Este lugar me gustó muchísimo, amplió una hermosa vista, excelente precio. Solo tengo una incomodidad, las camas olía a sudor a orina a saliva en fin horrible. Solicité al día siguiente a temprana hora que por favor las cambiaran, lastimosamente me llevaron las sábanas un día después a las 8pm justo el día antes de hacer el check out. Me pareció muy mal de su parte ya que tuvimos que dormir con ese olor tan incómodo. Per en general lo demás estuvo excelente!

First, the water was not always hot. She blamed the Hoa. It was good a few days but not entire time and was unpredictable. The place is basically no better than a motel 6. No supplies really, indoor pool is barely heated. It does not provide enough linens for long stays. There is absolutely no flexibility for anything. A sick relative, bad shower, and linen issue I asked to be a shorter stay but there was always a no. The place is conveniently near ocean but is outdated and the facilities are pretty shut down in winter.

The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which we really appreciated. The unit could use some upgrades and fresh paint, but overall it was comfortable. Parking was a bit inconvenient at times, and the late check-in and checkout fees felt a little pricey.

The waterpark was very nice and warm, and the view was absolutely gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the amenities.

Too unkept dirty, maintenance of the condo not done , anywhere in the house . heater didnt work we froze the first day my mother is 84 she was not compassionate at all she had the odacity to ask for a 5 star review I told her in good conscience I definitely could not do this i truly hope before they rent it again everything is taken care of ! it ruined my first time to Myrtle Beach i have many pictures of how dirty it was.

Everything was good and we would stay here again if vacationing in Myrtle Beach.

We absolutely loved and enjoyed every minute of our stay! We did not want to leave and immediately began looking for other days that we could return and stay at this unit. It was everything that we hoped it would be and more!

Last minute trip booked and it was a great deal.

Nice for a weekend getaway maybe even a week. Stayed during New Year Eve and the location was spot on for the fireworks off the second pier!

The studio was clean with incredible 15th-floor beach views.
After booking, they ask that you sign an external 5K+ word contract and also have fragmented communication outside of Airbnb messages via text/email.
The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and pools were inoperable despite being advertised multiple times in the listing.
Note that the host offers incentive (donations/discounts) specifically for 5-star review.

We truly enjoyed our New Year stay! The balcony views on New Year’s Eve were absolutely amazing, we could see fireworks all along Myrtle Beach. The only small hiccup was that the TVs, mainly in the bedroom, needed to be reset daily. We were able to figure it out, though, and with my husband and football, that was a must! He loved having the TV over the bar! Overall, we loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back. Our son enjoyed the basketball court!

We absolutely LOVED spending our honeymoon here! We felt right at home and host was VERY good with responding when we asked her questions! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Julia was very responsive when I sent questions and she gave us a voucher to eat with door dash. Everything was just as they posted in the ad. Restaurants were in walking distance. We had a house keeping issue with the condo and reported it hopefully this will be corrected for future visitors. Overall this is a great place to stay and Julia is a wonderful host, Thanks for having us..

A beautiful place and location! Our Spectrum TV spent some time buffering occasionally, but overall no complaints!
