You will fall in love with the hostess and the house. We took one of our sons and his family to Duck and ALL had a great time. The house was even better than we could have asked for. Rooms were spacious, house well stocked/furnished, and the location was great. The outdoor private pool was a big hit for the grandchildren, and the walking distance to the beach was easy for all. Even walking to the shops just down the street was a short little stroll. House was clean and a nice little welcome package was waiting for us with lots of sweets and goodies. Nice wrapping porch with many areas to sit and chat. Big hit was the outdoor shower. House had games for kids, TV's in all rooms, and the decor was as beachy as you could get. Wonderful furniture to include a very large sectional sofa; all could snuggle and enjoy. Would stay there again for sure. You can't go wrong at this location or with the hostess.

Good location in Duck with all the comforts of home. We had a blast during our week there. The pool was the highlight for my daughters and the screened in porch with ceiling fan was my favorite. Kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfy and there are plenty of seating options indoors and outside around the deck. This is a well-kept rental and we would definitely visit again.

Great location! Easy access to the beach. Loved sitting on the deck and relaxing. Well equipped kitchen. Close to everything you need and in walking distance to a great coffee shop.

Apartamento muy bonito super equipadado y completo con todo lo necesario para una estancia feliz para mi gusto un poco pequeño. La única inconveniencia es el timbre de abajo que no funciona. Mi amiga salió y se olvidó el móvil y no había manera de avisarme para poder abrir la puerta porque el timbre de abajo no funciona. El resto perfecto. Lo podría recomendar sin problema

Great house and perfect location! Such an easy walk to the town or the beach. The house had everything we needed for cooking and the beach. The bikes and bike trailer came in very handy. Pool was a great addition. Also Brittany was great, very helpful and responsive with all my questions. Will definitely be coming back here!

Beautiful apartment and fantastic location. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and we enjoyed the wonderful view of the North Sea from the living/dining room area.

This house and cabana was perfect for our group. We had a short stay, but the house way very clean and in great shape. We have zero complaints and applaud the company for keeping a very high standard. We will definitely rent here again! Highly recommend this place.

Easy check in. Walking distance to beach, 5th Avenue and Tin City. Even had chairs and umbrella for the beach. Highly recommend this property. Very pleased.

Aangename accommodatie, wel niet zo heel ruim voor 8 volwassen personen.

This house was absolutely terrific for our family of four (2 parents, one teenage boy and one teenage girl). Having three bedrooms gave everybody their own space. And it couldn't have been any closer to the beach without being right on it. We literally had to walk across the street and we were at the beach access. The house is super cute and definitely puts you in the vacation mindset with its decor. And it wasn't just the bedrooms that gave you room to spread out. There's two living spaces each with their own TV's if the kids want to watch something different than the parents. Kitchen had everything we needed for making meals and appliances were very nice. Laundry facilities in the garage were adequate. And it was nice that they provided some basic beach essentials (chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, a beach wagon, etc) that we took advantage. Location was right in the middle of the action. Just a few minutes to the Wright Brothers memorial and a few more to Jockey Ridge State Park. The Food Lion grocery store was just a few blocks away. It was perfect for our family of four and would work great for a family of five, too. We'd definitely go back to this place again.

We were a family of 5 with a 2-year old and had a great stay in Koksijde! The apartment was very spacious with 2 terraces, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, allowing more than enough space and privacy for everyone, foreseeing the needed equipment for children.
Moreover, the apartment was well located near the beach and on walking distance of shops and restaurants, which made is perfect for a long weekend at the seaside (we could even stay longer)! The communication with Jade was perfect, she was very responsive and answered all our questions. Upon our arrival, we received a nice bag with some useful items that we made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend the apartment to others!
