The stay was okay for the price. The unit was fairly clean, the furniture in the living room area could stand to be upgraded or at the least cleaned. The unit provides the basic needs for a decent stay if you are looking for a short-term getaway.

Good communication . The original listing that I booked was not available due to unknown reasons however they were able to find me an alternate place at a different resort .

Our stay was great right along with the neighborhood and weather everything was perfect. Place was clean and up to part I’ll stay again.

First time in Myrtle Beach and we had a great time!

Location was great! Kids loved play in the sand and watching the sunset on the balcony.

The location and view is amazing. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. It does need a deep clean though and as others have said in reviews, the couch needs to be replaced. It is stained and in bad shape.

We loved our stay at Julie’s place ! It was such a relaxing experience from swimming, playing pickle ball, or walking on the beach .

Overall, my stay was pleasant. Instructions were clear and the host is responsive. The ocean view from the balcony was impeccable. If you like simple, this is the perfect stay for you.

Cons-the white leather furniture was peeling, curtains were stained, the fitted sheet underneath the top sheet in the bed was stained, kitchen table was sticky and peeling, and the decorations were minimal—didn’t feel like vacay.

Julie was awesome and made it a short and memorable experience for us. She had an instant response for every little challenge or question that we had, simply outstanding customer experience. I cannot wait to go back to MB and be able to work with Julie again on a dream accommodation, similar to the last one.

My stay here was extremely satisfying.. I’ll definitely come again… very cozy and clean .. well kept.. the scenery from the balcony is so breathtaking and relaxing looking out at the ocean is a good fit for the rejuvenation of your mind body and soul

The house, overall, was nice. In terms of being stocked, it was not; there were no games to play or paper towels or even salt/pepper, etc. It was lacking some of the regular things we've come to expect from an STR. If you have a large truck or SUV, you may find it challenging parking in the garage. Other than that, it's a nice place.[This location is a single family home, NOT a condo or a resort. You do NOT have access to the pool or other amenities]

Beautiful place. The jets on the tub were full of mold so we couldn’t use.

This condo was perfect for a family vacation. The ocean view is amazing-we saw the sunrise every morning from one of the decks! It is spacious and easily accommodates a large group. The location is perfect-it’s an easy walk to the Boardwalk along the beach. Our host Julie did a great job communicating and answered our questions promptly. I highly recommend this condo.

This place was great. Clean, quiet and spacious. Parking in the garage area was a pain so we parked across the street in the overflow parking lot without any problems. Just walked straight across to building C and up the elevator. We will definitely consider this unit again! Sunrise views can't be beat!

Great host! Unfortunately when we were there an elevator was down so there was a long wait, not Julie's fault! Bathroom could use a little TLC but overall nice place. Nice outdoor pool area! Plenty of parking in parking garage that is just across the street! Would stay again!

The rental was absolutely spectacular ! Julie was a gracious hostess. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Loved the location and ocean balcony view. Loved the easy access using door code to get inside. Huge TV!
The bathroom door didn’t close.
The bed is too close to kitchen appliances. Would be difficult to use stove and the door on stove needs to be fixed. There is no dark curtains so the moon lit up room most of night along with lights from outside in outdoor dining seating area. Was awakened early by sunrise very hard to sleep in or even take a nap. The thin curtain that’s there is dirty. The beds are not comfortable. I did take pictures and let them know about bathroom door and stove door so hopefully it can be fixed before next guest stay.
