Bon établissement! Très spacieux, chambres, salles de bain et cuisine très bien équippé.
Beaucoup de possibilité de divertissement (ping-pong, pétanque, grill, ...).

Seul point négatif:
A l'arrivée, uniquement 2 rouleaux de papier-toilettes et 2 tabs pour le lave-vaisselle était présent, pour un séjour de 2/3 jours à 10, ceci ne pouvait pas suffir...

House was exactly as described. Perfect location. Super pet friendly with the fenced in yard. The kitchen was stocked really well.

Prima appartement. Voldoet aan de verwachtingen

Positive:
Nous avons apprécié l’espace : nous étions 8 personnes et nous n’étions vraiment pas ”l’un sur l’autre”.
L’endroit est très calme. Nous avons rencontré une petite difficulté à récupérer la clef dans le coffre mais l’agence nous a répondu avec patience.

Negative:
Plutôt des suggestions : Une deuxième clef ne serait pas du luxe quand on est aussi nombreux.
Pour ce qui concerne la terrasse, il n’y a que 6 chaises .... logement prévu pour 8.
Dans les toilettes, un savon et une serviette, ce serait top.

Angesichts sehr strenger Reinigungs-, An- und Abreiseauflagen seitens des Vermieters war der Zustand des Hauses bei unserer Ankunft eine Unverschämtheit:
Die Endreinigung der Vorbelegung hatte nur teilweise stattgefunden, so dass wir ungespültes, verschimmeltes Geschirr im Geschirrspüler und einen ungereinigten, verschimmelten Grill vorfanden, der jedoch am 2. Tag von einer Reinigungsfirma gesäubert wurde. Küchenoberflächen waren bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber und klebten.
Zudem lief das Wasser im Waschbecken des Badezimmers nicht ab, d.h., der Abfluss muss dringend grundgereinigt werden.
Die Vermietungsagentur Rentus kam uns - allerdings erst auf Nachfrage - insofern entgegen, als wir das Haus noch bis 19:00 Uhr am Abreisetag kostenfrei nutzen durften.
Grundsätzlich handelt es sich um ein schön eingerichtetes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in exquisiter Lage, das wir unter erheblich verbesserten Hygienestandards und großzügigerer An- und Abreisezeiten wieder buchen würden.

Natalie was friendly and immediately responsive. The house is thoroughly renovated and very functional and tasteful. Spotless.

Her house is well located, well furnished, and had more then enough towels and cleaning necessities. The pool and hot tub were clean and the patio stocked with a lot of furniture for onsite use and gear for taking to the beach. The beach is an easy walk away as are several good restaurants.

The furniture is tasteful and comfortable. I would stay again.

Opvolging vanuit verhuur bureau, enorm veel berichten langs verschillende communicatiekanalen (13 i. Totaal voor een verblijf van twee dagen), terwijl je zou verwachten dat dit allemaal via booking.com kan verlopen

This is probably the most well-organized and well-stocked home we have rented. Everything was labeled and the amenities were just as described. The beach gear and bikes and games were in nice shape and the furnishings were so nice. I loved the outdoor shower and hammock and screened porch. It is equal walking distance to both the beach or town, so everyone can do their thing. The location is excellent!

Positive:
komfortable Ausstattung, genügend Räume & Badezimmer für eine Gruppe. Super war auch das Begrüssungsset mit Waschmittel, Putztüchern & Kaffee.

Negative:
sämtliche Stockwerke waren nur über steile Treppen erreichbar; dies müsste mE erwähnt werden.

We enjoyed seeing the ocean each morning with coffee on the patio! The downstairs bedroom was also nice to have more quiet time. The place was very clean and open. We hope to come back next year!

Beautiful Renovated home! Modern kitchen and plenty of amenities! Great stay for children! Our kids had a wonderful time playing in the pool and the house had plenty of games inside to keep them busy too!

Net, nieuw appartement maar door de werken rond de locatie was de ervaring net iets minder.

Great property! We really enjoyed the screened in pool. The kitchen was well equipped and communication with the host was easy.

We had the most wonderful stay! The location was perfect, easy walk to restaurants and the beach. The amenities this house offered were amazing!! We loved the Bikes, and they had tons of things to take to the beach with us. The kitchen had more to offer than any place I’ve ever stayed. There was so much to do just at the house, we can’t wait to come back!!!

An overall impression was okay. Place itself was nice, well furnished, with all listed amenities and with good walking distance to the beach. Playground right in front of the house was a big plus with small kids. House had a lot of extras in the kitchen like tea, oil, coffee etc.

Nevertheless, for paying 175 Euro for cleaning it was not spotless. There was dust under the table, carpet had some dirt on it (was important to us as we have a crawling kid) and web nets all around. Plus you have to take trash out yourself, if you leave it and do not split it 100% correct you get 150 Euro fine. Felt very commercialised: fines for everything like not putting bed linen away, using too much electricity or water.

Check in was okay but not 100% as described. Took a minute to find the right lockbox out of many boxes.

If we come back I would consider this place again but will also look what else is available.

Schöne Lage

Superbe séjour dans un superbe appartement.

Très jolie décoration intérieure. En revanche la vue est épouvantable et les douches étaient bouchées. Après avoir passé bcp de temps sur le sujet; nous avons été prélevés pour un extra de nettoyage de BBQ! Choquant ! Ça donne envie de rendre service
