We love Duckin’ Out!!! This was our second time here in this home… we loved our stay even more. Close to the beach and town, able to bike everywhere! Lots of beach chairs available and a ton of indoor family games to choose from to play at night or whenever…. No need to bring your own (we have older children)! Also, fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need! Almost forgot to mention the beautiful pool area and, my favorite space- the screened-in porch. We are so happy at this home. I highly recommend!

Ons verblijf in Middelkerke was over het algemeen zeer aangenaam. Mooi appartement op niet te verre afstand van een tramhalte en toch relatief rustig gelegen. Alle noodzakelijke dingen aanwezig waren aanwezig, enkel beddengoed en handdoeken moesten we zelf meebrengen. Het uitzicht over de zee was super.
Bij aankomst wel niet zo blij met de vuile ramen, begrijpelijk met het zand van het strand, maar was duidelijk al een tijdje niet gepoetst, wat je wel verwacht wanneer je betaald voor de schoonmaak. Hopelijk is dit iets wat in de toekomst beter zal zijn, want een zeer aan te raden appartement!

Goede locatie , ruime garage en mooi complex

Negative:
Zand in 1 van de bedden , ramen waren niet proper , geen uitleg te vinden van de airco , premium service met 4 grote en 4 kleine handdoeken ( wat wetoch iets te weinig is voor 4 personen voor 3 dagen , incluis zwembad , dus geen zwembadhanddoeken ) , wasserette zou aanwezig zijn maar niet gevonden in de kelder

Positive:
Een hele mooie woning, heel goed onderhouden, leuke tuin, korte afstand tot het strand en winkels, heel veel opbergruimte, ruime garage met wasmachine en droogkast. Het was een heel aangenaam verblijf.

Negative:
- De uitleg over het afval was voor ons niet duidelijk. Er staat dat we het afval zelf moeten wegbrengen naar afvalpunten maar daar moet dit in een restafvalzak van de gemeente wat in het huis niet aanwezig was. Tegelijk staat er dat we de zwarte zak en pmd mogen laten zitten. Een zak van de gemeente was handig geweest of nog wat meer uitleg hierover.
- Het water liep niet goed door in de lavabo van de badkamer. Dit was reeds zo bij aankomst.
- Er is geen dampkap aanwezig in de keuken.
- Te weinig licht in de woonkamer zodat je 's avonds geen boek kan lezen.

Modern eingerichtetes und sehr sauberes Appartement mit sehr guter Küchenausstattung. Für 4 Personen ( 2 Ehepaare) stehen zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und ein tolles Dusch-Bad zur Verfügung und das absolute Highlight ist der beheizte Pool. Der Zugang zum Pool erfolgt direkt von der Terrasse - ein absoluter Traum!

the apartment was very beautiful and tidy with a beautiful sea view.nice place to relax.the check-in time and the check out time was hectic,there was a heavy charge for cleaning but we have to leave the place tidy and even occupy the garbage if not there is a fine ,as they ask 300€ for guarantee.

Great vacation home with lots of facilities. Beautiful location, close to the beach. Was a great fit for our family.

We would give it 5 stars if there are no spiders in the bathroom and the mobilized shade in the master room was not broken. We stayed there for 4 nights and it was not that comfortable not able to have mobilized shade fully open when there is no A/C in the night. Because of that you can't access the balcony in the master room. Besides, they only gave you one roll of toilet paper and no kitchen napkin. For policy check in after 4pm, remember to go shop extra toilet paper and napkin before store closed. Other than that, it is good place to stay with ocean view.

Nette Wohnung in guter Lage. Ein Plus ist der Garten. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

We love this little spot at Duck. This was our 4th time to enjoy the home, and each time we go, the house has gotten new amenities, great artwork accents, etc. What started out as a place my sister-in-law found for us to take our combined 6 kids for a final summer beach week while the dads stayed home and worked, to bringing back my kids and husband as a family of 6 to enjoy together >> It's always cozy and feels like home, fresh and simple. We all love the bikes to get to and from the beach, plus the ice cream shop in the evening (of course!). From playing one of the many games they have to lounging by the pool when kids are tired of the sand, it's the perfect little summer nook for our family of 6. Thank you!!!

We had a very enjoyable stay here, we booked this accommodation at the last moment and it worked out great. It has a lovely balcony and good kitchen facilities.

Negative:
Le confort des lits est moyen, on entend fort les voisins et tout ce qu’il se passe dans la maison, le Check on très tardif (17h) et le Check out très tôt (10h) donc un peu cher!

Family with 3 adult children(5 total) and our dog had a fabulous week. Beach all day, deck for cocktails, then cook or go out to various restaurants to eat. Everything was close by. Few issues were addressed quickly by Brittany. Thank you for sharing your home.

Location is amazing, literally one minute from the Dune Beach - the house is well decorated inside with quality decor - large bathroom upstairs is elegant, downstairs shower is convenient, plenty of fluffy towels, bedrooms are comfortable

Negative:
Arriving and finding only one toilet roll for 10 people was not the most welcoming gesture - overall the house could be better equipped for short / weekend stays

We've stayed for 2 nights in the apartment and it has everything you would need for an amazing stay.

Located on the 8th floor, with breathtaking views on both terraces, (which you'll never get bored).
Great bathroom, a good decent bedroom and an amazing kitchen with all the amenities needed.

The apartment is within walking distance (3min) from the beach, promenade and all it's facilities.

We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely recommend to rent this apartment.
