Six of us enjoyed this lovely beach house! The distance from the beach was well-compensated by the house bikes and beach cart. We loved coasting down the street to Duck Donuts and town—very convenient. The kitchen has a nice selection of mugs and dishes, and plenty of T-Fal pots & pans, small appliances, and gadgets. Room for all of us to comfortably sit in the living room. We have stayed in seven Duck beach houses over the years and although not the biggest, this is one of the nicest.

A cosy house, near the beach, perfect for families. It has a big garden and enough space to feel comfortable.

Appartamento veramente bello, arredato in stile moderno ed elegante, cucina fantastica super attrezzata ed accessoriata,ottimo anche lo spazio esterno così come le camere e i bagni.
Il quartiere è nuovo e tranquillo a due passi dal centro e con molti locali a portata di mano.
Insomma pienamente soddisfatto.

Positive:
Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, die Schlafzimmer sind aber auf der Rückseite. Alles sehr hell wie auf den Bildern. Es gibt einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz für einen PKW.

Negative:
Etwas bessere Küchenausstattung (Töpfe mit Deckeln, Servierschüsseln, etc.) wäre gut. Die Filter der Lüftungsanlage sollten gewechselt werden.

Es war schön, die Lage war gut.

Nice house, well furnished and ideally located. There are 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms that are well decorated and well equipped.
As said to the team, we were expecting a bit more for the price paid e.g. cleanliness could have been improved, checkin with more information.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The beach and town are an easy walk or bike ride away. We would definitely come back for a future stay!

Positive:
Beautiful view, great location and nicely/simple furbished apartment

Negative:
The welcome was all automated - no problem but any type of request was left unanswered or rejected

A nice clean well-kept home. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was fully functional with all utensils, as well as for grilling. If I had to come up with a negative, the only thing I could find would be that there was no bath soap to start you out with.

Villa Gamoni est très agréable à vivre et à quelques pas de la plage et des équipements. On a adoré y passer une semaine et reviendrons avec plaisir !

The house was cute- just as advertised. Very close to the beach and could walk to the pier and a few restaurants plus shopping was so close by for food. Loved the two separate living areas. Just a few things to be aware of- the master bed room was a good size with storage but the other two were definitely smaller with limited closet or dresser space. Would likely be best for kids or for 2 couples with each having a ‘separate wing’ of the house. Loved using the outdoor shower and sitting on the front porch playing cards and having a cocktail. The eating areas themselves are small but there are 3 places to eat inside so if everyone’s doesn’t want to eat together it works. You can all eat together outside too. It is busy on the main drag but not so much that it felt too noisy. Great place to spend for vacation!

We loved staying at Jack & Nancy’s and hope to return. It’s such a great location, with so much to see and do around, while all I wanted to do was sit on the porch with my sea view and drink my coffee all day. It was pretty warm while we were at the Outer Banks, but so comfortable in the house. The kitchen was well appointed so we were able to eat in several nights, and it provided space for our two families of 4 to easily also have our own spaces when needed. We had such a wonderful stay!!!

Quiet and clean place

Great place with wonderful access to the beach .
Pillowcases for the extra pillows would be nice. Maybe more than one towel per person for the week- we did wash them every other day so it worked out .
Lots of nice touches and the ability to have everything we needed for the kitchen was amazing .

Très chouette maison, avec confort et une très chouette terrasse !

We had never been to OBX and we loved it! The house location was perfect, within walking/biking to great shops, the nature boardwalk, and the beach. The kitchen had every tool we needed for great dinners - including a blender for Margaritas! We were so happy with Duckin’ out!
