Accommodations were nice. Parking was tight. Difficult to maneuver.

Loved the end unit with both sunrise and sunset views. We really enjoy the off season here. Less crowded and easy to get around.
Everything was just as described. East check in/ check out. Condo looked great, was very comfortable and clean. I was not a fan of the parking situation at NBR, but that has nothing to do with the unit. Unit could use a little more personality and a few more things in the kitchen, such as oven mitts, etc. But the over all experience and host were 5 stars.
A nice and relaxing spot
The condo is beautiful, well-equipped and an ideal location right in the heart of OD. The bedrooms are large and bathrooms were clean. Plenty of space in the condo with one room having two queen-sized beds and a king in the master suite. The views from the unit are amazing! The TVs are new and large. The only drawback to this rental is that it is not handled by “Julie” with Big Fish, but by up to 15 people with Big Fish. Be prepared to receive multiple messages (emails, AirBnB messages, texts) from different people -sometimes providing conflicting information.
Everything was exactly the same as in the pictures. In terms of location and cleanliness it was amazing. There are a lot of activities inside the building such as gym, swimming pool, indoor games, restaurants, coffee shop..Communication was super prompt with Julie!
The only downside was that they didn't include basic kitchen stuff ( salt, pepper, dishwasher detergent, paper towel etc) if you go there you will need to think about detailed grocery shopping which is tiring. We have airbnbed a lot in the US as well as different countries and that's the whole point of "airbnb" that travelers don't need to think about basic needs at home. so if you are planning to cook at home you can take it into consideration.

As described. Clean. Somewhat outdated, but still fully functional. I would have no problems staying again.
Greenlinks is in a great location with a walkable restaurant on site (Sam Snead's Tavern). Love watching the golfer's play from the patio. Beds were super comfy. Overall great stay.
Great stay and walking distance to the strip. Beds were comfortable, clean and the view was great from the 5th floor.
We had great time at Julie’s place. House has a great location the sunrise and sunset scenery is great. House was clean and we enjoyed our vacation there
The condo was a great place for my husband to spend a few nights. The view was beautiful and the condo was well maintained. The host was easy to work with.

There are pro's & con's to everything
There are pro's & con's to everything. Not the host fault. There is 2 garages. The closest one has a low clearance & the one across the street is higher. I parked my truck across the street. The low clearance garage is basically right out the door. In the middle of the night, car alarm went off several times. There was none to minimal hot water in the kitchen or bathroom. The bathtub did get hot after about 10-15 minutes. I did text her & was advised no one else in the resort was experiencing an issue & to run the water for 30 minutes.
Recommendations; There is a table there with 2 chairs. It is very shaky and not stable. The chairs are not comfortable to sit in. The table is not really big enough. There is 2 small nightstands. Not big enough to put clothes in. We were living out of suitcase on top of cooler. Only place to watch TV was in bed or chairs. Needs a sofa. There was 1 roll of toilet paper. We replaced. To use toilet have to close door. The TV had good channel selection.

I’m glad the TV channel selection worked for you. For the issues you raised: we had maintenance inspect the building parking and added a note in the arrival instructions about the low‑clearance garage and the higher lot across the street. They also checked and serviced the unit’s water heater and plumbing; the flow issue was addressed and we added a regular hot‑water check to our maintenance schedule. Housekeeping restocked toilet paper and we now leave extra rolls in the unit.
We replaced the shaky table and chairs with a sturdier dining set, added a comfortable loveseat for seating (so the only TV spot isn’t the bed), and put in larger bedside storage bins to reduce reliance on suitcases. We also added an extra pre‑arrival quality check so these items are caught before future guests arrive.
