Nice home, could have been cleaner and the amenities and host have room for improvement. Overall would recommend.

Everything was exactly as described, and the host was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The condo is comfortable, fully equipped, and perfectly located near great attractions like 5th Avenue and golf courses. We had a truly wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back for another stay at The Capri!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Loophole while visiting the Outer Banks with our son, his wife and two teen boys during their east coast visit from California. The beauty of sunrise, the close view of wildlife in the sea and sky, and the night gaze at the stars will frame our fond memories of this beautiful home. Many thanks for the opportunity to stay here. We look forward to a future stay at the Loophole.

The view of the water was unreal! Such amazing views and a private beach walkout. We loved every minute of our stay! Great location, close to many shopping places, restaurants and grocery stores. The place was spacious for the 4 of us and we enjoyed the board games and extra beach furniture provided. We would love to stay again in the future!

Great place, clean very well kept. Neighborhood was quiet and nice.

Positive:
Genoeg ruimte voor een groep, fijne locatie op loopafstand van voorzieningen, grote keuken.

Negative:
De benedenverdieping is erg gehorig, galmt heel erg (omdat er geen gordijnen of decoratie aan de muur hangt).

Positive:
emplacement idéal et grand garage permettant de contenir la voiture er les vélos

De verwarming stond niet aan bij aankomst, de hele avond niet echt warm gehad.
Vanaf zaterdagmorgen, was de verwarming pas ok.
Vanaf zaterdag was de lift defect.

Positive:
Eigenlijk ALLES... Wij hebben al terug geboekt voor het komende jaar. SUPER locatie en SUPER mooi proper appartement.
Heel tevreden en we komen met een gerust hart terug .

Negative:
Bij het verwijderen van de lakens zagen we een HEEL vuile vlek op de onderlaag . Maar dit is gemeld aan de verantwoordelijke dus dit komt in orde voor iedereen . Als het dit maar is.

Our stay at the Messina Vacation Rental at Lely Resort was absolutely wonderful! Communication with the owner was quick and easy. The condo is spacious, fully equipped, and perfect for us. The lanai overlooking the tranquil lake quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee. The resort amenities were fantastic—we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts daily. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to Naples' stunning beaches and excellent restaurants. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Très agréable séjour, la vue était splendide et l’emplacement est idéal. Logement conforme aux photos, et instructions claires pour l’arrivée et sortie.
Petite recommandation, ce serait d’ajouter quelques bougies (comme il nous est fourni des allumettes), un petit plaid pour le canapé et une table basse. De plus, avec le vent que nous avons eu, il était difficile de se réchauffer malgré le chauffage, le vent passait à travers les châssis du salon. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour, merci à vous 🙏🏼🌟

Very nice property, with tons of amenities, especially the closet full of beach supplies. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The host and her staff keep the house immaculate--quite an effort as the house perches on beach dunes. Spotless and well equipped, and owned by locals, one can see from the appointments that this is a loved family destination for part of the year. By the looks of the multi-generational photos, one can also tell that many fond memories have been made here. We experienced the same.
