Wonderful location and beautiful home! Close walk to the beach, furniture clearly structured to make everything from meals to sitting out on the deck easy and enjoyable, and plenty of entertainment in the gameroom and with TVs in each space. The whole family (including our pup) enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Kitty hawk, OBX! The location was fantastic, just one block from the ocean, making it super convenient to enjoy the beach every day. The house was well-equipped and had plenty of beach chairs, which made our trips to the shore even easier. One of the highlights for us was being able to bring our beloved 4-legged daughter Zoe; having a pet-friendly place made the trip extra special, and we truly appreciated it.

Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this house for anyone looking for a great Outer Banks getaway.

This house was perfect for our 3 generations gathering for a family vacation. The access to the beach was even better than anticipated, but our 4 yr old and 6 yr old LOVED the pool. We will stay here again if we can fit in another week at the beach.

Ma satisfaction est totale! L’emplacement est idéal avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé, offrant tout le confort nécessaire. Cependant, j’ai rencontré un petit bémol : il manquait un oreiller et une couette. Malgré cela, mon expérience a été très agréable et je recommande cet endroit !

J’ai été déçu par le manque d’un oreiller et une couette et l’absence de quelques ustensiles de cuisine essentiels, comme une cruche, une poêle et un saladier. Ces petites lacunes ont légèrement terni mon expérience. Malgré cela, l’appartement reste très agréable et je le recommande pour sa vue et son confort.

We had a memorable stay in Oostende. Although the traffic was frustrating, we cannot thank you enough for this experience....the feeling we had once we entered the apartment was worth it!! The flat was clean, smooth, modern, and the best was...THE VIEW, we loved it! Highly recommended!

Reinigung war nicht ok (viele Spinnen und Spinnweben), Spülmaschine funktionierte anfangs nicht, weil ein Korb falsch eingehängt war, Licht in einem Zimmer funktionierte nicht und wurde auch nicht repariert. Parkplatz an der Straße nur gegen Bezahlung. Wohnung aber groß und geräumig, gut ausgestattet (Töpfe, Pfannen, Küchenzubehör).Relativ weit vom Strand entfernt (ca 1 km)

The house looked like it was out of a magazine - perfect details, decor, and amenities! It was even closer to the beach than we realized, making it an easy walk every day even with our toddler. Can’t thank Natalie enough for such a fantastic stay. Not to mention how close it was to a fantastic ice cream shop…

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We really enjoyed the pool, the outdoor shower, and the bean bag toss. It’s so appreciated that the home has new fun things added since our last stay here all while being meticulously maintained. The landscaping brought so many hummingbirds that we enjoyed from the front porch and my husband and kids took turns enjoying quiet time in the hammock out back. We stayed during hurricane Erin and were never bored inside and made some great meals in the well-equipped kitchen!

Beautiful location so close to the beach. We loved sitting on the deck, watching the waves and sunsets. And we so appreciated the gated yard and deck for our puppies to enjoy this cozy cottage with us. We throughly enjoyed cooking in the well appointed and open kitchen. Mattresses could have been firmer and bedding/towels a little more plush, but a very small point. Perfect week at the beach, even despite Hurricane Erin (loved watching the gnarly waves from such a close vantage point). Thank you for having our little family stay at the most adorable house in Kill Devil Hills.

I highly, highly recommend this home! It’s absolutely beautiful, perfectly decorated, and in an ideal location. Natalie was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the space was clean and well-maintained, and there was ample parking. The backyard was perfect for our dog, and the neighborhood is a bustling little area with plenty to do nearby. We loved the screened-in porch with rocking chairs—it was the perfect spot for morning coffee.

We walked to the beach every day, which was so convenient.

I would stay here again and again, and the price is absolutely worth it!

The 2 double beds are pull outs that are very uncomfortable and the ones downstairs very noisy. It wasn't very well cleaned - couch full of sand, shower had hair coming back up out of the drain, oven dirty, ..

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Ein Aldi und ein weiterer Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen.Eine Tram ist in ca. 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen und zum Strand mit Bars und Geschäften sind es nur zwei Stationen. Der Jachthafen gegenüber lädt zum spazieren ein. Von dort aus kann man eine Hafenrundfahrt starten.

Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird.

Ein Waschsalon ist in der Tiefgarage neben der Einfahrt vorhanden. Die Bedienung ist sehr einfach.

Der Pool ist super, wird regelmäßig gereinigt und Liegen sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Nice house, 5 minutes away from the sea by car. Accessing the upper floor is however quite complicated with very steep stair/ladder. It was difficult to access with 2 toddlers.
