Appartement décoré avec goût.
2 petites terrasses, une à l’avant et l’autre arrière, très pratique pour manger, lire, se reposer.
Lieu calme et proche de tout.
Local pour ranger les vélos .
Il ne manquait rien pour passer un magnifique séjour sous le soleil.

Un contrat est imposé APRES la réservation/paiement alors qu'il n'y a pas de remboursement en cas d'annulation.
J'aurais préféré que ce contrat soit affiché avant la réservation.

Agressieve meeuwen met nest jongen op het dak,die onze aanwezigheid op het terras niet apprecieerden!

Het huis is perfect gelegen om het strand te bezoeken. Prachtige tuin en ruime leefruimte. De slaapkamers waren echter niet wat we verwacht hadden. We sliepen met 9 volwassenen, maar 4 van de bedden waren kinderbedden (te kort, je benen hingen over de rand, dunne matras, lattenbodem voelbaar). Voor de prijs die we betaalden verwachtten we volwaardige bedden.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft . Direkt am Meer mit wunderschönem Ausblick, aber es war schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden. Trotzdem ist es
perfekt für ein Wochenende am Meer.

This location was very close and walk-able to the beach. The house was very comfortable and cozy for 5 of us to stay in. The kitchen was well stocked and other amenities were available. There is a small game room in the lower floor that was fun to have. The owner was very receptive and quick responding to our questions. We would stay here again in the future.

De lichtinval, de ruime badkamer, de ruime slaapkamers, de garage, de tuin. Zeer geriefelijk en aangenaam huis!

Te duur voor 2 nachten. Jammer dat je op zondag al om 10u buiten moet. 1200 euro voor nog geen 48 uur... ook zeer warm in het huis
The house and location were perfect! The beach and town were easily walkable. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Het appartement was niet erg proper. Er hing een slechte geur in de badkamer. Het toilet liep niet goed af. Het keukengerei was niet goed afgewassen. We vonden twee borden aan elkaar geplakt met nog beschimmelde etensresten in het onderste bord.

Bedankt voor uw review. Mogen wij u er op wijzen dat toen wij vroegen om foto's, u ons deze niet kon bezorgen. Ook werden wij pas naar het einde van uw verblijf pas op de hoogte gesteld van problemen die niet te verifiëren waren, waardoor wij geen poetsploeg meer konden langssturen.

Beautiful house and awesome location! I’ve been vacationing in OBX for 30 years, this house is one of the best houses I have stayed at!!
Highly recommend! Beautiful house, clean, quick walk to the beach and plenty to do. Kitchen was fully equipped. Bathrooms clean. Bedrooms spacious. Nice living room and dining area. Kids loved the hot tub and game room! Brittany was super friendly and quick to respond. Quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!
Absolutely wonderful! We were impressed by the cleanliness, location, and beach accessories that made our stay perfect.
This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here, and it was better than I remember! The house was in pristine condition and there have been some upgrades since I last stayed (the retractable doggie gates on the stairs are GREAT)! I usually have anxiety when I stay in new places, but both times I’ve stayed, I felt right at home. The home is VERY clean and comfortable! You can tell the owners kept renters in mind when creating this home - each bedroom has its own tv, fan, dresser, etc. The porch wraps on 2 sides of the house so lots of room to gather on a beautiful evening. You can see the ocean from the porch and it’s 3 minute walk to the beach. This will be the only house I ever rent when visit Kitty Hawk!
Loved being able to walk to the beach! Staying at this airbnb made all of us want to buy our own beach house. We loved our stay!
