Appartement neuf et propre, top.

Appartement splendide et très bien aménagé avec de l'équipement haut de gamme. Mais pour le prix, j'aurai apprécié que les vitres soient propres ( tellement sales qu'on ne voit plus au travers ...) de plus les douches ont débordé à cause des syphons bouchés ( déjà chez soi c'est franchement répugnant à faire mais quand il sagit des crasses d'inconnus c'est abominable ). Je ne suis pourtant pas franchement maniaque mais pour le prix que nous avons payé c'est vraiment dommage. Sans ça l'expérience aurait été 5 étoiles.

Complex nice, pool great. Condo needed upgrades , carpet stained , mattresses not comfortable. Stove broke and was replaced next day as Management dealt with it promptly. It was inconvenient to our meals we had planned. Unit next to us seemed to have a high turnover , smoking pot and noisy

Lekker groot huis, lekker ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien, met ontspanningsruimte. We hadden mooi weer en konden lekker in de tuin zitten.

Our family had a great time at this home. We were in walking distance to the beach and close to a lot of places. We will definitely be renting this place again!!!

Het appartement is prachtig: ruim, licht en stijlvol ingericht. De mooie tuin maakt het geheel helemaal af. Bij aankomst hadden we direct een prettig gevoel en het verblijf voldeed op veel punten aan onze verwachtingen. Het is een fijne plek om te verblijven en de locatie is ideaal als uitvalsbasis om Oostende en omgeving te verkennen.
Er zijn wel een paar aandachtspunten. Ondanks dat huisdieren niet toegestaan zijn, waren er duidelijke sporen van dieren op verschillende plekken in het appartement (witte haartjes en een dikke wollen stof onder de bank). De schoonmaak kan dus beter. Ook is de parkeerplek alleen geschikt voor kleinere auto’s; parkeren op straat is betaald. Daarnaast bleek het weggooien van afval een uitdaging. Het dichtstbijzijnde afvalpunt ligt straten verderop. De afvalpunten zijn betaald en kunnen bovendien alleen met contact geld betaald worden.
Met iets meer aandacht voor schoonmaak en heldere communicatie over bijkomende kosten zou prijs-kwaliteit in verhouding z

Très chouette séjour à 7 adultes ! Propre, endroit très paisible, à 5' en voiture de la mer. Commerces à proximité également. Gros coup de coeur pour l'espace de vie et l'extérieur!

A cute house from the outside, that opens up to an enormous designer like interior: big sitting room and huge kitchen. A real plus is the many toilets and bathrooms.
The little garden at the back and pergola with heaters is great for dining outside or just lounging in the sun.
Perfect for family gatherings or big groups.

Lage, Aussicht und Einrichtung waren wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung war sauber und Ausstattung mehr als ausreichend.
Die reichliche Information vorab hatte alle Wünsche erfüllt, jedoch gab es auf meine Nachricht keine Reaktion am Anreisetag, wir haben es final anders hinbekommen, doch es hätte auch anders laufen können. Ansonsten können wir es mehr als Empfehlen. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig - ideal zum shoppen in Kombination von paar Strandtagen. Viele Restaurants hatten Abends nicht lange auf, das fanden wir schade, aber womöglich lag es an der Jahreszeit und wir hatten einfach Pech.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses war gut und noch neu. Zwei gute Liegen standen auch zur Verfügung. Weiterhin zwei gute Fahrräder konnten auch genutzt werden. Das die Toilette vom Bad getrennt war ist besonders gut! Aufgrund der Bezahlparkplatzsituation war es gut, dass zumindest ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung stand.

Negative:
Die Lüftungsanlage im gesamten Bungalow ist vom Geräusch her sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es gab keine schriftlichen Hinweise über z.B. Müllentsorung. Generell ging alles nur über die App! Das nur ein Parkplatz für Nutzung von 6 Personen zur Verfügung stand ist nicht okay! Auf ein Defizit (Akkusauger ohne Akku) gab es in 12 Tagen keine Hilfe oder Alterantive von der Vermietungsgesellschaft Rentus!

Scouting Waves is a lovely spot and Natalie is an ideal host! This is a newly renovated property that offers a great layout for guests and families traveling together. The house is comfy and pool is delightful. I suspect we are one of few guests who’ve stayed at Scouting Waves since the renovation, and while there could have been more dining seating and a *front and center* info sheet, my interactions with Natalie were so pleasant and prompt and she offered immediate solutions! We had a lovely getaway to OBX and Natalie and Scouting Waves offered such a warm welcome! We’ll be back for another visit in the future!

Great place, it was as described. Very clean and in excellent condition. we had a great time.

L'emplacement la vue le confort

This was a lovely historic cottage, steps from the beach. With the beach in line of sight, and Jockeys Ridge behind us, we had a wonderful off season stay. The cottage is well appointed with decorative touches that showcase the history of the home and Jockeys Ridge. Because it is a historic home, minor things like doors not latching, uneven floors can be overlooked and in some respect added to its charm. The kitchen, bathrooms and beds all were fine. But we would suggest the host supply small beach supplies like beach chairs and an umbrella. Our stay was four days in the shoulder season and we found the setting to be just the right mix of proximity to the beach and Jockeys Ridge and great restaurants. Main concern was all of the construction from the adjacent homes being renovated. The wraparound porch with rocking chairs and benches was a great place to enjoy the ocean breeze and, both sunrises and sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back.
