Weinig privacy daar er heel dichtbij huisjes staan. Boven kan je de gordijnen niet openen om je aan te kleden of de buur kijkt mee. Deuren sluiten slecht op de bovenverdieping. Ook veel lawaai van de buren. Ligt heel dicht tegen de huisjes die volgens ons ook in verhuur zijn. Of de buren feesten heel graag op luide muziek.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful, clean, and spacious accommodations, complete with individual bathrooms, plush beds, and a cozy living room perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

One of the highlights of our stay was the screened porch, complete with a sparkling pool and grill – the perfect setting for a family barbecue or a fun evening with friends. We also appreciated that the house had a full kitchen with anything you could possibly need to make a beautiful meal.

But what really set the vacation house apart was its convenient suburban location. Situated in the heart of Naples, Florida, it was just a short drive away from some of the area's best restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Overall, we had an absolutely delightful time, and would highly recommend Naples Florida Vacation Homes to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway. Thank you to the owner for providing such a wonderful experience – we can't wait to come back and stay again soon!

We love staying at Severina. Have stayed here before and will be back! The house is spacious and comfortable along with everything we needed. In the garage you will find beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and even beach toys. Short drive or bike ride to Vanderbilt beach. Pool in the backyard is private and great for hanging out at home. Definitely recommend!

Clean. Everything in working condition. Very reliable WIFI which is crucial for me when working remotely. Thankyou.

Nice condo, upgraded bathrooms are real nice . Greenlinks is a fabulous complex , great pool, gym and pickleball courts right on the golf course. Very convenient to all of Naples vacation locations, beach, downtown, tin city, zoo, botanical garden, Marco island..
Very clean and professionally managed , service and communication from NFVH is outstanding .
A few things that are above and beyond :
Very comfortable King bed in the Master
Lots of Hangers
Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys available
Full array of kitchen gear, utensils, cookware, plates,etc

The bad
Queen Bed is uncomfortable
Comforters are thin and cheap looking
Limited supply of toilet paper , one roll in each bathroom plus one extra . No tissues at all, no bar soap or shampoo or conditioner, no salt and pepper shakers or supply of salt and pepper.

Upgrades that would make it outstanding :
Ceiling fans in the bedrooms
Black out curtains in the Master , at 5 am the gold maintenance carts are roaming around shining their headlights into the Master, through the slits in the blinds. Nice light show , but too early ,

The home was a dump and badly equipped. Basic kitchen items were not provided. The bedroom furniture looked like it was gotten from Goodwill with broken drawers and badly worn finishes. The TV in the master bedroom was broken. There was no kettle in the kitchen and no ironing board or iron. The veneer was peeling off some of the kitchen cupboards. The maintenance fellow Luis was good enough to obtain some of these items for us as well as replacements for the mouldy seat cushions on the screen porch. I feel like I was overpaid for what I got and would not rent again from NFVH.

This home is walkable to the beach and close to everything in Duck. Love it!

The house was very comfortable, updated, and clean with nice ocean views and easy access to beach. The deck had a gate which was great for letting our dog hang out with us! We enjoyed sitting in the deck and the furniture was very comfortable in and out of the house. Good value and great location! All instructions were clear which made the check-in/check-out process very easy. Brittany was a very responsive and helpful host.

Location location location - no better place than this. 3 mins walk to supermarket, bar and restaurants downstairs, 2 fish shops next to the place - will never be hungry.

Yes a town house comes with a lot of stairs but it didn’t bother us too much, maybe except the narrow steps up to the master bedroom.

Laundry is great, terrace is lovely.

If there are more cleaning supplies to be provided to long stay guests, it would have been perfect. We only got 1 rubbish bag and 2 dish washing capsule for our 9 nights stay.

Parking was a bit of nightmare for us. Followed the recommendation provided but the car got towed one night - huge price €€ to pay and was a panic morning.

Overall recommend for a clean and decent place in town.

This was my family's first trip to OBX and we could not have been happier with the space. The house is extremely spacious and so close to the beach. We appreciated the welcome bag of wine, coffee, and the cute postcard with a painting of the house. The place was super clean and the kitchen was amazing. We cooked all of our meals there. We were there for the Fourth of July and were able to view the fireworks right outside on the deck. As advertised, this is a pet friendly Airbnb and our two dogs enjoyed their stay as well. We did the sushi making experience and it was really cool, if you enjoy sushi you should definitely try it out!

Our family had a lovely time at Natalie’s place. We were able to walk to the beach comfortably and the house came with everything we needed: a wagon with big wheels to tote toys and chairs to the beach; bikes that we rode to the nearby park/playground (which was also walkable); even baby supplies like a high chair. We would stay again. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

We had a lovely stay in Duck. The house was perfect - easy to walk to the beach or to town and the pool was nice for a quick dip after being at the beach all day. The kitchen had everything we could want. All in all a great stay!

Het appartement op zich is zeer mooi en luxueus. Goede lift die altijd beschikbaar was. Weinig hinder van andere gasten in het gebouw.

Negative:
Door wegenwerken op de dijk was het appartement zeer moeilijk bereikbaar. Lawaaihinder tussen 6:45 en 18:00. Bij navraag hierover bleek dat de host hiervan niet op de hoogte was. Ook de bouwwerken voor het casino veroorzaken lawaaihinder en beperken het zicht op zee. Terras bevindt zich aan de achterkant van het appartement. Beperkt keukengerei: wel een Nespesso maar geen tassen, enkel grote mokken.

What a fantastic home -- it had everything we could possibly need for our family of 6. (My husband and I + our four teens.) From the bikes and beach chairs to the fully-stocked kitchen, we literally had everything we could possibly need! My husband and I love to cook, and we were impressed by all of the cookware, knives, and other kitchen amenities. We were told ahead of time about a missing remote for the main TV, but we just used our extra Roku stick and it was not an issue. I always appreciate when hosts are proactive about issues like this! Would 100% rent this home again.

Location is great. Easy access to 5th Ave and 3rd Street. Cambier park is across the street. It is nice to have an in-unit washer and dryer. We loved the outdoor bistro table and enjoyed sitting outside during a rain storm since it's covered. Just a couple of suggestions: Having bikes available would be awesome or a cart/wagon to carry the chairs and umbrella to the beach. Having a ceiling fan in the bedroom for the hot months would be a nice touch. We had an issue with an incorrect door access code upon check in but management was easily accessible and fixed the situation immediately. . All in all a nice place to stay.

Les travaux commencent dès 6h45 en semaine
Non seulement la vue mer en est gâchée puisque l'on ne voit que ça mais la nuisance sonore est inacceptable lorsqu'on est en vacances.
Cet appartement ne peut pas être loué dans ces conditions. En tout cas les personnes doivent être misent au courant. Un appartement sur la digue avec vue mer est loué afin d'avoir un accès direct à la plage ce qui n'a pas pu être le cas. Il fallait marcher environ 300 m pour avoir accès à la mer.
