Die Lage war zentral

Negative:
Es war nicht wirklich sauber, im Bad waren Staubschichten auf Waschbecken und in der Dusche, einiges an Geschirr mussten wir erstmal spülen, einige Sachen(Kissen etc.) waren kaputt. Aber das unverschämte war, ich habe mir alle Bedingungen zum Check out durchgelesen, nirgends stand das man die Müllsäcke entsorgen muss, daher haben wir sie ordentlich unten in den Flur gestellt. Das wurde uns mit 50€ in Rechnung gestellt. Per Mail wurde dann auf den angehängten Link hingewiesen mit den Gästeregelungen, es gab aber keinen Anhang. Auch nach mehrmaligen nachschauen der Seite haben wir keinen Hinweis darauf gefunden.
Wir haben 1,5 Tage kein WLAN gehabt und sogar noch kulanterweise darauf verzichtet das anzumakern.

Our family of six (and a pooch) enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. Close enough to make beach trips walkable, yet away from the busy roads. Local coffee shops and parks also very walkable. The home had great space for our family. Very clean with many amenities that made cooking simple.

Die Unterkunft war fantastisch! Jeden Morgen mit diesem Blick aufs Meer aufwachen....
Stilvoll eingerichtet und die Küche hatte alles, wann man braucht.
Alles in einem Top Zustand. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern.
Einziges Manko war, der sehr hohe Preis für die Reinigung. Die mit Sicherheit immer erhoben wird. Daher würde ich eine makellose Wohnung erwarten. Leider war der Garderobenschrank bei unserer Ankuft voll mit Sand und der Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft. Beides lässt sich innerhalb von 5 Minuten regeln, dennoch hätte ich mir gewünscht, es wäre nicht so.
Ansonsten alles in Allem auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert, wir werden wiederkommen.

Positive:
Logement très bien équipé que ce soit niveau cuisine, niveau jeux pour enfants, accessoires bébé etc.
Localisation assez proche de la mer et facilement accessible à pied ou à vélo.

Negative:
La ventilation est un peu bruyante et se remet en route automatiquement même si on l’éteint.

Hygiëne was prima enkel uit de koelkast kwam een geurtje.
In de ‘kinderkamer’ kon het verduisteringsgordijn niet helemaal naar benden. Daar was dus een beetje lichtinval.
Het licht in de garage gaat heel snel uit. Misschien iets langer afstellen.
Je was op korte wandelafstand van tram, bakker, winkel, dijk, …. Ideaal dus!

Our family had a great time at OBX. The location is great, close to the beach but near restaurants, coffee shops, and other things to do with the kids. The space is perfect with enough room for our two young kids and French bulldog! We look forward to staying again!!

This is our second time staying at Duck’n Out. The location is great and the house has everything you would need. It’s very clean and well kept. The pool is a wonderful addition and our kids used it a lot! Brittany was helpful and responsive any time we needed anything. We hope to be back!

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern für einen Kurztrip in der Wohnung. Zuerst hatten wir etwas Probleme, weil wir die Schlüsselbox im Hauseingang gesucht haben. dann kamen wir aber schnell auf die Idee im Briefkasten nachzusehen, der nicht verschlossen war, worin sich dann eine mobile Schlüsselbox befand.
Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt und wie beschrieben. Genial ist natürlich der grandiose Ausblick direkt auf's Meer.
Die Doppelbetten waren zu unserer Überraschung nicht nur 160 cm beit, wie in der Beschreibung, sondern 200 cm.
Da Supermarkt und Bäckerei ca 1 Km entfernt sind, ist es ideal ein Fahrad dabei zu haben. Das parken ist vor oder hinter dem Haus kein Problem und immer ein freier Platz zu bekommen.
Man bezahlt von 9 - 19 Uhr 1 Euro die Stunde und Nachts ist es kostenlos. Mit der Strandtram, die die ganze belgische Küste entlang fährt, kann man aber auch ohne Auto bequem jeden Ort an der Küste erreichen.

Gerenoveerde villa, mooi gelegen. Keuken en kamers in orde. Wandelafstand van strand.

De accomodatie werd verhuurd via Rentus. Duidelijke instructies over het verblijf.
Er waren twee kleine probleempjes. Die gingen ze oplossen.

Nice House, clean, well equipped and high quality furniture. We enjoyed our stay.

Nähe zum Strand. Lage perfekt.

Negative:
Die Unterkunft war allgemein sehr gut gepflegt, jedoch gab es ein paar Mängel z.B. in der Küche.

Okay stay, excessive todo list when checking out, a lot of the kitchen equipment is broken and works poorly or not at all, fish smell and fairly loud turbines make it difficult to open windows

Really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable house. Natalie was a great host. She was responsive and got us a baby gate so we could keep the dogs on the front porch. We had bungee cords to attach it and it worked beautifully. The back deck has a wider 48" wide stairway which was a little more challenging to block off. She also had delicious coffee there 4 us.
Nice hairdryer in the master bath. Hand soap in a pump was at the sinks but do bring your own shower soap and shampoo.
The beach is not a bad walk away and the wagon at the house is great, but when we had a lot of heavy gear we drove it to the beach. Once when the parking lot was full, my husband drove the car back and used one of the bikes to return. The bikes were not all in working condition, but the one he used was fine.
We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen was well stocked, but I do think it would have been nice to have a citrus sqeezer, a zester, and a cheese slicer/shredder.
We would definately stay here again.

Our stay was very relaxing. Our accommodations we perfect. Clean, peaceful and just right for a get away.

Catina in Green Links at Lely Resort is great! Kitchen, bathrooms and flooring are all updated and great quality. Beds were very comfortable. View out back is beautiful!
Was a bit disappointed that the floors were not thoroughly cleaned before our stay, as evidenced by our feet and socks being sandy and dirty. Also the decor is outdated. I guess it’s an attempt at making midcentury modern furniture cool again, but it only brought down the beauty of the modern renovations. The artwork on walls is dark and just plain ugly. Sorry. But there are so many nicer options at local stores to keep the condo “light and bright” and happy. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun! Lely Resort overall is luxurious.

Nádherné prímorské mestečko Nieuwpoort bolo výbornou lokalitou. Autom dostupné najkrajšie Belgické mestá. Ubytovanie bolo skvelé. Všetko bolo čisté, vybavenie bytu bolo výborné. Všetko prebehlo hladko. Určite sa ešte vrátime 😉
