Enjoyed this property and the location. Just a short walk to the beach and very convenient to shopping. Stayed 5 nights and was a little long the this small space. Would work better for a weekend getaway.
Only complaint was that the mattress was very hard and the pillows were to plump. But other than that a nice place.

We just spent 6 days in this perfectly nice, comfortable and very clean condo in the Greenlinks section of the sprawling Lely resort. It was just as pictured. The bed and couch are showing their age a bit, but both were acceptable and the kitchen and bathrooms were quite spacious and well-appointed. I didn’t realize it would be more than 20 minutes to any beach, but being able to walk to golf and tennis (and a community pool with a hot tub) balanced that out. Overall a lovely stay, if a bit shy of luxurious.
We agree it's time for some fresh accent pillows. The coach is in great shape but the fabric tends to pill a bit. It is a solid custom sofa.

We have a staff member answering our reservations phone 7 days per week, 356 days per year. If messages are left, we do in fact call people back. If there is a maintenance concern, often times it goes to voicemail because our maintenance folks are regularly out at properties taking care of a variety of issues which might arise. If you leave a message, they do call back.
Second bedroom/bath were substandard, rest of f nit was ok
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location was lovely, the view out the lanai was wonderful. We had some maintenance issues when we arrived (leaky kitchen sink, no light in the refrigerator) that were partially resolved. The furnishings were sparse - precisely 1 blanket per guest, minimal kitchen supplies, and a terribly old and worn set of pots and pans (we bought our own for the stay). We discovered we loved Lely. We might consider staying at this condo for a very short stay (several nights) but not likely for a 3+ week stay.
Laurie and her party were great, it was a pleasure hosting them, they where easy to communicate with and took care of our home , they are certainly welcome back.

Wij komen zeker terug naar hier! Er is een apart speelhoekje voor de kinderen voorzien in de eetkamer waardoor je de kids steeds in het vizier hebt. Uitstekende WIFI ook!

The property was great. Close to the beach and my mom's house in Pelican Bay.
It was our pleasure to host Kevin and his family for a couple of days while they enjoyed the sunny Naples, Florida. We found them to be very friendly, polite and considerate guests who looked after our property extremely well. We have no hesitation in recommending them to other hosts.
I would recommend the VRBO and Greenlinks condo units… I am hoping the inspection of products and cleanliness of the overall unit has to be stepped up! The furniture like sofa, master bed could be replaced. The outside tables and lanai area hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The coffee pot was quickly replaced when I sent a picture, the manager quickly rectified any issues. I will stay again!
Thank you for allowing us to resolve issues you experienced. We will strive better to improve our cleaning. We are replacing the master mattress and box spring.
Good size unit for our family vacation. Close to golf, pool and Snead’s Restaurant.

The condo was just as described in the listing. The only problem we had is the master bathroom door could not be closed. This should be repaired. Otherwise perfect vacation.

Horrible follow through, unit not cleaned to hotel standards at all. Lack of a high functioning kitchen with one preparation bowl , 1 Pyrex dish, freezer with mounds of ice that fell to floor every time it was opened, non functioning toaster, went to get a pot to cook something and it was not washed before being put away, loose faucet , front door very difficult to open and close , back patio screen door leading outside from screened patio non operable , ran my fingers along my headboard and thick dust came off in my hand, floors chipped throughout, carpeting spotted ,
Couches filthy and smelled, large mold spot in ceiling in bathroom which was dangerous and fixed finally with much yelling,, 2nd shower really only for handicapped individuals , water in primary bathroom shower never really hot.. I have rented in Florida for 12 years and have never had a more disgusting place than this one. All this cost over 10,000 for the month.

The house was wonderful and everything from check in and our requests were flawless.
Property is in need of a deep clean. Banged up walls. We needed to clean when we got there. Overall, disappointed.

Great vacation. Accommodations were fantastic
Within walking distance of fine dining, beach, attractions. Perfect location for us-no car needed except to grocery shop. Floors weren’t very clean, but given near beach, we didn’t mind the extra sand. Beach amenities provided and keyless entry were also appreciated. Just get new cleaning crew.
