Positive:
Der Ausblick und die Ausstattung der Wohnung.
Negative:
Im Haus wurden Bauarbeiten durchgeführt. Bis auf Sonntag wurde unentwegt gehämmert und gebohrt. An einem Morgen starteten die Handwerker um 7:42 Uhr. Somit war keine Erholung möglich.
Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig, das sollte man wissen.

A wonderful condo - remodeled and view from lanai. I'd actually rate this rental unit as a 4.5, but for:
1. Dryer caught clothes and burn marks ensued.
2. Living room and office area furnishings were very “strange” for Florida. Most importantly, there were no end-tables nor lamps in both rooms.
Other than these issues, the remodeled bathrooms and plantation shutters were a real plus. I'll ask to rent this unit again.

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus par cette location qui ne vaut pas les 800 euros par nuit que nous avons payé.
1. Il est indiqué 4 chambres mais la plus grande n’est accessible qu’en passant par une autre chambre, et cela,en utilisant un escalier très pentu, inutilisable par de jeunes enfants.
2. Il a été impossible de régler le chauffage à notre convenance si bien qu’il faisait très froid dans la chambre de 4 pers, donc inutilisable, et très chaud dans le reste de la maison.
3. La maison est mal insonorisée. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans la cuisine et le salon depuis les chambres.
4.Comment expliquer qu’il n’y ait qu’une seule salle de bain pour une maison de 10 personnes? A moins que vous ne souhaitiez prendre votre douche dans le garage en face de votre voiture, vous n’aurez d’autres choix que d’attendre que tt le monde utilise la seule sdb de l’étage.
5. Le propriétaire est injoignable
La maison est certes bien décorée mais on ne peut pas tout compenser avec de belles photos!

Geweldige vakantiewoning voor een gezin met kinderen. Veel ruimte, op minder dan 5 minuten wandelen van het strand en een geheime piratenkamer in de woning. Het was er genieten!
Great property. Property Mgt very responsive. Only issue is Wi- Fi kept dropping.
Location was great. Furniture needs some attention., dining room chairs and falling apart and the master headboard being fabric needs to be cleaning. The remodeled bathrooms were great and very spacious. The management company was responsive until the end of our stay. Would stay at green links again but not sure about this particular unit.

Emplacement super, proche du centre, l'appartement est tb équipé. Il est spacieux. Dommage que nous n'avons pas pu occuper) les deux terrasses (période hivernale !)elles sont très chouettes. Deux garages, ça c'est super! (Il faudrait peut-être dès l'arrivée un petit document explicatif concernant l'ouverture du garage, le fonctionnement de la télévision).

(un deuxième jeu de clés serait appréciable). Une toile cirée pour poser sur les tables serait la bienvenue.
We have rented luxury homes through VRBO for ten years and this was the worst experience we have ever encountered.
No heat , one blanket for 5 bedrooms when we arrived. It was fixed the next day. No hot water in the master bathroom , not fixed for 5 days. All doors are louvered so effectively no privacy for bathrooms or bedrooms. Hot tub didn’t work and pool leaks water daily. I will only rent directly with owners going forward.

Property is newly and tastefully furnished. Light and airy with view of water, golf course and nature reserve with lots of waterfowl and other birds.

The whole management system is automated and highly impersonal. It includes a listening device in the apartment that sends you messages when it thinks you are too loud - we were warned twice despite not at all being a party group. The location is right above a fish shop and you smell that most of the time. The host's description refers to 5 rooms - in fact there are 3 and two of the rooms have a curtain in it
Very nice and lived up to description. Rental company was great at any communication that was needed.
We rented this place because our regular rental in Naples still had electrical issues from the hurricane. This is an average place to stay. Furniture and decorations are very dated. The bed was a metal frame with no box spring and very squeaky. Kitchen is nice. Location is close to restaurants on Fifth Avenue. The walk to the beach is a little long if you're taking cooler and beach equipment everyday. There is no pool. We were warned that construction was going on which was fine but the workers left a lot of trash around. Also a women from the rental company just walked in on us one morning. We expected a lot more for the money.
The property manager misread the master calendar and thought the guest was checking in the next day. She knocked. When she didn't hear a response, she opened the door a few inches and after calling out "hello" she realized someone was in the unit. She offered a sincere apology, did not enter, locked the door and left.
Also, a new bed is being installed in late December 21st.
The post-Ian improvements will be complete by December 24th, 2022. All debris has been removed from the property and the property is in excellent shape.
This condo is walking distance to the beach, adjacent to Cambier Park, walking distance the Third Street South and also the many great restaurants around 5th Avenue.
Nightly rates change in accordance with supply and demand. When this guest booked we had high demand due to all post-Ian relief workers coming to assist in Naples.
Alles was tip top in orde! Het was lekker warm toen we arriveerden, heel aangenaam! Een aanrader qua locatie en accomodatie! In 1 woord : HEERLIJK!!!
If you're in Naples with friends and family to soak up the sun you couldn't find a better location! Lovely heated pool and large pool area, close to the beaches and the supermarkets with all the comforts of home. Many restaurants close by. At the same time the house is located in a very quiet residential street with little traffic and friendly neighbours! We loved it and will return!

L'appartement est spacieux et confortable, les finitions sont top et TOUT s'y trouve, jusqu'au biberon pour ma fille ! La localisation est nickel aussi ! C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix
Negative:
Je n'ai pas aimé de devoir payé une garantie à part en plus de ma réservation sur Booking car nous avons du attendre qu'ils la reçoivent pour obtenir les clés et ce fut un peu stressant. Sinon, tout était parfait !!!
