We were a little nervous when we booked this property because there were some older reviews talking about shabby carpet, etc. Those reviews are totally irrelevant today as this place has been renovated top to bottom!!!!!

This vacation rental totally exceeded our expectations! Not only were the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms super comfy for our group, but the lakeview from the whole back of the house was really nice. We enjoyed a very nice BBQ outside one evening on the screened in patio and had our morning coffee there as well.

Booking was super easy. Property manager sent us a door code with instructions and we just went straight to the house. House was super clean and everything worked great. We will definitely come back. Fifth Ave was maybe a just a 3-4 mile drive.

Again - ignore the old reviews - they are not at all the case today.

This was the cutest spot even the neighbors were friendly! it's a short walk to the beach, sunsets, sunrise and you can even borrow their bikes! Everything was super clean and convenient! You really don't even need a car unless you plan to explore the whole area or if you want to drive to specific food places or to Walmart, it's about a 15 min drive. I enjoyed my stay, appreciated the outdoor shower after the beach, and definitely plan to come back!

The Honu Hut is the absolute perfect spot for a couple's getaway trip. Clean, quaint, relaxing, and in a great location. You are just a bike ride away from the beach, the bay, the bike path, local cafe shops, restaurants, bars - you will rarely need your car! Chelsey & Darren were the greatest hosts. Awesome, kind and welcoming people (Tyson too). Darren was so kind and helped us when we had car troubles one day and Chelsey offered us so many awesome suggestions on places to go/things to do we never once felt unsure of what to do. We miss this place already & hope to visit again soon! Highly, highly recommend!

Nice house just like in pictures very clean

Small and quaint, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, just enough room space for a couple. No kitchenette, however a backyard with a grill and a patio was free for us to use. Car port hang out spot with outdoor furniture was pretty neat. Our door showers were pretty clutch! Located just a block or two from the beach!

Chelsey and Darren were wonderful hosts! Their place was super clean and easy find and not to mention in a great location. I highly recommend staying here whenever you visit the OBX!

while the house was nice size, there is a construction lot next door with heavy equipment going in and out early in the morning. ran in to a few issues right off the back after booking. a member of our groups father got sick and was in the hospital. we asked if we could change the dates we were told no. then when my friends father died, we asked again and still told NO. I am a traveling ICU nurse and do a lot of rentals and have never had this much trouble with a rental. so my friend rushed to the funeral and rushed back. so that we did lose money on the renal. when we get there the floors are dirty (Like we had black feet from walking in the house) the pool was cloudy and the grill did not work. i called and was told to email this person and i never heard back from anyone. we bought chemical to clear up the pool and i had to fix the grill so that we could use it. need less to say we moped the whole house so we could walk in the house with out our feet turning black. all in all one of the worst experience's with a rental i have ever had. will never rent with the group again and would not recommend to anyone else. VRBO is not at fault

The thing that stands out the most is that it is very well appointed and was spotless. The management is really responsive. Great stay.

The location is wonderful. It is a short distance from the beach, restaurants, markets, and department stores. There is a great trail walk behind the house and a state park close by. The house is perfect for large family gatherings with a great game room located in the loft. The kitchen had an excellent amount of upscale supplies to make cooking meals easy. Everything was very clean and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the lamps with the USB ports in the bedrooms. We would love to come back and stay in the same place.

Chelsey and Darren have a beautiful space that they are so generous to share with others! We had an amazing weekend and felt very relaxed. Everything was sparkling clean and had many nice touches that made you feel at home! The walk to the beach is so easy and having the bikes was clutch! They were excellent about communication and we felt very well taken care of:) We can’t wait to come back!

Counting Pelicans is a lovely place for a family getaway! There was plenty of space for everyone and the house is super close to the beach! We all love to cook and the kitchen was very well equipped. The space is beautifully decorated and the many outdoor spaces to sit and relax were favorites for us. We loved all the artwork and decor as well!

This house is well decorated and comfortable. The location is amazing, just a quick walk across the street to the beach. You’re close to everything and the area is quiet and feels calm even during peak months. It’s a great space to share with another couple or grandparents as there are two separate living spaces.

The only reason I didn’t give this house five stars is because we had an issue with water coming in under an exterior door during our stay. When we contacted the host, she was responsive, but said it happens when the weather/wind is just right. From a note in the guestbook from past stays, this was known at least two years ago. We had belongings get wet and had to spend time cleaning everything up, as the water had spread almost all the way across the room. It also caused us worry about it happening again, as we were there during a rainy week. Luckily it didn’t. The host sent over additional towels to replace what we had used to clean up and to help block the door in case it happened again, but it seems like an issue that merits addressing.

Loved our time at Greenlinks . This condo was equipped with the basic necessities and just what we needed. The NFVH team was always very prompt when answering any questions. Will definitely be back soon!

First time booking on VRBO and we didn’t know what to expect. We were very satisfied how accurate the pictures were and the cleanliness of the house. The pool was well taken care of and clean. It is not walking distance to the beach but it is a short car ride. Still in a very good location and beach community. I would definitely recommend staying at this house and look forward to booking it again.

House is ample in size and simple in layout and decoration but very functional. Pool area could use some TLC. We enjoyed our stay as the rooms were sapcious and we were able to work, realx and cook as a fmaily in comfort. The area is quiet and is great for walking and jogging. A bit separated from the Naples center and beaches but the nearby shopping center was very practical. Felt the price was too high for location and home. Overall we had a great stay!

Management was quick to communicate when we reached out. House was comfortable and in a good, central location. 1 min drive to beach. Alot of good dining options not far from the house.

The Sorrento Beach House has been renovated and looks nothing like the video on your website. That said, it is very nice. There are now six bedrooms (including the cabana). Two of the upstairs rooms share a bath, all the others have their own.
We were unable to use the spa because of inadequate internet signal. In general the internet was not good. Also, unfortunately a transformer behind the house blew midweek, hurting the pool pump system. Hopefully that will be fixed.

The pics shown were amazing but the property was anything but. The proximity to the beach was 6 min via car but the homes around were not very nice.The pool was terribly small, several of the blinds would not open. The blinds on the master slider kept falling off. The master toilet seat was unstable. Some of the cutlery was left dirty in the drawer. The pool deck was not clean and neither was the hot tub. We did not use either the pool or the hot tub. I dont think this property was worth 4k!
