The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The space was comfortable for a family of 3. It had beach chairs and towels and is about 20-30 minutes away from most restaurants and attractions. The pool was very busy, a few days there was not enough room to enjoy it, which was unfortunate. The club house restaurant, Sam Snead, is great, we ate there several times.

Le logement était très beau et propre, très agréable. La communication et la logistique faciles avec l'agence.
Seul bémol à notre gout, devoir payer un supplément de 50E pour un chek out "tardif" (2h supplémentaire de 10h à 12h le dimanche matin) alors que le prix du logement est compris "pour le we".

Maison Odette bezorgde ons een fijn en ontspannend verblijf! Het is een mooi verzorgd en proper rijhuis met smaakvol ingerichte en comfortabele kamers. De ligging van het huis is gunstig voor het verkennen van de omgeving.

Toch een klein puntje ter verbetering:
Hoewel we ons bewust waren van de noodzaak om respectvol te zijn naar de buren toe en ons best deden om eventuele geluidsniveaus binnen de grenzen te houden, ontvingen we herhaaldelijk meldingen over geluidsoverlast, en dit al vanaf 20u.
Een zekere mate van activiteit en gesprekken lijkt ons onvermijdelijk als je verhuurt aan groepen van 10 personen.

Indien je graag wat meer tijd zou willen hebben om te genieten van de laatste ochtend van je verblijf, ben je genoodzaakt hiervoor extra te betalen. Een iets later uitchecktijdstip lijkt redelijk om te verwachten gezien de huurkost van de woning.

Verder zou een opgeladen stofzuiger handig zijn om de opkuis goed te laten verlopen. 😉

Appartement spacieux , très lumineux, avec vue exceptionnelle , à proximité des commerces.
Avantage de pouvoir parquer la voiture dans le garage situé en sous-sol et facile d'accès.
Nous avons occupé l'appartement hors saison touristique et y avons passé un séjour très agréable .

Problem when trying to sort multiple deposits taken , had to visit office to sort out. Sofa very dirty and stained, damp as had just attempted to clean unsuccessfully.

Basic apartment not even a bedside lamp, no coathooks.

Linen very good and plenty of towels.

Garage space only suitable for a small car and no bike store.

Location good, very quiet.

Enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable, great location and easy walking to beach, restaurants. New bed much appreciated! All expected amenities provided and basic starter supplies to settle in. Suited our purposes for easy, relaxing vacation and convenient location within Old Naples.

This is a great little beach house. So cozy and the location can’t be beat. We hope to return soon. Highly recommend.

Als je wil gaan voor sfeer en gezelligheid, raad ik deze accommodatie af. Het is goed te merken dat je een huis huurt van een firma, en niet van een particulier persoon.
Je betaalt 205 euro schoonmaakkosten, terwijl het huis absoluut niet proper is (we vonden etensresten van vorige huurders tussen de zetel). Voor dit bedrag moet je zelf je afval deponeren (waarvoor de firma de foute zakken voorzien had en niet naar de juiste plaats verwees om dit te deponeren). Als je een vraag stelt, krijg je een link terug waarin je zelf de info moet zoeken. Op voorhand moet je een omslachtig formulier invullen (dat bij ons voortdurend foutmeldingen gaf). Als je een latere check out wil, betaal je minstens 50 euro extra. Je betaalt 500 euro huurwaarborg, waarvan ze zelfs geld afhouden voor een afwasmachine die niet is uitgeladen (50 euro). Het huisje op zich is in orde, wel kleiner dan verwacht en niet kindvriendelijk (geen trapleuning en slot van WC hapert, met het risico jezelf op te sluiten).

This was the perfect place to have a get together with a few friends from college. Incredible location right near the beach with lots of interesting places to walk to. Brittany was super helpful and the place was exactly what we needed. All kinds of things to do in the house as well!

Super verblijf, top locatie, zeer proper,.. Niet op aan te merken

L'appartement est magnifique et excessivement bien situé. La vue est superbe et confère une dimension paisible au lieu.

La literie et le mobilier sont de belle facture et les finitions de qualité. La résidence est calme. Le parc, à proximité directe, est idéal pour les familles ou les sportifs.

Et dire de la terrasse? Elle est simplement à couper le souffle. Juste un kiff si la météo est clémente.

Le linge de lit, le linge de maison et les serviettes de bain, sont fournis et en suffisance. Le petit kit de bienvenue est très chouette. Les petits bonbons sur l'oreiller font plaisir 😉.

Bon à savoir : il n'y a pas de congélateur

Echt fijn!

Très beau logement , nous avons passé un bon séjour mais gâché par une réclamation pour la soit disante casse d’un vase . Je reste convaincu que celui-ci a été brisé lors du ménage ( plus de 200€ déjà …) et nous a été facturé. Vraiment déçue.

Positive:
Groot appertement, mooi uitzicht

Negative:
Alles was in orde, ietwat verouderd. Klein minpuntje dat er geen douche is.

Great location, beautiful view on sea side, river and nature reserve. Full equipment apartment, well insolated. Feels immediately at home. Very walkable to seadike, restaurants, shops, public transport, park, ferry, etc. All you need for an enjoyable stay. Very much recommended.
