very nice place, exactly as described. we had a great stay. host is very communicative and responsive.

Logement très bien placé tout proche de la gare. Dommage que toutes les vitres étaient extrêmement sales. Il manque des casseroles pour 8 personnes. J ai demandé à arriver 2 heures avant soit à 14h car personne avant. réponse : si nous voulons arriver à 14h au lieu de 16h cela coûte 40 euros je ne vois vraiment pas ce que ça change l appartement était déjà prêt. Un peu déçue. Sinon literie nickel et clim dans toute la maison.

Great House layout
worked well for our group

This is a tired apartment that is in need of a furniture and decor update. It’s quite cluttered and smaller than the photos suggest too. The shower was struggling to drain effectively towards the end of our stay.

The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived and our arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The apartment is in a super location with an amazing view and great parking close nearby. The centre of town is 15 minutes walk and the beach is on the other side of the road, so once the car is parked you won’t need to move it.

Positive:

Ruime keuken alles aanwezig in de keuken, veel lichtinval , dubbele terras waardoor je altijd in de zon kan zitten

Negative:
zetel woonkamer is nogal klein en hard

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful part of the world, we will most definitely be back and would highly recommend.

What was great:
- 2 big double beds
- good kitchen with lots of appliances
- free parking nearby in the little harbor
- super clean
- toys for kids
- games for adults
- cute little city
- restaurants right in front of the door
- very close supermarkets
- beach is 40 min by foot or 8 by car
- big bathrooms and shower stalls
- we were expecting a strong fish smell base on other reviews. Wasn’t the case
- 2 baby beds, although Rentus said there was only one
- small greeting package

Not so great:
- 2 of the bedrooms can only be reached by walking through other bedrooms
- quite loud overall. Thin walls, squeaky doors, loud air cons from the neighbors and the house is right next to the Main Street where the tram passes through
- smaller table in kitchen where coffee machine is on is very shaky/unstable
- very steep staircases. A bit challenging with small children but manageable

Natalie is an excellent host.

Mooi appartementje op wandelafstand van het strand en de dijk.
Goed voorzien van benodigdheden ook.
Voor 4 personen is het misschien aan de kleine kant, maar haalbaar. Wij waren met drie en dat was prima.

Il aurait été appréciable qu'il y ait des lampes de chevet dans chaque chambre - 1 chambre sans et l'autre avec une lampe qui n'éclairait rien
De plus étant donné que le système de poubelles est extrémement complexe à NIEUPORT il aurait été intéressant que l'agence nous donne une adresse de containers .. Personne au courant et le site de C MAR est en flamand (meme pas en anglais) nous avons réellement galéré .. personne ne connaissait où se trouvaient ces containers (y compris cherz les commercants avoisinants

Positive:
Отличное место, расположение близкое к морю, все цивильно, много кухонной утвари, приятный бонус при заселении в виде стартового пакета (губка, полотенчик, средство для мытья посуды, чай, кофе, туалетная бумага, и даже карты, да мы сыграли). Свой гараж в доме, а так же место под вторую машину на улице. Соответствует фото.

Negative:
Какой-то весёлый косяк с электрикой, жмёшь кнопку кондиционер - пропадает энергия в розетках на стене напротив. Не хватает света в ванне. Немного странное расположение комнат.

Schöne Wohnung. Es wäre freundlich gewesen, wenn wir bei der Buchung darauf hingewiesen worden wären, dass täglich ab 7:00 Uhr sogar samstags Bauarbeiten stattfinden.

In zwei Schlafzimmern hat es leider immer wieder nach Abluft gerochen.

Die Fenster sind nicht geputzt gewesen (und waren voller Baustaub) - das mussten wir selbst machen.

Positive:
Op vlak van hygiëne was alles prima in orde.
Rustig en mooi ingericht. Alles wat nodig is dat was aanwezig.

Heel mooi appartement op prachtige locatie

We were evacuated from Avon and were lucky enough to find this place in Duck. The home has beautiful natural light and incredible sunsets. The ocean was not swimmable and the beach could not be accessed during the peak high tides from the hurricane, but the sound was calm as could be. The dock made for a great alternative to the beach and the crabbing is incredible! It is also a short walk to the beach and manageable walk/short drive to all the shops in Duck.

We loved this beautiful beach house! We were well supported by Joseph and his team with clear communications throughout our stay. Everything was super clean when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an idyllic family vacation at the Loophole. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful and accommodating. The location is just insanely perfect— it was honestly incredible in every way and I’m devastated to be home! Steps from the beach, hose for rinsing off from beach, outdoor shower, lovely neighbors…very convenient for the local YMCA with an amazing outdoor pool, great farmers market, bowling mini golf etc…felt so at home there immediately…can’t say enough good things and I miss it already.
