This little pearl is such a gem! Right across the street from the beach which makes it so easy! We especially loved the thoughtful and adorable retro vibe throughout the house! It was so beautifully decorated and felt like home. Also the kitchen is beautiful, brand new and fully stocked with every utensil, pot, pan etc you would need. Really an outstanding place and we hope to return in the future!

A fantastic location and a very stylish and comfortable home. We had everything that we needed. We were steps to the beach. The home was perfect for our family. We definitely want to come back.

FIVE STARS! Chelsey & Darren were amazing host! Their place is perfect for a little getaway. We appreciated all the amenities they provided and the local suggestions were a hit! We will def stay here again!

The location of the property is perfect. Beached are nearby and shops. It is a very nice cozy house.

Perfect location if you want to be close enough to walk or bike to everything, while also being out of the way. Our stay was wonderful! Chelsey and Darren were great hosts while also allowing us plenty of privacy. Many personal touches such as a handwritten note when we arrived, water bottles, coffee k-cups (which are very handy for a quick brew before heading to the beach for the beautiful sunrise), use of their bikes, beach chairs, and outdoor space as well a whole portfolio with tips and suggestions for our stay. Will definitely be staying again for our next OBX get away!

Great home and great host.

This house was well stocked with everyday essentials. The pictures were exactly what this property looked like. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood which was one block away from US41 (Tamiami Trail). This was good because it was easy to go out for meals to bring back. The beach was driving distance which only was a 3-5 minute drive. All in all we enjoyed our stay and beautiful Naples!

The property was in very nice conditions, everything was very clean and comfortable. The area was also very nice and calm. However, it is more like a 15-20 minute walk from the beach and on Sunday at around 3 PM, the neighbors called the police because the music was “too loud” even though it was a moderate volume, keeping in mind that this was 4th of July weekend and we were celebrating. Besides that, the overall experience was very enjoyable.

The house was clean and comfortable & the decorations were so much fun. We were comfortable in the space & enjoyed being such a quick walk to the beach. The front yard has some fun decorations, peace poles, made by a neighbor. The downstairs living area is not connected to the upstairs area indoors. We called it the “ in-law” area & it is perfect if you have a friend that would like more privacy. Jack was quick to respond to any questions we had & took care of an A/C problem immediately. We will rent from them again. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing!! Perfect location for beach time and around the town. Super cozy, clean, and full of charm. Brittany is super fast to respond to ANYTHING, and the space is just so relaxing! Definitely stay here!!!

This was a well desired getaway celebrating one of the family members birthday. It was an unforgettable time experienced at this house. Excellent!

This place is a real find! Clean, well appointed, beautifully decorated, and walking distance to a gorgeous beach! We brought our paddle boards and had a secure garage to lock them in, a hose to wash them off and could easily walk them to the ocean. I paddled with a pod of dolphins! Also, in the garage are quality beach chairs, umbrella and a cart to tow them to the beach. The house is spotless, beautifully decorated with so much eye candy that we were often finding new and interesting touches. The beds were comfortable, between firm and soft. The showers had good pressure and we loved the outdoor shower with hot water. The kitchen was well appointed and had pretty much everything we needed, with nice place ware, glass drink-ware, and quality pots and pans. The fridge had an ice maker and filtered water (a real plus). The AC worked well and having two living rooms and two indoor dining tables and a huge outdoor table meant lots of space to spread out.
The only issue we ran into was spotty internet. I don't know if this is throughout the region or just this house, but we would be streaming a movie or video and it would often stop. It would eventually begin again after a few minutes, but sometimes not. We tried using our phones as a hotspot but the same thing happened. Honestly, everything else was so wonderful that we weren't too put out by it. A truly great place!

Good neighborhood, clean house and spacious

Relaxing, adequately equipped. Uncomfortable sofa for sitting, but otherwise a pleasant property with fine pond and golf course views.

This home was comfortable and in a lovely neighbourhood. There was a great walking path around a small lake and we could walk to little mall with Publix, Starbucks and a few little restaurants. We rented bikes and were able to bike downtown Naples. The house had most of the basic amenities although it was missing a few essentials (like a broom and a cutting board). The biggest complaint we had was that the carpets were unraveling and dirty. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Particularly sitting outside by the pool and the beautiful lake.

The property was well looked after, a place to put clothes in second room would have been helpful in of suitcase, the property managers were very accommodating and easy to reach and looked after most areas promptly. Would highly recommend.

Recent stay at your property and would like to share the following pros and cons.
Pros: House was big and bedrooms were large. Two bathrooms which were adequate (4 adult guests) with enough personal towels and beach towels. Hand pumps at bathroom sinks a nice touch. Little basket of goodies: dish detergent, extra trash bags, tide pods, etc. came in handy. Interior of house clean. Neighborhood quiet but needed a car to get to beach. Able to get in to house a little early which was great.
Cons: One beach chair and one beach umbrella broken. No bikes. No light inside the garage to turn on. Little dark when doing laundry. Every day had to add water to the pool (obviously some leak there). Water to the pool was cool and to expect a guest to pay $60/day to heat the pool (the rent was more than enough) is outrageous. The pool area was dirty. Mold and dirt around the cement as well as a filthy grill. Both cleaned by my husband which is unacceptable. The propane grill had to be lit with a match. Outside landscaping unkept. Black ? tarp/materials on top of house looked awful. Next to an unkept vacant lot. Sign outside that says vacation rental which we thought was a great way for a potential break in. BIGGEST issues: left a message for the maintenance team over the weekend regarding no lock on one of the lanai doors and no lock on the slider on the back door (security of the backdoor was with a piece of wood that needed to be jammed into the door track) and received a message back that they work Mon-Fri unless an emergency but never heard from them on Monday.

Upon our Friday night arrival we discovered that both the toilet and pool lights were broken. We attempted to contact management through various avenues (phone, email and messaging on HomeAway) but nobody even came to the property until Monday, by which point our vacation was halfway over. Our family was unable to use the pool after sunset, which is disappointing considering the pool is the reason we rented this house. At no point during our stay did anyone even attempt to fix the pool lights, nor did we receive an apology.

The house was otherwise clean, spacious and stocked with ample supplies. Check-in and check-our was easy. There was a large cockroach in the kitchen, but they did come out to spray the next day.

We were impressed with how clean the house was when we arrived. No dust anywhere, which is not the case with most rentals we have had. There was soap scum in the bathtub, but I think that is due to the type of water at the house. The furniture is outdated and not comfortable to sit at night when the family is watching TV together. It was nice to have the table and chairs out on the screened in porch. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was clean and kept up well. The pool chair could also use updating.
