Overall v good. V pricey but good location, walkable to beach and restaurants. Pool screens were all damaged and there were bugs and spiders around. Inside was clean and updated.

We thoroughly enjoyed Lely Resort and this condo. The rental process was easy and the one problem with a toilet was fixed within hours while we were out. A great stay!

My husband and myself have been coming to Naples for a few years now. We have not had the fortune of staying in a nice place like this before. Being in such a great location made our trip that much more special. The condo was comfortable and clean, and very quiet.

The cozy Le Monaco condo was fantastic for my husband and I. We loved the decor, and the location was the best. We could walk to 5th avenue in under 2 minutes. The beach is a 10 minute walk. The park is right behind the unit for a nice walk. The staff was super helpful, even getting us in a few hours early. We would highly recommend this place.

The house really needs a face lift, the screen porch is a mess, most of the screens are gone and the metal supports are laying on the ground. The dryer makes an awful noise when you turn it on, the water heater works but is leaking in the garage. The fallen tree from the hurricane is along side the house blocking three windows. The wood tiles in the master bedroom are breaking up at the doors, it took us quite a wile to get the bath tubs cleaned and free of mold. I would suggest that before you go with these guys request recent pictures.

We had a wonderful week. Accommodations were excellent. Location great. Had one minor plumbing issue that was taken care of quickly in a professional manor. Would highly recommend this rental.

Second floor condo - no elevator (FYI).
One main kitchen/sitting room, one bedroom, one bath. Washer/dryer were in the unit.
Only one bath, hand and wash cloth per guest - would have been nice to have more towels. Washed sheets half way through stay only to discover a filthy mattress pad - washed that too. Called for maintenance on screen door day two - never was repaired over 7 day stay.
Basic kitchen supplies of dishes (some chipped), glassware, silverware. Needed to restock paper goods, toilet paper - no Kleenex.
Overall - very basic, no view, no pool, but location allowed walking to shops, restaurants and beach. Beach chairs supplied(one moldy) beach umbrellas were broken.
If supplies were brought up to par, more towels supplied and linens/bedding was clean my rating would be higher.

Particularly liked the 2 golf courses at Lele just a short walk from condo.

The pool, golf practice areas and courses were great. We enjoyed having lunch at the clubhouse overlooking the golf area. The condo was only fifteen minutes from downtown Naples. We did miss having exercise classes and a signup for a tennis game but the area was lovely. There were beach chairs but no umbrella for the beach. The kitchen was nice but there were no measuring spoons or cups. We had a minor problem with the toilet but maintenance responded quickly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would return.

The Sorrento Home provided our group of 10 with plenty of space. We never felt crowded. The home has a nice layout, especially for families with kids. The hot tub was a bonus and worth the extra charge. We could walk to the beach in under 15 minutes which was very helpful. We would recommend this home to any family looking for a professional company and rental.

My wife and I rented this delightful two bedroom and two bath single family home for a week in February. The house is located in the lovely Kings Lake community. The house has an outstanding pool and adjoining hot tub in a very private backyard. The backyard is also steps away from a very nice lake that abounds with wildlife. The Kings Lake community is well situated in Naples. For example, there is a Publix supermarket that is less than a 5minute drive away. The staff at Naples Florida Vacation Homes was very friendly and professional. We intend on coming back next year, only for a much longer stay.

First time for Ric & I to visit Naples, Florida. We were doing a little post bluescruise golf vacation. We wanted to be near the downtown so could walk for dinner, beach, etc. This condo was perfect for us. About 5 or 6 block to the beach, 3 block walk to Old Downtown at 5th Ave. We golfed at The Rookery and Hammock Bay at Westin (about 15 min drive.) Loved the multitude of water birds and saw a few alligators on the course. My only slight disappointment was that thought there was a view of the park from front porch area from looking at pictures and in reality overlooked a school field, but still enjoyed sitting out front with a glass of wine in the evening prior to walk for dinner. Loved Naples!

This is a beautiful property in a great location. It is very well equipment and super comfortable.

The property is in an ideal location. It is very well equipped and offers separate space as well as shared space. The rental service was very straight forward and efficient.

We enjoyed our stay!! Maria was great to work with. She even sent over options to play golf!

No dimmers, no throws or blankets or lamps in the living room. No salt or pepper. So while clean and new, this condo needs a few more simple items to bring it from sterile to cozy and welcoming. Also the bed/mattress in the master was stiff and made a funny crunching sound when gettIng in and out of bed (and we are not large people)

Very clean and well appointed. Pool large and great fun. Paid for heating - well worth it! All the equipment you could want. Very convenient for Vanderbilt Beach as well as shopping and for visiting Naples. Highly recommended.
