We had a great weekend at the beach. Enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The rental was clean, fully stocked kitchen and great location. Beautiful view.
The only negative was sand spurs so we had to be careful when walking our dog but this is always a hazard when going to the beach. We would definitely go back.
Thank you Tammy!
Had a great experience. Location to beach, shopping, restaurants was excellent Coffee maker stopped working and company replaced with a better one the same day. I did not pay the $60 per day to heat the pool. Thought $25 per day for the dog was a littlee much but would not stop me from renting again. Would have liked to have bikes to ride to the beach but we bought some close by and returned at the end of the stay. Furniture was not great but again not a deal breaker. Overall was a great experience and would definitly recommend and would stay again

Heel mooi en praktisch verblijf. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Wel spijtig dat er maar 1 wc is.

We’ve rented at Greenlinks many times and always enjoy the property, the amenities, the location, and the variety of units. Sam Sneads is great. We love the 2 golf courses.
Bologna was a very comfortable updated unit. The linens, towels, and appliances were all nice quality.
We would definitely stay here again.

Positive:
Negative:

Het was een goed verblijf. Mooi, nieuw, in orde. Communicatie soms verwarrend omdat er verschillende kanalen gebruikt werden.

Couldn’t have asked for more…neighborhood and location was excellent. The whole atmosphere couldn’t have been any better. Vanderbilt beach was in walking distance and the warm weather was great. We were very happy with the Neopolitan House would definitely recommend this property👍

This unit wad clean but bare. There were no coffee filters, salt and pepper and the facilities were a bit of snooze. We happen to stay while they were pressure washing and painting our Lani at 8:00am. I woke up to a painter on our patio outside our bedroom with zero notice. Aside from that the pool for kids is not great. A lot of older residents and no kids. The pool offers no snacks or drinks. If you are 70 and looking for a quiet stay and bocce ball game with seniors this is your place.

Positive:
La vue, la localisation
Negative:
Les travaux juste en face
We loved this place. Clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy bed in a fantastic location. From there you can walk a few blocks to excellent dining and shopping or head west to the beach, also an easy walk. Management addressed a couple little issues we had. Thanks for a great stay.

Plenty of space for friends weekend. Close to the FT Myers airport and just about a 10 min walk to the beach.

Negative:
