Positive:
Mooi en modern ingericht. De tuin was erg fijn om gezellig samen te zitten. Zeker met het mooie weer.

Negative:
De locatie was minder doordat je verder van het strand ligt.

Prachtig huis met heel wat faciliteiten!
Wij hadden een fantastisch weekend, dankjewel! :-)

Positive:
Het appartement was erg ruim, het terras was prachtig. Alles was goed voorzien, we hebben er enorm van genoten.

Negative:
Het was jammer dat de frigo niet aanstond bij aankomst. Dit zorgde ervoor dat we een nachtje moesten wachten vooraleer deze heel koud was en onze aangekochte producten dus niet gekoeld konden worden.

Heel leuk verblijf gehad. Alles tip top in orde.

Positive:
Le design la taille du logement et les équipements. Sa situation géographique est également idéale. Les entrées via digicodes sont très pratiques et rendent le locataire autonome à l'arrivée. C'est un des plus beaux logements que nous ayons loués ! On a adoré cet appartement.

Negative:
C'est bien parce qu'il faut un mais... Mais de petits détails : le thermostat : il faut s'y connaître un peu pour pouvoir le paramétrer car il faisait moins de 18 degrés à notre arrivée. Un autre petit soucis : un volet défectueux. Ceci devrait simplement être signalé. Enfin : les extras sont très chers... 40 € minimum en plus pour un late check-out, c'est pas donné, ni le supplément pour un early check-in, alors qu'il n'y a physiquement personne pour accueillir les clients : point à connaitre quand on est avec des jeunes enfants et que c'est la course au départ ;-)

Fantastisch appartement, zeer goede locatie. Alles was netjes in orde en de apparatuur was volgens mij gloednieuw. Wij komen zeker nog terug!

Zeer net, centraal gelegen appartement! Binnen rustige ligging van de slaapkamers! Alles aanwezig om je comfort te garanderen! Duidelijke instructies!

Flew down to FL for a quick spring break trip and was not disappointed. We were planning to stay with family, but they came down with covid. We got this place at the 11th hour and it was perfect! Next best place we could have found!

Die Küche war neu und die Verleih-Agentur hat alles gut vorbereitet.

Positive:
Leuke mooie terras. Centraal gelegen aan de tram en de Kaai. Goed uitgeruste keuken en 2 nieuwe badkamers. 3 comfortabele dubbele bedden, 1 enkelbed en 1 stapelbed. Zeker een adres om terug te komen.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was just as described. We even extended our stay and management was beyond helpful. Location is 5 min walk to a great beach and the same distance to superb restaurants and shopping.

We loved the house! It was a perfect spot for myself, three children and our pup. Very clean, well-appointed and spacious. The pool and ping pong tables in the basement were a perfect downtime activity. The beach is very short stroll and the restaurants that we could walk to made the location even more ideal. We hope to return soon!

This place was perfect for our Family (and our dog). 2 minute walk to the beach and pretty central to most anything you'd wanna do in the Outer Banks. When coming back to this area I will be booking Brittany's "Buzzin to the Beach" spot again!!

Zeer goede locatie, pal in het centrum! Heel mooi ingericht.

Negative:
Kasten, spiegels, glazen deur, .... hadden nog vingerafdrukken of strepen. Voor de rest prima in orde !!

Clean, starting amenities provided, close proximity -waking distance- to restaurants, beach, shopping.

Positive:
Het schone nieuwe appartement beviel goed. Fijne badkamer goed uitgeruste keuken, prima ligging.

Negative:
In april nauwelijks zon op het terras, terwijl die iedere dag volop scheen. En ik vond het bed te hard.

Très bel appartement bien équipé et moderne

Fijne locatie op wandelafstand van de zee. Makkelijk binnen te komen, proper, fijn welkomstpakket. Alles wat je nodig hebt.

Enkel jammer dat er nog veel extra’s bij te betalen waren. Uitchecken moest al om 10.00 uur op zondag ochtend. Wat extreem vroeg is. Kan later als je bijbetaald. Is wat jammer. De extra kost voor een huisdier was vermeld maar leek al verrekend te zijn in het overzicht en bleek achteraf toch nog apart te betalen. Was niet echt transparant en kwam over dat ze uit alles nog extra geld wouden verdienen.
