Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Haus auch, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Aber ich würde bis höchstens sechs Personen das Haus anmieten, nicht mit acht, denn das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss.. naja.. nicht benutzt werden kann. Ansonsten alles in allem positiv, der Gastgeber reagiert schnell, nette Gegend, sehr ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand. Danke!

Wir haben die Unterkunft schnell gefunden.
Das parken war etwas schwierig, wenn man Glück hatte und am Seitenstreifen etwas frei war, dann war es in Ordnung. Aber die Lage war wirlich super. Direkt am Hafen.
Die Unterkunft an sich war auch so wie beschrieben. Für die Personenanzahl ausreichend. Wir hatten nur etwas Probleme mit der Sauberkeit.

Roland’s place is AMAZING!!! Walk off the stairs and you’re in the sand! Pristine, beautiful, amazing views, quiet beach and very kind and responsive!

We absolutely loved the beach house! It was perfect for our group of 8(4kids,4adults).The bikes and beach box were a wonderful add to the place and we will definitely remember that for our next stay. We really only needed clothes and food!! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

This home certainly makes for a relaxing vacation, as you have direct walk-out access to the beach; it feels warm and welcoming, everything you need to unwind and simply enjoy the sea and sand. Ideal location. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Natalie’s .Perfect size for our group of 3 couples.Loved sitting out on the big deck 😃An easy 10 minute walk to beach !
House was well equipped and Natalie was extremely responsive.We were missing the hairdryer and within the hour Natalie had 2brand new ones delivered to us 😃Would absolutely recommend 😃

We loved our stay at Buzzin at the Beach. The kitchen was fully supplied and the home is very well kept up to date and clean. Location to the beach is perfect. And location overall for being on the OBX was central to everything

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Genug Platz für alle, geräumig, sauber. Sehr bequeme Betten, super geschlafen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sogar für mehr als 8 Personen. Ruhige Gegend sehr nach am Strand, Bäckerei auch nicht weit. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit , sogar für 3 Autos. Würden wieder kommen. Danke

Compact gelijkvloers appartement met onmiddellijke toegang tot het fantastisch zwembad , kwa keukengerei was echt alles aanwezig , rustig , met een instant vakantiegevoel !

What a beautiful house with great access to the beach! The recent renovations combined with a private pool really give this place an upscale feel. The beds are very comfortable and the common spaces are so cozy for relaxing, the kitchen is well equipped as well. There was an issue with the microwave on our first night, but Brittany was supper responsive and had a new one delivered to us the very next morning. This house will definitely be at the top of our list when we plan our next visit to the OBX.

Very clear instructions how to get into the place, including pictures and descriptions (except for the location on the map).

Negative:
Location is not at all correctly identified by google. The owners correctly specify the address, however every map that uses this address points to a wrong location.

The actual place is accross the street and further down the street, farther from the seashore than the mark shown on google maps (also on booking.com and others). Instead, it's right next to Aldi and Colruyt.

This is no fault of the owners, but be aware of this.
What they might do - add this info to the description.

Das Haus ist wunder schön, sauber, gut gelegen, wäre der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer nicht gewesen, hätten wir 5 Sterne gegeben. Leider war dieser unkooperativ, reagierte spät oder gar nicht. Ein defektes Rollo, baustellenverdreckte Fenster und Müllentsorgung blieben ungelöst, obwohl wir es sofort meldeten. Das einzige Feedback was wir bekamen; das wussten wir vorher nicht! Der Gehweg war wegen einer Großbaustelle kaum nutzbar, keine Info dazu im Vorfeld. Unsere Hinweise wurden ignoriert, stattdessen wurden wir am Ende benutzt, dem Eigentümer Infos zur Baustelle zu liefern, nachdem er uns tagelang nicht geholfen hatte. Das Haus hat Potenzial, aber der Kundenumgang war enttäuschend. Für 2.500 € in 4 Tagen erwarten wir mehr Service. Der Kundenservice ist so schlecht, das hat alles kaputt gemacht. Wir haben sachlich informiert und auf Probleme hingewiesen, doch der Umgang damit war so frustrierend, dass wir eine Rückkehr für uns ausschließen.

De decibelmeter waarvan je telkens een melding krijgt via SMS indien teveel lawaai , dat vonden we irritant zeker als het over lawaai gaat in de dag

Positive:
Appartement dicht gelegen bij de kusttram alsook warenhuis,bakker en restaurants.
Heel rustige propere buurt.
Alles was perfect in orde, keuken alles voorradig niks tekort.
2mooie slaapkamers met opgemaakte bedden,zonnig terras.
We hebben genoten van ons weekje vakantie.
We komen zeker terug.

Kinderbedje was aanwezig maar matrasje ontbrak😌
Te grote tafel en stoelen voor de ruimte.

Natalie's house is pristine and modern. It was impeccably clean and neat. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful touch, as well as the arcade games in the ground level room. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of TV's and outdoor balconies and patios. Natalie's house is GORGEOUS and I can't wait to stay there again!
