Really enjoyed our stay at Severina. Everything we needed and a lovely home. Hung out a lot at the pool and spa. The house is very close to Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato.

Negative:
Unflexible agency inbetween that requires you to fill in a lot of info on another website, including 300 euro locked on your creditcard. Unclear instructions on how to open the garagedoor. It appeared to be a narrow parking spot.
The appartement was hot although it wasn't that hot outside. But the main issue was the noise from cars and trams that came through the vents above the windows at night. Terras also with zero privacy next to a big road.
€ 125 cleaning fee is steep for this size of appartement.

Positive:
Super Lage, gute Aufteilung der Wohnung , komplette Küchenausstattung vorhanden.

Negative:
Der sehr späte Check in 17.00 ansonsten extra Zahlung und der sehr frühe Check out ansonsten extra Zahlung.

Great house and great stay. Communication was very good as well.

We enjoy every minute of our stay. The house is well constructed, comfortable beds and pillows, the pool has a lavish garden view, the kitchen is well equipped for the ones that like to cook. The location is excellent close to the beach and the stores. The check-in was an easy process with an electric code. Even tough our first day was a holyday we still have support from the office. The price is more than reasonable considering we are a family of 6 (that takes 3 hotel bedrooms)Happy Camper!

Fijne locatie. Heel fijn weekend gehad!

We had a wonderful time and the house has a cute rustic coastal vibe, and very clean with a great ocean view. It was perfect for our small group. The beach was steps away and the weather was perfect all week. Water activities within 10 minutes of house that included jet ski rental and the dolphin boat tour. Coffee cafe was a few houses down and Restaurants were very close. Dinner had to be early to avoid long wait times, but that is to be expected at the beach. Everything you could need is at this house. Brittany was quick to assist us with any questions we had. We definitely recommend this house for all, and for your fur babies it is a perfect setup.

Alles was voorzien in de villa. Mooie, rustige locatie op 1km van het strand.
Het enige minpunt was dat het er heel warm was. Geen airco of minstens een paar ventilators zou geen overbodige luxe geweest zijn.

Warm binnen ( door het warme weer…)-wel jammer van het geluid van de koelinstallatie van de viswinkels naast de deur..
Faciliteiten wel te checken: Nespresso werkte niet naar behoren-klink van de deur naar de keuken hing los, hebben we gefixt met een vijsje dat we vonden…

Positive:
besonders die Lage, Hauseinrichtung und dass das Haus umzäunt ist wegen des Hundes.

Gras war nicht gemäht

De locatie was ruim en heel netjes. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Bedankt.

We had a great family vacation. It was a perfect house for our young boys to play and enjoy the pool and beach. Very close to Walgreens and Duck Donuts. We can’t wait to go back!

Die Unterkunft war sehr groß und damit sehr gut für Größe Gruppen. Die Lage ist absolut top! Der kurze Weg zum Stand oder zur Promenade ist wirklich sehr entspannt um kurzfristig raus zu gehen.
Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr gut ausgestattet und an sich gut gepflegt.

Zicht op zee, ruimtelijk gevoel, netheid, mooi en smaakvol ingericht appartement

Negative:
Een tafellaken om de tafel te beschermen zou handig zijn. Nu hebben we dat zelf meegebracht. Een gewone koffiefilter en kan naast de nespresso mogelijkheid zou een plus zijn. Haakje in toilet vr handdoekje zou een plus zijn.

L’endroit est vraiment super et contient tout ce qui est nécessaire. La vue est vraiment très agréable. Dommage que les vitres du balcon soient si sales on ne savait pas profiter de la vue du canapé.

Positive:
The deco, the furnitures, the garage facility and the location

Negative:
Not enough hot water for showering (I had to boil some water in all pots available so we could all wash) and we were only 2 adults and 2 children in an apartment suitable for 10 people!
The lift was broken for more than 1/2 of our stay including the day of departure. We were on the 2nd floor and we had to take all our luggage down to the ground floor by a very narrow staircase.
Not enough kitchen equipment.
Rentus people not very friendly and helpful!

Great location, nice place

We were so pleased with everything about this home. It was very clean, well stocked, and offered several helpful household items to make traveling with our toddlers a little easier. The location is excellent, very close to many restaurants and to the beach. Highly recommend this property!

Our family loved this house! It was the perfect location and size for our small family and our dog. Being so close to the beach was especially helpful with children. We also had a hurricane one of the days and the hosts were great about communicating with us. They were very responsive throughout our entire stay. Looking forward to returning again!
