We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and fit our needs. The pool heat didn't work the first couple days, but staff informed us of this before we arrived and fixed it asap. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms so we bought cheap table fans- simply because we are used to having fans for air movement and white noise. I just didn't think to ask about fans in bedrooms when we were booking our stay. Naples is beautiful

The pool was great, property was clean. Neighborhood was lovely, quiet.the kitchen had everything we needed. All appliances worked air conditioning worked. We had a very good time cperience

Everything at the Condo was perfectly clean and exactly as stated on the web site. Lely is a beautiful resort with a nice pool and all you would need for a wonderful family vacation at a reasonable price. Definitely would vacation there again

My husband and I enjoyed staying at your condo, the decor is lovely and comfortable, the pool and grounds are top notch. Great proximity to downtown Naples for dining & to Marco for a change of pace. Lely is a lovely resort, great for walkers like ourselves. We will definitely be back and will most certainly choose this a property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo in Naples Florida. We were thrilled to be able to rent something for a shorter term since work prevents longer vacation time. Most places are a minimum of 1-3 months.
We walked everywhere, beach , shops, dinner. It was the perfect location.

Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Had trouble with coffee maker but contacted maintenance and he brought a new one right away. I would suggest actual dressers in the bedrooms and TV in the third bedroom as well. Good location. Enjoyed walk to beach every morning. Overall a good place to stay

1. Newly remodelled .
2. No privacy from next door rental.
3. Reported lighting not working in back yard to be able to use barbacue after 6.30pm . Was never fixed even though we complained a few time.
4. Coffee cups missing although coffee maker in residence. Reported this but no response.
5. Three days before we left people came to clean the premises as they believed we were leaving that day..
6. Asked for a broom but never got one.

Great location, convenient to Naples and Fort Myers.

We had to book last minute due to an issue with another property we rented. This property boasted a "short walk to Vanderbilt beach". It is almost 2 miles to the beach! The property did not have washcloths (one in one bathroom) and we had to use hand towels to shower with. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own. There was an iron - no ironing board. No hangers in the spare BR's. They provided one extra blanket for 3 bedrooms. The pool was dirty along with mold/dirt around the spare bathroom window, "drips" down the wall in the main living area and dust/dirt in the vents in the bathroom. The front door screen was busted out so we couldn't leave the door open. The property is outdated and the floor looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. Both toilet paper holders came off the wall during our stay. This property is nowhere near asking price - no matter what "season" it is. They also claim to supply coolers - found none. "new furnishings" - not even close. The home features "recent upgrades" - probably the bathrooms but, if you don't clean them, the upgrade doesn't matter. Thoroughly disappointed in this property.

The house is large and airy, with a nice screened-in porch. Beach is <5 min by car and maybe 20 by bike. Beds are comfortable, place was clean and well located.

We needed a condo for a wedding on Marco Island. It provided some distance and lots of luxuries. I loved the pool that was within walking distance. It was a great place to stay.

Overall, we had a great experience. I would recommend this location. Our only issues were with a toilet not flushing properly and a dishwasher that would not turn off. We were able to work through both of these issues and left a note that they should be addressed for future guests. Since we were only at the property 3 days, we didn't know the dishwasher had issues until the last day. I have no doubt that these areas would be corrected because all of the workers at the property were very accommodating. But, if you don't know there is a problem, it's pretty hard to fix it.

Grounds are lovely. Opportunities to see water birds close up. Condo very well kept and modern. Dining and shopping close by. We had a wonderful relaxing time.

Would stay there again

We had a great stay at the Lely Resort vacation rental unit. It was very clean and well kept. We utilized the pool and hot tub when we weren't golfing. Very comfortable accommodations. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Property was clean, well appointed and convenient to get to downtown and shopping, golf, etc. The unit itself needed a bit of work in that the door to the lanai would not open, though there was a note indicating it had been previously damaged by the hurricane. The icemaker did not work either, we had to buy ice for drinks. Otherwise, we would consider staying there again in the future.

This condo was perfect for our visit to Naples. It was newly renovated, extremely clean and a great location.

Place was clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

The home was clean spacious and inviting. Everything was as advertised. The price was high. But that is Naples during the season. The only thing we missed was a garage door opener as it rained heavily and we weee here fir a wedding. I wild rent this house again and recommend it to others.
