Great place to stay great rental company to deal with… this rental will not disappoint

The hot tub didnt work at all. That should have been disclosed in advance. I would have changed locations. I had a girl in a wheel chair and two others with back problems who were counting on the use

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The community is surrounded by beautiful golf courses and lush greenery. At the same time, it’s only about a 20-minute drive to both Marco Island and Naples, which makes it a perfect balance between privacy, space, and easy access to beautiful beaches and restaurants.

The apartment itself has a great layout that gives everyone plenty of privacy, and it was very quiet throughout our stay. It was also very well equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The tennis courts and swimming pools were easy to access and added a lot to the experience.

The host was responsive, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely love to return in the future.

Positive:
The property was really clean, centrally located, a walk to the beach at one end of the road, shops in 5th Avenue at the other. Walkable to Tin City and the Water Front. A safe residential area, free parking, very quiet. All the appliances worked well. Loved being able to take the cooler, umbrella and two chairs provided by the host to the beach. Also ice cubes on demand from the fridge for the cooler along with beach towels provided. Wonderful location. Very spacious and conformable. We loved the big bed and pillows.

Negative:
We were surprised there wasn’t a safe in the property, there was only key pad entry using 6 digits and no internal chain on the front door for security which initially took a bit of getting used to. Also the outside space is at the front of the property, a low hedge provides screening from a road - fortunately it is quiet - just didn’t feel we could bbq in the front in full view of passers by. Aside from that we had a great time and would stay again.

Extremely clean house with updated amenities and nice bedrooms.

We had a great stay at this Naples Florida location. The house was exactly as shown on pictures. We had no issues at all. We really enjoyed the house and the amenities it had to offer. Community pool and hot tub were a hit. They also have a golf field in the development. The area is very beautiful, safe and has many restaurants such as pizza, Asian cuisine on the plaza adjacent to the entryway to the condo. We really had a great time here and would come back again in the future. Highly recommend.

This property was as advertised. Nicely appointed and clean. Lots of extra helpful items in the closet to enhance the trip. The only missing items may have been luggage racks.

This home was absolutely perfect for our large group!!! The kitchen was fully stocked, all linens including pool towels were provided. The house was breathtaking. Hope to stay again!!!

I booked this property for two nights (April 16–17) and paid in full with my credit card. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

I attempted to contact the host starting Thursday at 3:00 PM, but there was no response—no answer to phone calls and no reply to emails. When my family and I arrived at the property around 11:00 PM that night, we still had no way to reach anyone or access the unit.

This was a very stressful situation, especially since I was traveling with my children, including my six-year-old daughter, and my mother-in-law. Arriving late at night without accommodations is unacceptable.

Thankfully, with the help of Booking.com customer service, I was able to cancel the reservation and secure another property. The new host was responsive, professional, and provided the level of service that should be standard.

Based on this experience, I do not believe this property should be listed on Booking.com. A basic level of communication and customer support is essential, and this host failed to meet even the minimum expectations.

Very poor service. I would not recommend this property.

Nice and clean

Positive:
Lose to 5th Avenue South and short walk to beach. Clean, updated

Negative:
Needed more kitchen utensils, no grill utensils, no measuring cups/spoons. Pillows were too thick, maybe have a couple choices for different people. Would have liked a couple blankets.
