The apartment is tastefully decorated and very clean. The bedrooms and bathroom are really nice.But place is quite small , there is no view and no parking. parking in the neighbourhood is expensive. Not a good place with children because there are stairs and it is a bit dangerous. No high seat for kid although it was promised.

Machine à café et bouilloire pas top qualité, la disposition du salon fait qu'on attrape un torticolis en regardant la tv, oreillers clairement à changer

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen, sehr gute Ausstattung und tolle Lage. Freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation!

Les photos sont fidèles, le logement est propre et spacieux. Par contre, le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas. L’appartement est loin de la mer. Tout est fait pour l’on opte pour un départ tardif avec un supplément!!! Les équipements de la cuisine sont sommaires. Il n’y a pas de plat pour mettre une salade. Bref, beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations offertes.

The property is next to a construction storage site that begins loud work at 5:30 am every day. The house had no closets, only a dresser in the master when we moved in. TVs were bad, neighbors have a variety of animals and there are feral cats everywhere. There were constant problems with the code on the door, we were locked out several times and would have to email support who would take hours to respond and reset the doors. This place was a joke. Would suggest finding another option.

The place was great, it was easy to get to public transport, supermarket, bakery and restaurants. It is on the pricy side and the check in could be earlier -like in most places from 15:00 hrs onwards instead of 17:00 hrs- And check out should be later 12:00 hrs instead of 10:00 am. For a place that charges over 200 EUR for cleaning fee asking the guests to remove linen from bed and leave it "broom clean" is excesive.

We stayed at this home for 20 days in March of 2023. The property manager was wonderful, very supportive!!! The home and pool are lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much. The layout is very nice and the rooms and outside space were very comfortable. The house is in a good location, we loved walking around the neighborhood and being able to walk to the grocery store. The only drawback to staying here was that, as a frequent renter, i am used to vrbo home rentals being more "stocked" with things like salt and pepper, extra beach towels, pack and play etc. In the renters information book it says that if there were things we needed that were not there, we were free to buy them, but not to leave them behind. I did do that and was able to donate the baby items, towels, etc to a Goodwill that was close by. The management company did offer a rental for a baby package but it was cheaper to purchase at a nearby Target. Other than the items i had to supply myself, it really was a lovely home

L appartement est proche de tout et est super équipé. Très chic et propre

Negative:
Une odeur assez désagréable était présente dans la cuisine et le salon durant la moitié de notre séjour ( impossible de savoir d ou cela provenait) j ai essayé de contacter l agence de location par mail mais je n' ai reçu aucune réponse malheureusement. Dommage car mis a part cela notre séjour aurait été parfait.

Positive:
Leuke locatie. Appartement zag er goed uit, had genoeg ruimte en we misten niks.

Clean, spacious, very well equipped. Helpful staff. Warmly recommended. Just the check-in at 5pm and check out at 10 am is quite out of the norm for vacation stay. Anything else was irreproachable.

Positive:
Communicatie was perfect, het appartement was zoals beschreven, lag er piekfijn bij en was perfect op orde. Uitzicht heel mooi, ligging super op de dijk met mooi zicht op zee.

Negative:
Ondanks het feit dat we al veel gereisd hebben, hebben we geen ideeen hoe we dit verblijf nog beter hadden kunnen maken.

Sehr schönes und modernes Haus mit einer tollen Küche und großem Wohnzimmer. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist sehr kurz und man kann zu Fuß viel unternehmen.
Die Kommunikation erfolgt nicht über Airbnb, sondern über eine eigene Seite von Rentus. Dies kompliziert alles etwas. Außerdem ist bei Airbnb nicht die korrekte Adresse angegeben. Sie wird per Extramail gesendet und kann schnell übersehen werden.

Positive:
De locatie, de ruime woning en het comfort zijn allemaal uitstekend.
Samen met onze zeven kleinkinderen was dit heel fijn.

Negative:
Om zelf te koken zijn er te weinig kookpannen van de middenmaat.

Bel appartement, spacieux et lumineux.
Petit plus, le linge de lit et les draps de bain sont sur place.

Positive:
Het uitzicht was TOP
Appartement heel stijlvol ingericht

Negative:
Inchecktijd van 17u vind ik persoonlijk laat met kleine kinderen. 15u was iets relaxer geweest.

+ Ruim en ordelijk appartement op goede locatie met fantastisch uitzicht.
Prima organisatie
- keuken en badkamer ietsje gedateerd maar in orde

super Lage des Hauses.
das Haus beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Eingezäunt für Kleinkinder und Hund.

Negative:
In der Küche sind Teller und Töpfe nicht sauber.
Nur 2 Heizungen im Parreterre.
Nur 1 Türschüssel steht zur Verfügung.

Would recommend this condo for a nice stay.
