Positives-location in Naples Park, lots of amenities and beaches nearby. Pool was nice (after we paid extra for heat) nice big Kitchen and had plenty of kitchen utensils. Had beach chairs and cooler to use at the beach. Improvements/suggestions-powerwash the pool deck, it was very dirty. Include all costs in the price, we ended up paying a hefty amount to heat the pool. It was disappointing to have added costs on top of the premium we paid to rent the house. The checkin process was complicated. Logging in and submitting documents to a separate website. Other rentals have had bikes, sand toys, pool toys- those types of things would be nice and improve the experience.

We waren met een groep met 5 koppels, dus het was fijn dat we allemaal onze eigen kamer hadden.
Ook de locatie was ideaal. We hadden allemaal onze fiets mee en konden zo de streek verkennen.

We loved our stay at Brittany’s! Great location, spacious house, super clean. The EV charger was great for us. We’d stay again!
House was nice and should have been perfect for our 7 sr guy golf trip - biggest issue was that there were several items that I would have you expected to be included that were not available unless you paid an extra fee - 2 biggest examples of this were 1) swimming pool and hot tub - you couldn’t use it unless you paid extra and 2) the television was all streaming so we couldn’t watch local news or worse, the ncaa men’s tournament unless we logged into our home accounts and figured that out - this is the first VRBO that I have ever seen that approached extras as pay to use. Also the beds were pretty uncomfortable in general but perhaps the biggest issue I had is that the fees changed after I made the booking - VRBO blamed the host and the host blamed VRBO - still working thru getting this fixed but I’m not confident that it will get resolved - shame because overall this is was a nice home but the issues above would definitely keep me from renting it again

This house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and exceeded expectations. The chargers next to the beds were much appreciated!
The house was very cozy and had plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. We felt very relaxed there and really enjoyed our stay. Easy to get places as well and close to restaurants and other activities.

Het huis is ruim genoeg. Het is gezellig ingericht.
Vlakbij mooie natuur en ideaal voor wandelingen.
Mooie ruime living.
Goede bedden!
Goed uitgeruste keuken.
De eettafel was net iets te klein (kan je maar met 8 zitten).
Beetje jammer dat we het haardvuur niet mochten gebruiken.
Pas nadien werd duidelijk dat we voor de hond moesten bijbetalen (20 euro per dag).
Huisje kunnen we zeker aanraden!

Prachtig huis. Zeer verzorgd en mooi ingericht. Voldoende plaats voor 12 man. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Dikke plus is het verwarmd, overdekt terras en de extra speelkamer voor de kids. Wij hebben genoten.

Supposed to have 2 parking passes. Had only 1. But it didn't matter. Had 2 pool key cards, but only one worked. Second bedroom had double size bed...too small for two adults. Master bed mattress was old and noisy. One set of towels per person is not enough. living area cramped. Television small We had a maintenance issue, and it was solved in 1 hour-great! location great! service great.

Regarding the parking passes, they are currently not required in the community, which was communicated when inquired about. As for the pool key cards, they can be easily activated at the front desk of Green Links, but unfortunately, we were not informed of the issue during your stay, so we were unable to assist you at the time.
For towels, the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Additionally, extra towels can be requested through your guest portal as an additional service.

The unit was very nice for two people and in a great location. The only issue was the shower door would leak out onto the bathroom floor so that was frustrating.

De accommodatie, de locatie.
Negative:
We hebben een probleem met het extra bijbetalen tot 12 uur op de dag van vertrek. Dit voelt als afzetterij. Wat maken die twee uur verschil voor de verhuurder? Uiteindelijk is het meestal tot de middag als men iets huurt. Die truc voelt wrang.
ATTENTION aux prochains visiteurs car on nous accuse d’avoir endommagé la cuisine et le congélateur alors que ce n’est pas vrai! Je recommande vivement de ne pas louer cette maison surtout si c’est pour devoir encore payer après pour quelque chose dont on est pas responsable!
Si vous la louez, prenez des photos de tout!!
La maison était extraordinaire mais le fait de garder notre caution et de nous accuser à tort, me dérange plus que fortement!
