Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Die direkte Strandlage und der Ausblick sind super!

Hou er rekening mee dat je nog apart een waarborg moet betalen voor je toegang krijgt tot deze ruimte!
Voor de rest waren wij wel heel tevreden; zeer fijn en ruim appartement, goeie locatie, als er problemen of vragen zijn tijdens het verblijf antwoordt Rentus heel snel.

Positive:
Locatie ok! Bedden super !

Appartement was heel proper, behalve de slaapkamer vensters waren echt smerig.

Het huis was mooi gerestaureerd. Alle kamers en badkamers waren heel mooi en proper. Mooie keuken met gezellige lange tafel. Parking aan het huis. Rustige omgeving.

Negative:
Tafeltennis staat gevaarlijk met een trap net voor en achter de tafel. Balletjes waardeloos. Biljart versleten. Kurkentrekker in de keuken van erbarmelijke kwaliteit (onmogelijk voor kroonkurk en zeer moeilijk voor wijnfles). Terras dringend aan vernieuwing toe. De host vraagt om PMD en restafval te scheiden, maar er is nergens mogelijkheid om deze gescheiden weg te gooien. Het zou nuttig zijn om vooraf te weten welk type koffie-apparaat er staat.

Het is niet echt schoon

We live on the NC coast and know it very well--especially Nags Head and the Outer Banks. We are very particular about where we stay and prioritize privacy. This house delivers on that in a huge way.

BEST house on the street no doubt. Super easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The house came with EVERYTHING you need…from inside the house to outside the house….kitchen fully equip for making meals, plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, bikes, pool noodles/floats, you name it. Exceptionally clean. First time in Duck and it was nothing less than AMAZING. Book it!

I stayed in Naples as a base camp location. I traveled to key west for a 2 day trip then back to Naples. I really enjoyed being so close to beach and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here. This is a great location.

Hook, Wine, and Sinker is a lovely home in a perfect location. We appreciated how it was set back from the road and was so close to a public beach access. We enjoyed winding down each night by playing pool and classic video games in the game room. Everyone in our family of five gives it two thumbs up!

The place was absolutely perfect for our family! It was located in a great location - less than a block from the beach and was near several restaurants. Brittany did a great job of providing dining suggestions and the place had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend to anyone.

I have stayed at one of Brittany’s places before & it never disappoints! You know exactly what you’re getting when you book with her! Accurate description of house, lots of thought and care put into making you comfortable & feel right at home!

Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung sind super toll, alles sehr hochwertig. Es war sauber bei der Ankunft, der check-in/check-out lief reibungslos.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und der Ausblick super schön.

Negative:
Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll, der Vermittler Rentus jedoch hat uns nicht gefallen. Auf einmal brauchten wir doch eine Kreditkarte 3 Tage vor Anreise für die Kaution (wir haben bei der Buchung extra darauf geachtet dass man KEINE benötigt). Dann eine ewig lange Liste mit Preisen bei Verstößen, sodass wir fast Angst hatten auch nur den kleinsten Krümel zu hinterlassen, sowas kennen wir von anderen Unterkünften entspannter

Centraal gelegen met winkels en faciliteiten op wandelafstand

Negative:
Tenzij we er over keken beschikten we niet over keukenhanddoeken. Gelukkig hadden we er ééntje mee.

Negative:
Die Buchung über Rentus war kompliziert. Die Informationen für An und Abreise kamen sehr spät. Da wir über Sie
schon oft gebucht haben, war das zusätzliche Einscannen von Perso u. Kreditkarte ungewöhnlich.
Auf Kaution 250 € wurde Ihrerseits nicht hingewiesen.

Great place! Very clean. I Loved it had bikes to ride down to the beach. Close to everything, great spot worth the money.

Maison incroyable, spacieuse, confortable, super bien équipée, proche de la mer à pied, joli jardin et table extérieur (pas sur les photos), nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

Das Haus war super und die Lage auch. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Avoid this place at all costs! Worst experience ever.
They asked for EUR 300 as deposit and deducted EUR 50 for a really silly reason.
Reason provided was I did not took the garbage bags out of the property. This is not mentioned in the description on the AirBnB listing. It only says that you need to leave the apartment clean. Which I did. Put every bit of thrash in the garbage bins and utensils in the dishwasher. Cleaned the tables even. But they came up with something ridiculous that is never expected from the guests.
Also, check-in (5 pm) and check-out (10 am) timings are really tight which are visible only after payment is made. So of you are booking this place for a day, you are booking just to sleep in it.
If you ask for even slight concession with check-in/out, you are asked to pay EUR 30 (or they will just deduct it from your deposit)
This listing should not be there on AirBnB. This is as good as fraud.
