Great place, floor plan worked really well -- providing space for a toddler to run and enjoy toys, and privacy for the adults. Stairs are steep -- that's the only thing to be aware of if you have any pets or adults / kids who have trouble navigating stairs. Otherwise, GREAT location, easy access to the beach, and terrific spa pool.

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle.
Jardin très agréable ainsi que la piscine.
Communication bonne dans l'ensemble.
Seul point négatif est qu'il n'était pas clair que un supplément sera à payer pour les animaux. Prix de 20€ par animal et par nuit. Sachant que les montants de frais de nettoyage sont à plus de 200€, je trouve cela dommage.

Bonjour. J'aimerais savoir pour quelle raison vous avez prélevé 50 euros sur notre caution alors que nous avons quitté l'appartement ce dimanche avant 10h. J'avais en effet envoyé un message le samedi soir pour demander de prolonger, mais sans réponse de votre part, nous ne nous sommes pas permis de le faire. Je vous saurais donc gré de bien vouloir restituer cette somme puisque nous n'avons nullement prolongé le séjour. Dans l'attente de votre retour. Bien à vous. Stéphanie Gillet.

The Loophole has become my favorite place to stay in Nags Head. The home is beautifully and tastefully appointed, the area is very private, and the house is right on the sand. Katie's response time is super fast and she is very nice to deal with.

Brittany’s place was exactly as described. Very close to the beach, one thing to note, right before we got to the house there was a big storm so the street out front was not walkable as it was flooded. You could drive through it, or walk through the restaurant parking lot to get around the water to access the beach. But that was Mother Nature, and the water stayed away from the house.
This was our first time in the Outer Banks and it was my favorite vacation.
We cooked one night and had everything we needed.
We would definitely book again!

Positive:
The apartment is very well located to the centre, clean and tidy with good facilities.

Negative:
The price on booking.com only gives part of the picture. Check in is from 5pm and check out from 10am both of which we felt were too late/ too early. There is a portal for the accommodation where you can pay extra for an earlier check in/ late check out, €40 or €70 for each. It felt that the apartment owners/company try and give you the bare minimum for the booking.com with extra costs as mentioned above, waste removal and require a €300 deposit! Not to mention only 2 loo rolls supplied.

Positive:
Lovely location with a nice view from the balcony. My children loved the swimming pool too!
Shops and good restaurants nearby and driving places was so convenient as well being able to catch a tram.
The host was helped with all the queries we had straight away.

Negative:
Little things like maybe having an iron, ironing board and hairdryer would be helpful.
The cost of taking the rubbish away was a bit high but we eventually found a the place to throw it.

Negative:
*het panoramisch uitzicht op zee werd gedurende de volledige periode verhinderd door een hoogtewerker.
* de ingang tot het gebouw werd ook versperd door de hoogtewerker, de ingang was ook slordig
* tijdens ons verblijf waren er werkzaamheden aan de gevel van het gebouw. Wij waren hiervan niet op de hoogte, normaal verwacht je toch een waarschuwing en een compensatie door de hinder.
*Het televisietoestel had geen ontvangst wegens slechte verbinding.
* de lamellen aan het terrasraam zijn defect, heb ik gemeld aan het verhuurkantoor
* er ontbrak 1 rookmelder

C'était la 1ère fois que nous louions un appartement sans réception physique. Etant PMR en chaise roulante, j'ai attendu plus de 2 heures dans la voiture, mon épouse tentant de trouver une solution pour la caution. Heureusement, le responsable de l'agence immobilière a bien aidé. Au départ, j'étais convaincu d'une arnaque. A aucun moment lors de la réservation, il n'était question d'une caution : entendez-moi bien, je ne rechigne JAMAIS à payer une caution. A notre charge, nous avons réservé très tardivement la veille (+/23:45). Ajoutez à cela, nos cartes de crédit (2) ne fonctionnaient pas.

het ruime appartement, het mooie uitzicht en het grote terras, de ideale locatie om Nieuwpoort bad en stad te bezoeken

Negative:
er is niets tegen gevallen

Jammer dat voor een uurtje later uitchecken of vroeger inchecken er meteen werd bijgerekend. Ik begrijp dit in hoogseizoen maar het appartement was leeg. Beetje zonde

Positive:
Het uitzicht, de ruime living, de kamers

Negative:
De badkamer vonden we niet heel proper. Vochtplekken en schimmel aan de muren.

Positive:
In het vakantiehuis was alles aanwezig, ook voor kleine kinderen en zelfs peuters.
uiteraard is ook de omgeving een groot pluspunt.

Negative:
Bij openen van de buitenste hoes - dus niet het kluisje - viel de sleutel er gewoon uit.
bij het vertrek hadden we heel wat moeite om het kluisje zelf te openen.

Brittany was a great host; very responsive and had great recommendations for dining and activities! The house was so homie and a perfect get away for my family and so happy our beach loving dog could be included. The location was amazing. We will definitely be back!
