We had a nice comfortable stay. We really enjoyed having a coffee on the lanai overlooking the Golf Course. Very green and very peaceful. The unit was updated and had everything we needed. We had a great holiday!
Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay, we hope to accommodate your stay in the future.
The condo was very new looking. The agency tells me the owner put a lot of money into upgrading his unit and it shows. The designs were a whole lot nicer than another that I saw. The views of the golf course were calming. We would rent again!
Thanks for the kind words. The unit has 20k in upgrades and it does show. We love the location as well. Who does not love a golf course in the back yard! Come again!
We felt so blessed to have a place for family to rest during the busyness of the wedding. They thanked me over and over again and I want to pass that thanks to you. The house was clean and provided everything needed. Again, many thanks to Kristin and staff.
Thanks again for the kind words. We are happy the wedding and the stay went well. We take pride in offering world class customer service to our guests from around the world.
his is a beautiful vacation home for those wanting a real Florida experience. The owners were outstanding. They made sure all of our needs were taken care of from making sure the pool was warm enough to having daily maid service. While the home is within walking distance to some shopping, it is a bit of a trek to the beach. However, it is only a couple minutes by car and about 10-15 minutes to downtown Naples. Also, the owners provide beach chairs and other things you may need Loved this house and it was a great vacation!
Thanks for the kind words. We look forward to hosting you again.

Thanks for the kind words. The condo actually was just updated in September 2016 and is quite lovely. We hope to see you soon!

We had a great time all the necessities were provided from the kitchen, to the pool, to the bathrooms, to the beach.... There was even an outdoor grill and a cooler to take to the beach. All the rooms were Clean. Everything that was promised was there. We will defiantly book again.

Excellent service all around. From initial correspondence to answering questions in a very prompt matter, this was a 5 star experience. The condo was spotless with some thoughtful extras.

Its rare to find honest people in online buying but the folks at Naples Florida Vacation Homes were the best. They helped us book the Avanti Vacation Rental and the location was perfect for us. We can walk to the beach in less than 20 minutes, which made the wife really happy. Kids loved the pool!

Very clean and comfortable house with a pool. My family really enjoyed the stay. 2 min from the beach by car.

We stayed in the house for eight days and had a great vacation. The house was easy to find, had a great location close to the beach and supermarkets. It was also a nice and calm neighborhood. The house was well cleaned upon arrival and it was very good that it was so well equipped. The grill worked without any problem, there were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, the wifi worked flawless and it had everything that you need in the kitchen. We were all positively surprised with the house and we recommend you to stay here if you're looking for a house around Naples.
Thanks for the kind words. We take pride in making sure the rental is perfect for your stay! We hope to see you return to Naples soon!
The Tuscan Vacation Rental was a fantastic property for me and my family during summer break. The house had everything we could need and the pool was awesome. We could walk to the beach in less than 20 min and drive in 1 min. The staff at Naples Florida Vacation Homes goes out of their way to make sure your vacation goes great!

We stayed in Naples earlier this month when visiting family. We wanted a place where 6 of us can enjoy the time together instead of meeting up from hotel rooms and having to eat out each night. The Avanti was a comfortable, quiet location that gave us just what we were looking for. FYI, the location is the best. You can walk to the beach in under 20 minutes. We had questions on the area and Naples Florida Vacation Rentals was more than helpful. That's rare in today's online world!
Thanks for the kind words. We are glad you enjoyed your stay!
It is very hard to find a vacation rental online in which you completely trust the process and the home. Thankfully, we found the perfect one. The Sorrento Vacation Home is a spacious rental with a beautiful pool and even better, a 10 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed the large living room and played games as a family. It helped to have a nice kitchen where we could cook meals. We will definitely be back.
All the feedback is appreciated. We are happy you enjoyed your stay. It is hard to find a vacation rental online, that we know. We take pride in being the only Property Management Company in Naples that specializes in nightly rentals. We look forward to having you back soon!
We appreciated the cleanliness of the house, the space, the silent air conditioning, the good bedding and the swimming pool in the peace. Some margins in progress: two bikes to go to the beach
Our family (6 adults and 3 young kids) loved our week in Jack and Nancy's cottage! The home was equipped with everything we needed for our beach vacation. Our hosts were accommodating with our early arrival and they were quick to respond to our questions before and during our visit. We would definitely stay again!
The house was fantastic, much more than we expected. Jack and Nancy answered all of our questions and provided detailed information before we arrived. The house was very comfortable and roomy. The beach is within a short walking distance and was never crowded. The outdoor bath was great too and enclosed so you can rinse sand off entire body. They seemed to have thought of everything including a cool tower charger for the many gadgets. We strongly recommend this home for any family looking for a relaxing week at the beach. No complaints whatsoever and we did get to meet Jack on day we left, otherwise we were left alone, another positive for us. It is not easy to find a vacation spot equally attractive to toddlers, teenagers, young adults and a senior but this home did just that for us. Thanks Jack. Thanks Nancy. Did I mention that the house looks much better in person than in the pictures. One day some folks stopped by just to look at the outside and compliment the outer appeal of the house. The house also has lovely and thoughtful interior decorations as well.

Jack and Nancy were incredibly accommodating when we arrived! They called to let us know when we could check in since we had arrived quite early in the morning.
The house was much much closer to the beach than I realized when I booked it (only a few houses away from the public beach access). Even better, the public beach access is one of the ones without a parking lot, meaning that the beach wasn't overcrowded.
The house itself was cute and charming. The outside shower is large and even has a dressing area. Since the showers inside were quite small, most of our group opted for showering outside instead.
Unfortunately for us, we came on a very hot week (heat index above 100 every day) and the upstairs AC wasn't able to keep up during the day. At night, it was fine and everyone slept comfortably. But we avoided being upstairs during the day like the plague.
Thanks for everything! We would definitely stay again!
