Fab place to stay the two bed property was very clean and the views of the lake are amazing, would definately stay again

What a beautiful place! The house is close to the beach (1 block)and because of the multi raised decks you can see and hear the ocean. We had superb weather but on a rainy day, you can play at home with 2 TV’s, pool table, ping pong and fooseball. There is a nice pool in the backyard. We were there in the end of Oct. so the swimming pool was closed but the hot tub was opened and fantastic. The home itself is large with 2 open concept living spaces. The master bedroom is on the 3rd floor. It’s very large, complete with jet tub and a private deck. Brittany and co. were great returning a left behind suitcase to us (thank you soooo much❤️) and were very proactive in keeping us informed with all of the activities happening on OBX while we were there. Our family had such a terrific time hand gliding and perusing the beaches for shells we’d love to do it again next year…starting a new family tradition!! PS. Our dog was in heaven too, it has an enclosed yard and a dog friend beach.

If you are considering a trip to OBX and stumbled upon this listing, book it now!! The house is great, very clean and awesome decor. No issues what so ever!
Of note, the entertainment room is downstairs and is not accessible from the inside. Not an issue though and could be listed somewhere in the description that I missed.
Regardless, you won’t regret staying here!

We loved this quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of 5th avenue. Everything in the unit was clean, with brand new kitchen appliances. The washing machine needed a minor repair, and the management company was very prompt at communicating and repairing the problem. The bed was large and comfortable, the air condiditioner efficient but a bit loud. The apartment is old, but the kitchen and bathtub have been updated to a reasonable level. We would definitely stay their again!

absolutely perfect stay! this house fit all our needs and desires to a T. it was very comfortable with a baby, a toddler and a dog. we enjoyed walking to dowdy Park for the playground or the beach every day and enjoying the hot tub at night. all the beds were so comfortable, too! we will definitely book this house for future trips!

We visit Naples regularly every year. However this was the longest time between visits . We loved being back , we really enjoyed the pool everyday . We had it heated with the exception of our last few days. It was alittle cooler but still refreshing and fun !

The maintenance manager Luis was amazing and helpful with a few things that needed to be done. Even the roof was repaired while we were there!

There wasn't any pool tubes or noodles , we purchased some and left them for other guests to enjoy. Lots of beach chairs and 2 old umbrellas ...we didn't use them. There were 2 coolers for us to use.

The house was very clean (and we are very particular when it comes to cleaning ), I was impressed!

The bedding and towels are hotel standard and cleaned. I washed them with Tide-Free and left them clean for other guests. Lots of beach towels and more were delivered when the dryer had an issue.

The beds were comfortable ,clean with nice pillows.

The kitchen was well appointed (it needs a pair of scissors ) but overall it was sufficient.

We enjoyed the proximity to everything we love so the location was perfect for us. We were sad to leave the 80° weather to return to NL , Canada.

Negative:
- erst nach der Buchung werden die Hausregeln mit angedrohten Strafen angezeigt (z.B. Fenster nicht geschlossen = 25,-€, Heizung nicht aus = 25,-€, Müll nicht rausgebracht = 25,-€, usw., dafür wird 250,-€ Kaution per Kreditkarte vorab verlangt, sonst gibts den Code zum Schlüsseltresor nicht)
- Parkplatz und Zufahrt sehr eng, direkt nebenan gibt es einen kostenlosen, öffentlichen Parkplatz + sehr umständlich, erst durch das Tor, dann zurück und zum Hauseingang -> mit nur einem Schlüssel etwas nervig, insbesondere beim Auto ausräumen, etc.
- später Check-In, Strafandrohung wenn man früher eincheckt

Nice place and communicative host

Heel leuk en gezellig appartementje, mooi ingericht, heerlijk zicht op zee, rustige omgeving. Wel een gevoel dat het duur uitkomt door de poets- en servicekosten van een extern bedrijf. Wat jammer, anders zouden we het sowieso vaker boeken.

Agréable endroit et nous avons passé un bon moment.

Awesome ocean views from the balcony, super comfy beds, and literally steps from the beach. The kitchen had everything, and the proximity was perfect. The hosts were quick and super helpful. 10/10, would stay again. Thanks for the great time!

If it weren’t for the duck tape holding the washer/dryer together, 3 legged front table and roach I had to kill it would have been about par but unfortunately it was well below par. I left my stay early

This place was just what my wife and I were looking for. A very nice location with lots of amenities. The weather didn't exactly cooperate, but the hot tub was appreciated. The house was centrally located and Brittany's guide book had great recommendations on activities and restaurants in the area.

Positive:
Appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé, bien décoré, idéalement situé à proximité immédiate du chenal et de la digue. Très calme, car rien d’autre dans le bâtiment à part l’agence immobilière au rez-de-chaussée. Draps et serviettes fournis, de même qu’un kit d’accueil. Une place de parking.

Negative:
Frigo éteint à notre arrivée - il a fallu plusieurs heures pour qu’il arrive à la bonne température. Nous avons dû relaver certains plats car ils n’étaient pas propres.

Positive:
Een ruime woning. Voldoende plaats om met een groep te verblijven.
Kinderen kunnen veilig buiten spelen.
Alles was netjes en verzorgd.

Negative:
Het betalen van de borg was wel een dingetje. Net als het uitchecken. We hebben verschillende keren moeten bevestigen, steeds via (een andere?) mail. Na veel gedoe eindelijk bevestiging gekregen dat het gelukt is. Op pagina kwam dat latere uitcheck gratis was, dus hebben we hier gebruik van gemaakt. Onze voorkeur was blijkbaar niet tot bij de host geraakt waardoor de code van de deur niet meer bruikbaar was. Weer wat telefoontjes later was dit opgelost. Achteraf kregen we een afrekening met de extra kost van de late uitcheck...

Positive:
La vue était très agréable. L'ensemble de l'appartement convenait totalement à nos attentes. Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour
