The stay was absolutely great. From check in to check out we had all that we needed and Katie was very responsive. The view was absolutely breath taken and a very short walk to the beach. The house was super clean. You could definitely tell they cherish the home with the upkeep and their tenants as well. Highly recommended. We will certainly visit again and will be using Katie as our host! 🫶

mooi appartement en zeer goede locatie maar te veel administratieve opvolging voor de klant

het appartement op zich was zeer goed maar de administratieve rompslomp vooraf was zeer tijdsverslindend en overdreven voor een verblijf van maar twee nachten. Er diende een waarborg betaald te worden en de link in de mail werkte niet waardoor we hebben moeten overschrijven met een administratieve kost van 10euro. We boeken al jaren via booking.com omdat dat zeer efficiënt is en weinig administratie vergt maar in dit geval nam het immokantoor het in handen met veel werk/mails (+/- 10 stuks) voor ons om op te volgen en dit in tijden dat mails met links in nog moeilijk te vertrouwen zijn.
Loophole was wonderful! Our private beach entrance was the closest that we've ever been to the surf--maybe 10 steps max from the house. The multiple decks with plenty of seating overlooked the ocean, and there were Adirondack chairs and tables right on the beach for our use. Nice added touches were fluffy beach towels, coffee, ice machine, washer and dryer. We also loved the beach artwork and felt right at home with the cozy furnishings and comfy bed. There were plenty of dishes, drinkware, coasters, and sand chairs. If you're looking for a sterile condo, this isn't it, but if you're after a historic home right on the beach, you've found your place. (Note that the hallways and one of the bathrooms might be a tight squeeze for some larger folks.) We'll be back!

Another great week here! The amenities are better than expected, the location perfect between beach and shops/restaurants. Super clean and above average for comfort. It’s so nice to have the bikes available and the new area under the deck to chill in the hammock was a great addition!

A wonderful house that felt like home away from home just a short walk from the beach and Duck. Communication with host was no problem and all was as advertised/exceeded our expectations. House was spacious and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need and the outdoor spaces (porch, deck, pool, sand area) were all so nicely maintained. The pool was wonderful and the pool and beach toys were a big hit for our 2year old. We hope to return next year!

We had a great time! Place was great, nice and close to the beach! Pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day of shopping!
Wir waren 7 Nächte mit unseren 2 Kindern dort (Neugeborenes und 2 Jahre alt). Wir haben einen Hochstuhl und ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Das Doppelbett sieht auf den Bildern größer aus, als es war (1,60 m). Die Dusche hat Renovierungsbedarf, sie hat sehr schimmelige Fugen und auch der Duschkopf ist nicht mehr schön. Die Elektroheizung im Badezimmer war demoliert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, 3 Kaffeemaschinen stehen zur Verfügung. Alles in allem war es ein guter Aufenthalt. Für die 7 Nächte hätten wir uns mehr Klopapier, SpülmaschinenTabs und Duschgel/Shampoo gewünscht.
