Great spot for a mini vacation to Florida. Beds were comfortable and house was very tidy and nicely decorated. We felt like we were right on the beach. We had a great time.

I got married at Vanderbilt beach and our Villa was just a few minutes away. Very convenient if you have kids and want to be near touristy attractions, staff was very nice to deal with.

Nice house, very convenient but nickel dime on hot tub usage detracted some. Hot water to upstairs was slow or at times non-existent. But overall pretty good and master suite was nice.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Neapolitan rental. This was very comfortable for a family of 5, including the nice, enclosed pool. The kitchen had everything you might need, and the beach toys and chairs were appreciated by the kids. In addition, the agency was responsive to all inquiries in a timely fashion. If we return to Naples, we will use again. Thank you.

Nicely decorated. New everything. Very clean. Perfect for small family. Wish the front desk could be more helpful but they don't manage these units.

Comfortable accommodations. We would stay here again for sure and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice home close to the beach.

We loved our stay at this 3 bedroom condo. It totally fit our needs. We had a HS senior daughter who brought a friend and we brought my mom. So we used all of the bedrooms, but there was space for all of us and we were comfy! The kitchen is a nice size with a fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher. There are several gas grills over by the pool. Speaking of the pool... we loved it there. The water was a great temperature and included a whirlpool which I used on the one cooler day we had. I was impressed that I saw people maintaining the property in one way or another every day. There are Publix grocery stores if you turn right or left out of the property. There are also chain restaurants and unique restaurants nearby, as well. Really enjoyed our time and wouldn't hesitate to return!!

Our first time in Naples and we really enjoyed staying at this condo. The photos shown are basically what the place looks like. The back of the condo faced a very large pond and the golf course. The location was perfect for us, we enjoyed driving to Marco Island and other beaches in the area. The pool area was very nice, there was a gym at the club house which was sufficient for the time we were there.
Since the condo was renovated everything in the kitchen is brand new but it can use some good knives and the bedrooms can use a full size mirror. Other than that we enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it!

The on-line description of this property was misleading. Read their contracts very carefully because all you will receive from management when multiple issues are encountered is an apology. The challenges of a busy rental season should not be shifted to the customer. Compare their prices and fees against other companies. This could be a very nice rental if it were fairly priced and properly maintained. That was not our experience. Couldn't help but feel sorry for the staff and repair/cleaning personnel who were pleasant as they attempted to correct the issues we encountered. From a safety perspective, patio sliders that could not be secured and no smoke detectors or sprinklers in the unit. A fire pull outside the condo and a fire extinguisher down the outside hallway. Outside stairwell light not operating the entire length of our stay. Based on our experience and despite the good location, I would not recommend this property to anyone.

We were caught in a trick bag and had to find a place pronto that permitted our two little dogs and that had a fence. This is half a dump. New bathroom and appliances. The rest of it is 1970s tile with Early African decor. Roaches and centipedes share the space with you. The ugliest furniture you've ever seen. Front and back yards are dirt piles. I wouldn't stick a toe in that pool. The neighbor's conversation is audible with your doors and windows closed. Half the neighbors own pit bulls. You get the idea...

There were 6 of us in the condo for 3 nights for a family reunion. It worked out nicely. Just a short drive to Naples and 40 minutes from RSW airport. The pool was great.

The condo was magnificent. The staff was very friendly and the check in was easy. It was a keyless entry which made it easy so I could not forget my keys LOL. The view of the golf was nice in the morning as we had our coffee and read the paper.

Our family vacation this year was in Naples at the Catina Golf Condo. We are glad we picked this unit. It was nicer than others we saw online but cheaper. The views were great, condo was clean, and the community was very safe for our little kids. We would rent here again.

Our family of four really had a nice time at the Catina Golf Condo. Very spacious, and very clean. We like the fact that the pool was so close, as our kids loved it. Way better experience than we have had before. The kitchen was stocked with cooking ware so we could make home cooked meals. Pricing was excellent and great service.

Most important the unit was comfortable, clean and the beds were also comfortable. This unit worked out for us very nicely. Value Priced for the accommodations. Not Over Priced like many rentals are! Rental company was nice to work with. Thanks for a nice place to stay while in Naples! Carlos

Our stay at this property was most pleasant. It's a newer house with a great living space - tall ceilings and open floor plan. The outdoor area with the pool and lanai are quite lovely. Our beds were comfortable and the rooms nicely laid out. The furniture and decor could use a bit more flow - some pieces didn't really go with others but this wasn't a big deal. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and silverware and glasses, etc. We thought that the pots and pans, of which there were only two, could use a replacement because they were well worn and someone came by with new ones - not the best quality, but new indeed. We thought that the attentiveness of the company to accommodate our needs was very good - they responded very quickly to emails and sent someone over to check things out. We appreciated how they had beach chairs for us to use in the garage. The beach towels were a bit small and thin and could use replacing as well but I suppose they served their purpose.

All and all, this was a very comfortable stay. What would grant the place 5 stars is an interior redesign of the furniture and art work such that everything flows better together. NOTE: the couches are comfortable.
