Great location and very clean!

no time to do so. I would say that it was all the positive things other people have already written!

The driveway was dug up on the third day of our trip. We couldn’t get our car out and we’re stuck listening to construction all day. Property shouldn’t have been available to rent while this type of work was going on.

House itself was typical for the age. Management was polite and responsive, but had no options to resolve the construction issues. The lot next door is the construction yard for what appears to be a full replacement of sewer lines throughout neighborhood. It’s my guess that this construction noise will be ongoing for quite some time. People can make their own choice to rent this location, but the issue should be disclosed.

The online photos don’t do this property justice, it’s updated, tastefully decorated and roomy. The location is fantastic—close to town, the beach and marina. The bed could have been a bit softer for me (maybe add a gel pad?) but other than that, no suggestions for improvement. We’d definitely stay here again when in the Naples area.

Location is excellent for those who like to walk, .9 mile to beach and 1 mile to shopping. Very spacious open and clean property.

Alles kan je te voet bereiken, en voor minder mobiele mensen; de tram stop aan je voordeur.

Negative:
één hele kleine tip, een thermoskan voor de koffie, dan moet de koffiemachine niet zolang blijven verwarmen.

JUST HORRIBLE, opted for pool heating (paid in advance, if you decide on arrival 40% more) when we arrived pool ice cold, maintenance guy showed up and said nothing he could do. Home poorly stocked, no cleaning supplies, no salt & pepper, no coffee filters, no broom, no chopping knife, one roll of paper towel, one extra toilet paper roll for 4 bathrooms - ridiculous. We could not access garage, pool was dirty, TV's in bedrooms did not work, and check out time is 10am never heard of a 10am checkout. I would never recommend any property from this property management company.

Positive:
Heel handig gelegen, genoeg slaapkamers om aan alle eisen te voldoen van een groep, samen slapen of alleen. Voldoende faciliteiten in de buurt, winkels, restaurants, tramhalte.

Negative:
Eerlijk gezegd niets. Er waren handdoeken, kookgerei, .. alles wat je nodig hebt. En aan een goeie prijs.

Great community! condo was modern and had just what we needed! Management company was a pleasure to work with!
Looking forward to another long term stay in Naples!

We love the location! Vanderbilt beach / Naples Park! We love renting bikes and riding to the beach. Seeing sunsets! The house was great! Pool is big!

Alles... Het was echt supertof om daar te verblijven. Elke kamerdeur die je open deed gaf nog meer prijs van alles wat je in het appartement/huis kon ontdekken

Negative:
Eigenlijk niets

Positive:
De ligging was goed dicht bij een tramhalte . 15 minuutjes wandelen tot aan winkelstraat.
Appartement goed voorzien van alles .
We komen zeker nog eens terug .

We had a great time. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Everyone we ran into was extremely friendly.

Positive:
- Netjes en verzorgde kamers met vriendelijke gastheer
- Bedlinnen, handdoeken en keukenhanddoeken aanwezig: top
- Fijne ligging (jachthaven, op wandelafstand (3,5 km) naar strand via jachthaven met aangelegd wandelpad, restaurants en cafés aanwezig, vlakbij (600 m) proper en goed uitgerust zwembad met glijbaan en whirlpool, …)

Negative:
Ter info voor rolstoelgebruikers: 3 verdiepingen en geen lift aanwezig.

Great place for a couple - loved the cruisers, the outdoor tv space, hammocks and outdoor showers! Very comfy bed too! And great communication with hosts!

Positive:
Hôte très sympathique et logement superbe !

Negative:
Odeur dégoût dans l'ensemble du hall

Appartement très moderne. Superbe terrasse et jolies chambres.
Tout confort et accueil très chaleureux..

Negative:
Pas évident avec des personnes plus âgées.

Positive:
La terasse ensoleillé et la propreté et comfort de l'appartement.
La situation au centre de Nieuwpoort, à proximité du tram vers Nieuwpoort Bad et à proximité de la promenade vers Nieuwpoort Bad. Parking aisé et gratuit.

Negative:
L'appartement se trouve entre 2 poisonneries et regulierement, il y a des odeurs désagréable à la terasse. Mais on s'y habitue assez vite.
