Naples Florida Vacation Homes Reviews

We spent 3 great nights in South Naples. The facilities were very comfortable and attractive and we certainly would return.

Great house, great location. We walked or biked to Mercado and the beach every day! Pool water was perfect, house was clean. Nice to stay somewhere where you do not need to rent a car. The property manager was great and easy to use. We booked the day before arriving and they were able to accommodate! Would stay again!

Pride of ownership is evident in this vacation rental. The owner has decorated it nicely with high quality furnishings and it exceed out expectations. The pool area was lovely. We'll be back for our next trip to Naples.

Great vacation.

What a nice home this is! The location is great, the home is nicely decorated, and the pool was just lovely. We came from Boston and would visit this property again. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our fall trip to Naples and the Avanti Vacation Rental. The rental company is so easy to work with and you can trust that you will get a good clean product from them. Great pool and perfect space in rooms. Beach is a 15 minute walk.

We never stayed in a vacation rental before. It was a fun experience. This home made it feel like home away from home for sure. The pool was huge and the beach and shopping were within walking distance. We will be back.

You can walk to the beach from this rental and still rent for less than a week...that is not common in Naples. We liked the company that owns the property. Very professional and cleaning was great.

My family enjoyed our stay in this home. We wanted a home that had a pool and was close to the beach. This fit the bill. Spacious bedrooms and the living room was great for family time.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It's a very nice place. The pool is great!

This was a great spot to stay. Nice house in great condition. Excellent pool lanai and just about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed it for a family gathering over Thanksgiving.

I was very impressed with the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped indeed. The location is perfect, 3rd Street and 5th Ave South are easily accessible as is the beach. There were some nice touches in the apartment like the beach chairs and umbrellas which we made good use of. On arrival the A/C was not working and as soon as I reported it, a technician was sent out and it was fixed within 2 hours. Very good service! I will have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and will almost certainly book again next year. Thank you.

Overall, we had a nice stay. It rained a lot but we were able to enjoy the home and all the amenities it offered. The owner has an eye for decor, that is for sure.

What a great home for me and my family. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and the pullouts in the living room. The pool was nice and big and the grill was nice for family BBQ's. The location was ideal as we could drive to the beach in 2 min with our little children. We would love to make this our annual vacation home.

Our kids had so much fun at the Tuscan Vacation Rental. The sleeping arrangements were ideal and the pool was a blast. We will visit again.

What a treat it was to rent this house from Naples Florida Vacation Homes. They were so nice and provided a clean and comfortable home for us to enjoy our annual vacation in!

The rental has a very nice pool and we enjoyed hanging out near the grill on afternoons. The location cannot be beat as it sits right near the Gulf of Mexico.

We had a great time at this rental. Our family of 5 liked the idea of being in a home rather than a few hotel rooms. The location is perfect, with the beach only a 15 minute walk from the house. We spent some time at Mercato which is right across the street. We will rent again!

Came to see our daughter graduate and needed a place for a small family to stay for a week. Wanted to get away from the hotel scene and found this condo online. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen supplies. We would recommend any future guests to enjoy a morning coffee on the lanai, as the views are fantastic. The condo was lovely and we would vacation down here again to visit our daughter.

Loved our trip to Naples this past summer. We stayed at the Tuscan thru Naples Florida Vacation Homes. We found them as they are the only place in town doing nightly rentals and are very professional. We would stay again. 5 Stars!
