The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly as pictured. The place was nice and cozy. There were plenty of cookware, plates and cups. The only issue was the shade to the balcony in the master bedroom was missing. I reached out and was told it was on order but delayed due to the holidays. My husband figured out a way to hang a blanket on the door to give us some privacy. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Absolute beautiful place to stay. Everything was clean and neat. Exactly as described. Wonderful view overlooking the ocean.

This condo was extremely clean and being on the 3rd floor, views from the balcony were beautiful early morning and late evenings..instructions for access to the condo was a breeze.. both restaurants onsite were very good.. Julie always responded really fast.. can’t wait to come back..

The apartment matched the listing, and the host was excellent—very responsive and quick to address concerns. She promptly resolved a safety issue we raised regarding the door latch and offered a re-clean, which we appreciated. As we had already unpacked after a long 15-hour drive, we declined and chose to clean daily ourselves.
Based on the pre-arrival messaging emphasizing a “sparkling clean” standard and offering to send cleaners back if needed, we expected a hotel-level level of cleanliness. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. The floors throughout were very dirty with built-up grime that went beyond what a standard re-clean would address. Walls had visible food residue and hand marks, along with dust in overlooked areas and noticeable staining on headboards discovered when putting the kids to bed. One bedroom also had a rickety bed. With a true deep clean and some maintenance updates, this could be a comfortable stay.

My Family and I had a great time!! The condo was clean and looked like the pictures. Beautiful view. Loved the pools and fitness area. Communication was great. Everything was terrific. We will definitely be coming back.

Great view. Acceptable place to stay for a few days. Nothing more than. Place has the bare minimum. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t have the backing on the clicker. It’s the kind of place where the couch has sand embedded into it. A chair with ZERO cushion left, just pure metal arm rests with fabric laid over. Master bed unusable. My husband ended up in a twin and I took the full. It was better than that very loud squeaky and springy king bed. There was no paper towels, no napkins or tissues. There was no sponge, just a brush. No cleaning products except for dish soap and two dishwasher pods. I’ve never been hosted at an air bnb with such little supplies. There’s broken forks, a broken wine opener that can’t be thrown out because it’s the only thing in the house you can open a bottle with. I ruined a pair of socks while walking around on day ONE. Take that as you will. Oh and if you wanna use the fridge…can’t use the door because they removed all the shelves.

Will definitely stay with Big Fish Rentals again. Very proactive.

Fue bueno el apartamento. Pero me pareció muy desagradable que por el hecho de yo no querer firmar un contrato que ella envía aparte, lo cual no tiene nada que ver con Airbnb. (Y no es necesario firmarlo ya que el contrato es directamente con la plataforma).
No me quiso recibir dos horas antes de la llegada, pagando un costo adicional, cuando ella misma lo había ofrecido.

We had an awesome time at Julie with Big Fish Rental’s. The condo was very spacious. Location was near everything. The condo was exactly like the photos. Communication was to the tea. Thank you so much for everything, would love to come back to stay again.

It was a great place for me and my family. Saw the fireworks show. Walked to the beach. Had a pretty beach view. It just needed some more card games or puzzles. But other than that! We loved it!!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for😍The place was simply beautiful...it was modern, spacious, with AMAZING view of the ocean. Great location, with walking distance everywhere. The indoor and outdoor pools were heated which was a pleasant surprise, since we stayed over winter break. There were plenty of parking spaces and luggage carts available at all times. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The decor was perfect! We enjoyed the connect four and the amazing views from the balcony.
