We loved staying at Born to Sun. It was perfect for our family of 6 (3 adults and 3 children) and 1 dog. It was very clean on checkin. The photos and description were accurate. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook our meals. And it was great to have the bicycles and beach chairs. And so close to the beach! And really appreciated having the fenced area for the dog. Thank you!

Die Wohnung ist schön und wunderbar luftig, Blick nach vorne aufs Meer phänomenal, Blick nach hinten für die Gegend außergewöhnlich schön (Dünenlandschaft und Natur bis zum Horizont, keine riesigen Wohnblocks gegenüber wie meist in Middelkerke)!
Nicht sehr ruhig, da Straße und Straßenbahn direkt davor (ist aber auch an der ganzen Küste so).

Groot en proper appartement

Dit huis is een perfect leuke plaats met heel veel leuke dingen te doen voor de kids. er is één groot gemis welk het huis tot een summum zou verheffen en het is geen grote kost in verhouding met de stijl van dit huis: een grote drankfrigo met misschien ook een koelvak voor vis. Het was heel warm tijdens ons verblijf (25 ° aan zee bepaalde dagen) . Die middelmatige frigo is een ramp hiervoor want dranken konden niet bijtijds koelen.
Er is vast genoeg plaats in de garage om zo'n frigo te plaatsen.
Voor de rest wat een leuk huis!

Bel appartement, fonctionnel, magnifique terrasse très grande ; belle exposition . Bien situé.
Inconvénient : lustre de la salle fendu sur deux parties ce qui représente un danger , idem miroir salle de bains ⚠️
Nespresso qui ne fonctionnait , pas par contre très bonne réactivité de la personne pour changement .
Nous aurons plaisir à relouer cet appartement 👍on a passé un super séjour on recommande

Very Nice House , we will rent it again!

The description said that the property was steps from the beach, well sometimes you think to yourself...sure...sure it is...well in the case of 'Born to Sun' it certainly was just steps to the beach. With two small kids and a dog, being close to the beach benefitted our family so much. The property was nicely decorated, and well appointed, outdoor shower (with hot & cold water) was great, the 1st floor deck was so nice to be able to have an early breakfast to watch the sunrise and an evening drink after its cooled off for the day. Overall this is a solid 4.6 to 4.8 rated property and I'd highly suggest that you check it out.

Prima locatie, comfortabel appartement. Terras aan de voorkant met zicht op de havengeul en ook nog een terras aan de achterzijde. De garage is een pluspunt.

Het appartement was nieuw en netjes.

Bijna dagelijks en soms op heel onaangename uren ging er een brandalarm af waar niemand op reageerde of nadien een uitleg of excuus voor gaf.
Het appartement was netjes en nieuw maar je kan aan vele details zien dat dit gebouw te snel opgeleverd is en zo snel mogelijk moest beginnen renderen. De ingang van de parking hebben we niet gevonden, aan de lift hing de drukknop uit de lift aan een kabel te bengelen, in de kelder staan nergens pijlen om aan te geven waar je naar toe moet om bvb. de lift te nemen. We kregen ook maar 1 sleutel om binnen te geraken wat erg onhandig is voor 4 personen. Alle communicatie is via Engelse mails... Ik reis veel en boek regelmatig verblijven maar hier is echt nog werk aan de winkel .

We had a lovely holiday stay at ‘Villa Pippa’ in Oostduinkerke-Bad.
The Villa is spacious, great layout and beautiful design.

Everything works really well and the furniture and fixtures are really high quality.

The Villa is very near all the amenities and the beach at Oostduinkerke-Bad, which is a great area and lovely place for a relaxing holiday.

Everything is in easy walking/cycling distance, and the tram is near, which takes you all along the coast to the other nearby towns.

The staff at Rentus were always friendly, supportive and efficient to respond to questions when we asked them.

We would definitely love to go back to ‘Villa Pippa’ another time.

We loved our recent stay! The cottage was so cute and perfect for our family of four and our pup. The gated deck gave him a perfect spot to lounge in the sun. The location is fantastic! This cottage is the closest we've been to the beach without staying right on the beach- it was just a short walk to the access. And because there's no public parking lot on this street, the beach wasn't crowded at all. We walked to Amy's Espresso for iced coffee most mornings and really appreciated the fact that there's a sidewalk (helpful with a dog!) and that the surrounding neighborhood was quiet.

After reading the reviews I had to book this place—it was exactly what my family thought and got better the longer we stayed!

The 1 min walk to the beach was priceless — especially for a 3 and 6 yr old.

All beach items (wagon, chairs, kid toys/buckets/shovels, umbrellas..and more) were provided and saved us van space. Not only were there beach items but everything else you can think or needed there too (We loved the board game area)!

As for the interior space — it was more than enough and the customized decorations gave us that perfect beach vibe!We loved being there and wish we could’ve stayed longer…

Just book it… you won’t regret it!

Brittany is an excellent host and was always responsive and helpful when I had any questions!

Nice place in a very quite area. thin walls make it a bit loud inside but overall we had a good stay.

Negative:
De uitleg over 'hoe de sleutel vinden' was onduidelijk en verwarrend. Het houten kastje waar het kluisje instond was gesloten dus gingen wij op zoek naar een sleutel. Uiteindelijk bleek dit kastje wel los te zijn maar dat was nergens meegedeeld. Geen onoverkomelijke hindernis want wij waren na een 10-tal minuten toch binnen geraakt, maar dit kan zeker nog beter geregeld worden.

We had such a great time. Everything was Perfect and confortable. So close to the beach and stores. Love the house.
