The house was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed! Thanks for a wonderful stay, we really enjoyed our time there!

We love the resort. Third time back after positive experiences. This unit offered very limited towels, toilet paper and sundries etc. The carpet was stained, had a stank smell everywhere and we kept the doors open as much as possible to
air out the unit. Drapes were loaded with dust. The single good thing about the unit was that it was well located with the complex overlooking green space and water. As I said we have been there twice before to different units and took this one because we saw where it was located. Unfortunately the lovely view did not compensate for the interior. Sorry but this was our experience.

Positive. Great location, size. Beautiful kitchen. Pool was just ok. A lap pool. Controller for spa needed service but property management worked very hard to accommodate us! Kudos!

More spacious that the online pictures suggest. Nice quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors.
Had some issues but were dealt with by property management company.

Really enjoyed our stay at this small quaint local over the holiday. The rooms were very nice and were what we needed. The down stairs is not attached or accessible from upstairs internally but you can easily enjoy hours on the pool table in the bottom section of the house. We would go back to this property tomorrow it we had the time off. Great property.

It was okay, I paid (higher than usual) Christmas weekend prices but still consider price is steep. No working light in upstairs toilet, dim lighting in most rooms particularly living room in which you can't read a book at night because it's so dark, kitchen not meant to be used for cooking (no extractor hood, no things like salt or cooking oil), only 2 tablets for dishwasher for family of 5 staying 4 nights, would have been nice to install toilet paper, hand soap, small towel in the toilet instead of putting (some of) these items in a bag in the kitchen, apartment was only moderately clean (e.g. a toilet had not been cleaned), the ventilation system seems underpowered with basement bedroom smelling rather humid and dank. Good things too, including amount of space, location, ease of check-in. For this price I could have booked 2 or 3 rooms in a family-friendly hotel, which I will probably do next time.

Maison magnifique. Décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Matériel de cuisine mis à disposition en suffisance et de très bonne qualité.
Quartier calme et proche de tout; on ne s'est déplacé qu'à pied.
Communication avec l'agence Rentus excellente.
Rien à redire.

De woning is zeer ruim en gezellig! De ligging is top! Centraal tussen de winkels en vlakbij de zee. Al bij al hebben we er een leuk weekend gehad! Echter voor de prijs die we betaalde verwacht je wel dat alles in orde is en vooral dat de woning beter zou onderhouden zijn.
De kwaliteit van de wifi is zeer slecht, zowel op tablet, smartphone als laptop. Er waren meerdere dingen stuk in de woning waarvan je toch mag verwachten dat dit zou opgemerkt door de poetsploeg alvorens wij erin kwamen. De oprit en het terras zijn zeer glad door groenaanslag in combinatie met regen. Stofdraden, vlekken op de tapijten, vuile borden en glazen.
Dit vonden we zeer jammer want dit is een pracht van een woning die zijn geld zeker wel waard zou zijn moest alles netjes zijn en in goede staat verkeren bij aankomt.
De host "Rentus" was wel steeds bereikbaar en heeft ons wel zeer goed geholpen ivm info over de wifi etc.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und zentral gelegen. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Mooi ruim huisje met alle voorzieningen, snel antwoord bij vragen. Leuke speeltuin voor de kindjes vlakbij.

We had a very enjoyable week between Christmas and New Year's in Nag's Head at Natalie's home. The home easily accommodated our gang of five adults, with ample seating, clean bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen well stocked so we could cook together! Our goal for the week was simply to get away and relax and the home supported that goal very well! We played cards and games at the large kitchen table and the guys watched football while the ladies did a little shopping. The hot tub was a super relaxing treat and enough local places were open to find a good balance between staying in and going out - we found two great brew pubs and some fun coffee shops. The walk to the beach was a breeze and we took advantage of that and the cooperating weather to take a long walk every day. Natalie was very responsive when I had a question, and provided some suggestions for going out. I would definitely recommend this property and Natalie as a host!

Great house with an ocean view located near numerous restaurants and activities. Fenced yard and deck were great for our pup. Well appointed kitchen with everything needed to cook a family meal. Nice gift basket with wine & coffee upon arrival as well. Family had a great trip & would visit again!

Logement de qualité. Attention au détail, fourniture complète et nombreuses attentions qui permettent de se sentir comme chez soi.

Positive:
L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé. Les infos pour récupérer les clés étaient claires. L'appartement est lumineux et la terrasse est grande (nous n'en avons pas profité en decembre).

Negative:
Le prix demandé (300 euros par nuit) est surévalué, compte tenu de la petite surface du logement et la distance avec la plage (15 min à pied). De plus, nous n'avons pas apprécié de devoir payer un supplément de 30 euros pour arriver 2 h plus tôt (14h), alors que le logement était inoccupé les jours précédents. On voit que tout est fait pour maximiser le profit. Dommage.

Negative:
Starker Lärm durch den Straßen und bahnverkehr. Fenster waren nicht isoliert. Ein ruhiger dauerhafter Schlaf war nicht möglich.

Mooi verblijf in een rustige straat.
Proper verzorgd en alles was aanwezig.

Nice and cosy, close to the dunes though the view onto the next building is not that great.

took a bit to heat up the place and the ventilation system is very noisy, there should be some instructions as to how to turn that off at night
