Positive:
De ligging was zeer goed, na een korte wandeling ben je al aan de zee.
Negative:
Garage waarvan na veel moeite de poort eindelijk openging met hulp van de buurman en tot conclusie komen dat er alleen een kleine auto in kan doordat er teveel spullen van eigenaar in stonden.

Lovely apartment, but do be aware of the security deposit terms, which are mentioned in the Description box:
After booking you will be asked to place a €300 authorisation - not a charge, but an authorisation to charge - on a credit card as a deposit, via a third-party service called Swikly. It is now one week since we left, and the host has not yet released that authorisation. When I requested it be released, the host said the authorisation will be released "no later than 20 days after checkout".
A deposit should, in my opinion, be released as soon as it is confirmed that there are no damages. Failing to do so is unreasonable.
Also, Swikly will send you emails attempting to sell you additional "Security Deposit Insurance" - at another additional cost - which is annoying.
Other than that, though - lovely apartment, good location, great view, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Apart from the deposit, I would entirely recommend it.

Een prachtig appartement, aan 3 kanten omgeven door een uitzonderlijk groot terras met zicht op de havengeul. Op wandelafstand van zowel Nieuwpoort Bad als Nieuwpoort stad. Brandschoon, handige indeling en mooi gemeubileerd.

The house is clean and modern. It's really well thought out, from decor to amenities. The kids loved the video game console.
Amazing location. Less than 10 minute walk to beach. Short walk or bike ride to several restaurants and ice cream shops (best to walk or bike through neighborhood and then cut over to main roads). Plenty of shopping and activities within a short drive. The dunes at Jockey's Ridge State Park are awesome!

The home was exactly as advertised. We had a great time as a family. We appreciated the amenities and proximity to the beach.
Overall a great place to stay, although the neighbours weren’t the most friendly. They got annoyed when we accidentally threw a tennis ball into the front garden, and went straight to threatening to call the police instead of letting us know we were being a bit loud.

Terrific stay! Very comfortable beds & living room...3 TVs--all worked easily. The hot tub & game room were amazing...best we've seen in all our travels.

Chelsey and Darren’s home was perfect for our family beach vacation. It was clean, comfortable, and close to everything we needed. We were able to bring our 2 dogs and they felt right at home which eased our anxiety about bringing them somewhere new. We would highly recommend their home and would love to visit again very soon.

Ruim appartement, rustige ligging!
Hou rekening met de ventilatie maar die kan uitgezet worden en er komt nog licht langs de gordijnen bij het slapen.
Negative:
Geen zon op terras, zou aangenaam zijn om het enkele graden warmer te kunnen zetten, het was soms wat killig.
