Mobilier et déco de qualité, belle cuisine, literie très confortable, ambiance cosy, parking aisé et gratuit. Séjour très agréable !

Un vrai bijou!!
Tout est parfait, belle emplacement proche de la plage, proche des commerces et restaurants.
Tramway à 2 pas pour aller vers le centre ville, la panne, ostende... et autre.
Logement très spacieux, très bien équipé, de très beau espace.
Plusieurs salles de bain et toilettes.
Salle de jeu comprenant billard, baby foot, ping pong, fléchettes.
Idéal entre amies, en famille

Appartement was ok, maar zeker geen “villa”. Het is kleiner dan foto’s doen lijken. Er is weinig, slechte en kapotte verlichting. Wifi werkte gehele verblijf niet. Vreemde luchtjes in slaapkamer, badkamer en keukenkastjes. Zeker het geld niet waard.
Dank je wel voor je feedback over ons verblijf. We betreuren het dat je ervaring niet volledig aan je verwachtingen voldeed.
Allereerst willen we verduidelijken dat het om een huis gaat (met 3 woonlagen en inpandige garage) en niet om een appartement. Het spijt ons als de grootte niet overeenkwam met je verwachtingen op basis van de foto's. We nemen je opmerking over de verlichting ter harte, en we willen benadrukken dat dit de eerste keer is dat we zo'n opmerking ontvangen.
Wat betreft de wifi, na jouw opmerking zijn we ter plaatse gekomen en hebben we de connectiviteit gecontroleerd. We hebben geen problemen kunnen vaststellen, en de wifi werkte perfect, zelfs op een aantal van jouw apparaten na eens opnieuw ingelogd te hebben in de instellingen van het apparaat, de verdere problemen lagen dus niet aan ons netwerk.
Tot slot betreuren we het dat je ontevreden bent. We staan open voor constructieve feedback en willen ervoor zorgen dat onze gasten een aangenaam verblijf hebben.

The place was great! Great location to the beach access and a few restaurants. House was great, homey and fun. The only trouble we had was that the yard had lots of sand burrs and cactus spines so our dog could not walk in the grass.

Eine wirklich sehr schön geschnittene Wohnung. Genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt wird.
Der Panoramablick aufs Meer ist sensationell.
Leider waren ein paar Krümel in den Schubladen der Küche übersehen worden.

Maison bien aménagée et équipée mais pas du tout bien située. L’annonce donne l’impression d’être directement dans les dunes, ce que nous voulions pour les enfants, et la maison est le long de la route royale, artère principale où passe le tram.
Heure d’arrivée possible 17h, et départ obligatoire avant 10h, c’est assez contraignant. Géré par une agence, pas un particulier.

Concernant la situation, nous regrettons que cela n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous tenons à souligner que la localisation de la maison, y compris la proximité de la route principale et du tram, est clairement visible sur les photos de l'annonce.
Quant aux heures d'arrivée et de départ, nous comprenons que cela puisse être contraignant. Ces horaires sont généralement déterminés pour permettre le nettoyage et la préparation entre les séjours. Nous prenons note de votre retour à ce sujet.

Het inchecken kan pas vanaf 17 uur: vrij laat, zeker met een baby.
Het uitcheckuur: 10 uur is dan weer supervroeg omdat je toch al stress ervaart om tijdig weg te zijn.

Before we arrived -
- every message was left unanswered until 24h before checking
- 24h before we arrived we had to pay 300 euro with the promise that we would get a refund if all was good 3 days after checkout
When we arrived at original property - clear nobody had visited the property in a while and there is no quality control
- the check-in instructions were wrong, we could not access the place and host was not reachable
- once we finally checked in the heating was not working (clearly for a while already)- this was middle of winter
- after escalating to airbnb and wasting almost an entire day on phone calls they offered another property
When we arrived at the second property - again 0 quality control
- heating again did not work (batteries in the thermostats flat)
- place smelled horrible like mold.
10 days after checking out, still have not received refund of 300 euro deposit refund

We sincerely apologize for the challenges you faced during your stay, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention both during and after your stay. Your experience falls well below the standard of service we aim to provide, and we genuinely regret any inconvenience caused.
Regarding the lack of responsiveness before your arrival, we acknowledge that timely communication is crucial, something must have gone wrong as all messeges you send us, were answerd in timely matter. We are actively addressing this in our software to ensure it doesn't happen again in the future.
The issues you encountered upon arrival, including incorrect check-in instructions, heating problems, and the condition of the properties, are being addressed and solved. We would like to address that we tripple checked our call log and did not have any missed calls before the one we answered.
It's disheartening to hear that the alternative property presented similar challenges. Within 30 minutes of these callenges being brought up, we were on site to check. The heating was working (and upon entering, it was 20.8 degrees inside), it was just the screen of the upstairs thermostat (both thermostats are connected) that didn't work, which was resolved with a quick battery change. However, this is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have.
As for the delay in refunding your deposit, we deblocked the deposit 3
days after you left, however, some banks take longer to process refunds. We provided you the tracking codes of the transaction, so your bank could track this in their software.
Please know that we took immediate corrective actions to address the root causes of these issues and prevent them from happening in the future.

we absolutely loved having a few days in your beautiful place, right across from the beach! the weekend weather was perfect with little traffic around the cottage!
if we were to suggest anything, it would be the towels! loved having them in the sanitary wrapping, just wished they were a little nicer quality and a few more towels, to use on the floor after the shower! not a big deal.... it was awesome!

Das Haus ist für 8 Personen ausreichend und schön eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage fanden wir perfekt. Die Garage als Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und Platz für zusätzliche Fahrräder (zu denen die da waren) ist klasse! Die beiden Parkplätze sind Gold wert! Das Haus verfügt über gut isolierte Fenster und bis auf zwei kleine Fenster im Esszimmer haben alle Rollläden. Eine Elektroheizung in jedem Zimmer macht schnell warm. Lediglich das Platzangebot in den Toiletten ist anzumerken, dort ist es ziemlich eng. Die Beschreibung erwähnt z.B. nicht, dass das Badewannenbad en suite zu einem der Doppelbett-Schlafzimmer ist (und keine Tür zum Zimmer hin hat), weshalb sich im Zweifel sechs Personen das Duschbad teilen müssen. Weiterhin wäre es für Familien mit kleinen Kindern und älteren Menschen wichtig zu erwähnen, dass die Treppe nach oben, wo sich die Schlafzimmer befinden, recht steil ist.
This apartment was great and actually bigger than it looked and was really perfect in every way.
The only thing I found disappointing was after having clearly stated their check out time of 10am, (which is earlier than any other check out time I have ever experienced), they then proceeded to send text messages saying I could get a later check out by paying an additional 70 euros. In the end it felt a bit like a set-up. Other than this, the place was really perfect and I will book it again and recommend it.
