Naples Florida Vacation Homes Reviews

This house is really nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we had a wonderful time!

We have stayed here for a week for the past 3 summers and this is a great place to stay especially if you want to be closer to beach.

Beautiful beach and nice stay, thanks so much!

Very comfortable and quite. Near many places of interest, the house gave us the possibility to enjoy Naples a lot.

Easy walk to the beach. Close to Whole Foods and the Mercato. There might have been one or two little things, but nothing worth mentioning. Overall a delightful vacation spot. And I would definitely stay here again.

We totally LOVED the house and had a wonderful time! We did call to let your staff know that someone before us had left broken glass on the pool deck and in the pool. our teenagers dove and picked up all they could pick up and I left the pieces on the grill table so that you could see. there was also a pink balloon that got caught in the filtration system but my call to your office brought out the pool guys and they took care of the pool.

we'd come back and rent the same place all over again. We hated that the red tide was in full effect, but we just loved it. we weren't complaining about the glass as much as wanting you to know that someone abused the place and obviously broke some bottles there. thank you!

Lovely cottage convenient to everything and only a short distance to beachfront. Cute comfy decor. More roomy than expected. Nice amenities. We were a party of eight and were very comfortable.

I've stayed in Greenlinks many times over the years. This unit by far was the best unit we ever stayed at in this complex. Not only was the view great, but the inside was totally remodeled with all new flooring, kitchen, baths, etc. - literally - from top to bottom. The furniture was very tasteful and nicely done. Very homey and comfortable! There is really pride of ownership here. I'll be back for sure.

We plan to visit again. This location set a standard for all to follow.

The pictures of this cottage does it no justice it is just beautiful!

We really enjoy this 30 days stay in this house.
The house is great ! Even better than the pictures you can see at the website.
The pool is perfect for the returning from playing golf.
Great location.
We will return

The house is beautiful. The only suggestion is the tv in the rooms.

This house had it all. The pool was nice and roomy for our family of 5. The location was quiet, safe, and close to the beach and shops. The house was very clean, and set up nicely. There were more than enough towels for us to use. The house has beach chairs and a cooler for us to use. The rental company was easy to work with.

The best part about this beach house is the location to the beach! It was less than 1 block to the beach and you can easily see the ocean from the front portch. This was a must have feature with 4 little kids. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 kids. We loved the artistic character in decor both in and out of the home. We took advantage of the charcoal grill and grilling supplies provided. The surrounding streets were very quiet and had very little traffic. The bottom floor of the home is separate from the top (main) floor. We ended up not using this space but realized that it would be nice for grandparents or older kids to have as their own separate space. We will keep this in mind for future stays. We would definitely stay at Jack and Nancy's place again.

We brought four teens with us who were never bored! This extremely clean and well-maintained home is spacious enough that everyone can relax as they please. Sleeper sofa in the sitting room is quite comfortable. The pool is very private and the beach, great shopping and dining are just minutes away. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to grill the snapper we caught on our fishing charter on Marco Island. Sunsets here are breathtaking. We cannot wait to come back and stay in this home.

The accommodations were excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay with 2 adults and 5 children. We were very comfortable and would definitely consider coming back to the resort.

Pros: The house was super clean, easy check in, very private, hot tub was hot, location was amazing, beach only a 15 minute walk

Cons: Not long enough of a stay LOL

We really enjoyed the home and will try to visit again next time in town!

Overall had an amazing trip to this vacation rental. The house was exactly as advertised, very spacoious for our large group + pet. The home was clean and tidy, and getting in was a breeze. The location cannot be beat, and the staff was friendly. We will recommedn you to others!

My family and I rented this beautiful home for memorial day weekend and although the weather was not ideal, we made the best of it. We usually rent houses in the west coast for the weekend and my only concerns were that the home did not feel as comfortable and welcoming from what I am used to. The one towel per person rule does not really make sense when you have women staying in the house, the residential neighborhood was a surprise to me as well and the extra fee for heating the pool or "hot" tub was not nice either (given all the taxes and extra charges that add up to a high sum). I also wanted to bring up that the only lock in the house was the key code. My mom and the grandkids did not feel as safe. I would recommend adding a lock inside like have in the hotel rooms.

Beautiful home! Was clean and well stocked upon our arrival. We enjoyed our time in Naples!
