Condo felt like home with plenty of space. View over golf course was beautiful and peaceful.

Kitchen provided all needs to cook and store food for the week. Towels, linens, etc were more than adequate.

Location was a perfect 15/20 minutes between downtown Naples and Marco Island.

We had a great time - great location.

We stayed for almost a week with our 5 kids ages 4-17. Streamlined process checking in and out! Great condo, pool and gym!
Everything was awesome! We will be back!

We loved everything about this house. The location, the finishes, the kitchen contents, tile and bamboo flooring and spacious feel. We did not 'swim' in the pool, but thoroughly enjoyed the south facing pool area. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach. We also appreciate that it was pet friendly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

I had read reviews on this property, and one in particular noted that the house was dark - lots of light bulbs burned out. I figured that would have been remedied, however, it was still missing a number of lights. We even purchased bulbs for over the stove to provide a little more light in the kitchen. The cabana bedroom / suite is a nice feature, but it really needed aired out and the floor wasn't clean. I purchased wet and dry swiffer to clean it before our weekend guests who were going to stay in there arrived. Overall though, it was a very nice and accommodating property and a very pleasant walk to the beach.

This home was everything I could want. My family really enjoyed the pool. My wife and I liked the fact this house is professionally managed. You get a better experience. The cleaning in particular was great. We will definitely be back and recommend this to anyone looking for a nicely priced home in a nice area near the beach.

A very clean and spacious unit. The street seems to be mostly short term renters. Golf at the resort and nearby is very accessible in November. Tennis is in walking distance.
Shopping is quite a way away.
The dryer needs repair...difficult to get heat.
Otherwise, a very nice rental

We have vacationed in Naples for the last 5years but always rented a condo. This is the first time we rented a house because we brought our family with us. I just have to say that this house with a covered attached pool
was absolutely perfect. We were very pleased with the house, the pool and the proximity to the beach. (Vanderbilt Beach). Also, having Mercato shopping plaza and Whole Foods very close was another plus and having 5th Ave only 15-20 minutes away was great. We were close to restaurants and shopping. We were pleased with the furnishings of the home and we would absolutely rent it again in the future.

The condo has an issue with sugar ants. Day #2 ants invaded our food. It took three days for the rental company to send someone in to spray. By that point the ants were crawling on us and inside every cabinet. Day #8, the ants were back and were all over the second bathroom. Two days later the rental company says they left ants traps on the front door in a bag. I asked multiple times for a manager to call and no one did. We moved out! So disappointing. I hope the owner of this unit reads this. Your management company is terrible!

We had an amazing time! The apartment is nicely furnished and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, we felt really at home. Enjoyed the outlook to the golf course. The pool is close and lovely for relaxing. Highly recommend!

Wir waren einige Tage dort. Es hat einige schöne Golfplätze in der Umgebung. Natürlich auch 2 direkt an der Anlage. Wohnung im oberen Stockwerk mit schönem Balkon

A/C didn’t go low enough at night only 68 sweated through my clothes each night. Otherwise it was a great place
