the pillows and blankets felt very cheap. The blankets were also too thin, which made the nights cold and uncomfortable.

The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, but it was missing several basic essentials. There was no coffee or tea at all not coffee pods, ground coffee, filters, or tea bags. We also found that there we

We loved the house since it was clean, modern and with enough room for my familiy. The pool is small but the size is enough to have a good time after the beach. It has beach stuff like chairs, umbrellas, cooler etc. The host was very responsive with a couple of queries we had. We had a good experience

Beautiful house!! Very comfortable and accommodating for everything you need. Great location, very close to the beach, and great and prompt host service. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay, about 5 mins from the beach. It has everything for a family vacation

This is a very happy FIVE STAR review. Property, experience, pool, location, ease of access was all perfect!

Excellent and well maintained property, it would've been better if the room with the 2 twins were to changed to a full or queens. Overall, clean and plenty of spaces for everyone. The 5.5 bathrooms is definitely a plus.
