Goede locatie, dichtbij het strand, niet zo ver van een tramhalte en het centrum van Oostduinkerke.
Gezellig appartement, gerieflijke keuken, garage heel handig.

Negative:
Check-in: codesysteem niet zo eenvoudig. Na 17 u en de ganse woensdag personeel van Rental NIET te bereiken en dat tijdens het Paasverlof !!

Modernes und sauberes Appartement. Nettes hilfsbereites Personal, da es technische Probleme beim Check in/out gab.

Der Check in ist mit 17 Uhr recht spät. Es wurde nicht erwähnt, daß ringsherum alles eine riesen Baustelle ist und man keine schöne Sicht dadurch hat und werktags sicherlich viel Lärm hat. Der ganzjährige Pool war auch nicht in Betrieb

Positive:
Die Wohnung liegt zwar an der Hauptstraße, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Das Immobilienbüro ist gleich im Erdgeschoß und für Fragen kann man jederzeit kommen. Die Damen waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und großzügig eingeteilt. Auch an Babys und Kinder wird gedacht!

Negative:
Nur ein Badezimmer hatte einen Mistkübel. Türen, Wände und Fenster waren nicht mehr sehr sauber. Das wird aber wahrscheinlich gemacht, bevor der Sommertourismus beginnt, nehmen wir an.

It is directly in the center of the city and you can reach a supermarket with a 5 minutes walk!
The appartement has a magical vue to the sea and is big enough for 6 people!
The is a garage box on the floor -1 which we didn’t used but it is good to have it!!

Praktisch appartement met goede bedden. Alles ook aanwezig.

Negative:
Appartement was niet proper, de ramen langs binnen en buiten, keukenkasten vuil...binnenglazendeur vuil.

Slaapkamers waren wel proper.

Een comfortabele woning, met goede bedden. Tot de kleinste details mooi ingericht. Gezelligheid troef! Goed gelegen aan de rand van Nieuwpoort stad. Winkels en kusttram vlot bereikbaar. Jammer van het druilig weer waardoor we niet van het uitnodigende tuintje hebben kunnen genieten.

Wunderschönes Haus in Strandnähe. Genug Platz für 7 Personen. Moderne Einrichtung

Everything we expected. Very clean and comfortable

My family and I had a delightful stay at this lovely home with a nice pool. We opted to not heat the pool because it would have cost an extra $1,800. We had amazing weather and for the most part found that we could use the pool fine. I compared the unheated pool to my parent’s heated pool and clearly it is better to heat it. If you have elderly parents or small children I would heat it but for our needs, we were fine not heating it. We had a couple of issues upon arrival ( sliding door and a running toilet) but the maintenance worker very promptly came and fixed everything. I would definitely rent this house again. We could walk both to the beach ( about 10 minutes) and to Mercato ( about 10 minutes). Fantastic location!

Geweldige locatie, op enkele stappen van het strand en op wandelafstand van het centrum van Oostduinkerke. De dubbele garage in de ondergrondse parking is een pluspunt (let wel op dat er geen lift is vanuit de parking). Het appartement was piekfijn schoongemaakt. Handdoeken, shampoo, douchegel en zeep zijn aanwezig. Er is ook een PlayStation 2 aanwezig, ideaal voor de momenten waarop het te hard regent om buiten te komen.

Negative:
De late check-in tijd (17u00) en vroege check-out tijd (10u00). Voor een late check-out (tot 19u00) betaalden we €70 extra. De regels die het verhuurbedrijf oplegt kunnen wat betuttelend overkomen, zo zou er bijvoorbeeld een boete van €50 aangerekend worden per type afval dat niet uit het appartement verwijderd wordt. Houd er ook rekening mee dat er een waarborg van €500 gevraagd wordt d.m.v. autorisatie op een kredietkaart. Er zou een tafelkleed voorzien mogen worden om op de tafelbeschermer te leggen.

Positive:
Très bien placé avec jolie vue du 4eme etage. Fonctionnel. Très bonne literie adultes. Commerces de qualité à proximité.

Negative:
Ascenseur un peu petit. Insonorisation du bâtiment.

L'espace, les salles de bains, le confort des matelas et des coussins, le wifi qui était très bien aussi...

Nous estimions qu'un état des lieux aurait pu mettre en avant le fait que les télévisions ne fonctionnaient pas dans les chambres ou que la douche rencontrait un problème de pression. Ce sont des détails qui ont un peu prétérité le séjour, raison pour laquelle nous ne pouvons pas donner une excellente note aux équipements. L'agence a fait ce qu'elle a pu pour résoudre nos soucis

This home is beautiful and nicely appointed Agency was responsive to the couple of questions we had. The biggest disadvantage is the lack of a privacy fence. The rear neighbors have direct access to views of pool. Without the privacy fence, there is not an area for you pet to run off leash

As a previous tenant mentioned, the lot beside them is a staging area for construction. Sand, gravel and dug up debris comes to this location as they update waterlines along the street. Outside of an occasional work truck coming in, the sound isn't so much an issue.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our time in this home. Very tastefully done.
